Hotel was lovely, friendly staff and very accommodating. Love the virtual text assistance.
Stayed the weekend for Family day, room was beautiful (cozy bed, room looked newly renovated, plush robes in the closet A LOVELY SURPRISE)! They even left a bottle of wine (awaiting in our room for us) for our repeat booking. We were also given roses during turn down service. Spent time by the pool, dined at the Tiara restaurant, walked around down and visited all the shops. Such a classy place with...
Lovely hotel sitting next to the banks of the Niagara River, which is viable from The Tiara restaurant. Excellent choice for a relaxing getaway, with comfortable rooms, great food and professional, friendly and helpful staff - special call-out to Rose and Arthur, who have an old school approach to service, the likes of which you don’t see much these days. They know what you need before you even know...
We had amazing experience at the hotel. From the time you enter the hotel you know that you will be well treated. From the folks at the reception to the hotel to the shuttle drivers all of them were friendly, well informed and courteous. Shuttle service made it very easy to move around in the area. Deluxe room was big and bedding was comfortable. Very clean and well kept
Half of the staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. A few rude staff. Your guests will be confused on where to go, the place is huge and there's very little directional signs. It's kind of sad when the bridesmaids get lost. Food is EXCELLENT though, best vegan food out there, especially the dessert, best I've ever tried. Decor is lovely. The grounds are well kept and gardening is beautiful.
Outstanding place! extreme service levels. Never disappointed. Tiara Dining Room is above first class. Service by Arthur is phenomenal.

We had a great stay and Christmas decorations in the hotel made us feel like a fairytale. The room was big with cozy beds. I loved the coffee machine with the provided coffee. The staff was very friendly and treated everyone like a high class.
Beautiful place to unwind from life. The spa is my favourite. Took a yoga class in the morning, loved it. Dinner at LIV is always impeccably delightful. Went for my birthday and LIV treated me a free dessert. 😊😊 Got to use the pool a few times, it was clean & empty. I liked the privacy. I have been to White Oaks about 10 times and love everything about it. ❤️❤️ The BED is probably the best I have ever...
Recently spent an over night with my dearest friend. From the moment you enter and to the time we left we were treated as royalty. The entire experience was fabulous. Our room was of course beautiful. Went to spa and Ashley was my professional attendant for the hour. Lush experience. Dinner at LIV was out an of this world experience We had 2 servers taking care of us. Whenever we were walking to and...
Just checked in and already having a great time at the resort! We love coming here as the service and people here are so kind and helpful. Thu and Sahil checked us in and ensured everything was perfect. Thu is wonderful and accommodating and we are so happy that she helped us upgrade our room! We have stayed here in the past and have always enjoyed room service from PLAY and the indoor pool. We will...
Hotel was beautiful, but the atmosphere was what was stand out for sure. I hope everyone gets to experience meeting David in the front lobby, he made the experience that much more exceptional. The Play bar and grill was great for a drink and appetizer, and the LIV had the most incredible food and dining experience ever. Amazing weekend, and will definitely be returning for the reasons mentioned above...
Celebrated our 10 year anniversary in January 2024. Top notch experience from check in to check out. Greeted by front reception with some surprise strawberries in our room. Andre the master concierge is top notch. He was fabulous and really made sure our experience was amazing. He helped us with our Wine Tour. George our driver was also fantastic. Old-world elegance and charm like in this hotel are so rare. This hotel is truly unique (at least within Canada) and I hope the owners continue to invest in its upkeep rather than modernizing. Staff were excellent; the facilities, including the restaurant, gym, pool, and bar (which I've all visited) exceeded my expectations.
The Prince of Wales hotel is so charming and delightful with a touch of elegance. The staff is exceptional-so welcoming and helpful. It really is a special place to visit. Our room was lovely and so comfortable. The fireplace just added to the ambiance and the tub was perfect for a long soak after a fun day of shopping, eating and exploring. There are 3 restaurants to choose from and each has it’s...
Fantastic, room, food and service all was perfect. We stayed one night in a king bed room. The room was perfect and exactly what was expected. We had cocktails at the Churchill lounge and they where delicious, we ate dinner at noble and the food was fantastic, then we had high tea the following morning in the drawing room and it was perfect. The service staff in each of those locations where fantastic...
I had my wedding at the Prince of Wales in the Victoria and Albert room. This is such a magical and romantic hotel. The service was stellar, the food was amazing, and the rooms were so beautiful. They have a very reasonable wedding package and it made planning my wedding so much easier. The food was delicious, and we even got to have all of the appetizers in our own little platter because we were busy...
What a lovely place. From the beautiful authentic historic decor to the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. We couldn’t have been happier. Food was great too. Oatmeal with sour cherries and roasted peaches, lamb done just right. The pool is also a perfect temp and the hot tub is actually hot! We also did the carriage ride which was also beautiful. And location couldn’t be better. Just perfect...
I did not stay at the hotel this time, my review is for High Tea in The Drawing Room. We spent a lovely afternoon having some of the best tea and delectable food. The service was excellent too. Our table was reserved but wasn't ready at our reservation time. They did seem very busy though and kept checking on on me reassuring our table was being prepared and would be available soon. Once in, the experience...

I booked this room about four months ago for one night and paid 535.54 Canadian, tax included. It is as good as a 3 star hotel but it really pissed me off when they charged me for a plastic bottle of water 1.70! It would have been nice that they put 2 free bottle of water in the room as courtesy!
Phew thank God! This place saved us from the Airbnb from Heck. We were able to get our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 small kids) in a double room) it was CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN. The staff was friendly, the amenities are GREAT and it's.... CLEAN. This experience changed how I feel about Airbnb vs hotels. We are thankful for our stay here.
Clean and well cared for hotel. Stayed here on two separate occasions when touring wineries in NOTL and never disappointed. Comfy beds, spacious rooms and a very nice pool. Just far enough off the highway to keep the noise in the rooms to a minimum. Can't wait to return!
One of the best Hilton Inns we've stayed at. Has the feel of an intimate boutique hotel. Impeccable washroom and room with plenty of amenities. Liked the location, away from the noise but a quick step to everything. Professional staff and wonderful housekeeping ladies. Will definitely book here again.
My Wife and I absolutely love this Hilton location. The environment is calm and very relaxing. The rooms are clean and spacious. The food is very delicious. But what makes this place so special is the staff that not only treat you like royalty, but also make you feel valued and really appreciated. My wife and I stayed at Lakewinds for one Fall weekend (late October). It was a TERRFIC experience. Steve and Thelma (the hosts) are wonderful people. Wonderful rooms. An Amazing backyard with a pool. And...
My daughter brought me for a few days to celebrate my 70th birthday. From the moment we entered it was fantastic. Steve and Thelma (the owners) are both warm and lovely. We celebrated our 22nd anniversary there and the beautiful, warm, enchanting place did not disappoint. We stayed on the very top room and it was the most romantic comfortable room we’ve stayed in there on niagara on the lake. Breakfast was buffet style and homemade items were a scrumptious delight. Right on queen street . Words cannot describe the hospitality that was shown on our stay there. The couple...
Where do I even begin? Our stay was incredible! My fiance and I stayed at Lakewinds Country Manor from August 11 - 13, 2018 and it was one of the most enjoyable getaways we've ever had! Came to Niagara on the Lake since neither of us have been in 20+ years. Was also our first getaway all year. Did not disappoint. My fiancee and I spent the weekend at 124 on Queen and cannot speak more highly of the accommodations, service and attention to detail! We stayed one night on Thursday Dec 1st and had a great experience. The staff were all genuinely warm and friendly. Wish we had more time to explore the hotel but the cocktail bar is a hidden gem! Beautiful bed & breakfast. Word of advice: ask for any room other than the secretary, unless you don’t mind not having a second floor in your room. The good thing about the secretary suite is it’s right by the entrance. I was disappointed when I found out the breakfast was a “continental” breakfast (I put it in quotes because it was served to us and it included an egg). It was good, don’t get me wrong...
We had a wonderful time here during our stay. The building was very clean and well maintained. The stained glass windows and period style decor was like a time capsule. Loved everything about the Old School House! The B&B was clean and beautiful. The ambiance was welcoming and the decor was gorgeous. There were pictures tastefully displayed around the B&B of the original school house and it was a treat to feel the sense of history in each room. Our room was spectacular! Loved my stay here - perfect location to walk around Queen Street, beautiful building that has been kept immaculately, and spacious loft suites. A lovely place to stay and we would stay there again. Onsite parking is a bonus. Everything within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff.
I would love to give the Shaw Club 5 stars but there were two things that made our stay less than ideal: There was a drip in our shower and because the shower head is in the ceiling, it had a long way to go to reach the shower floor and made a very loud noise that disturbed our sleep. Also, I found the bed a little uncomfortable. I know those are minor concerns so, otherwise, I would rate it 5 stars...

Solves the endless dilemma of high price, high amenity vs moderate price... and uncertain amenity. This is a moderately priced but perfectly comfortable and well cared for hotel less than a 15 min walk to the shops, restaurants and theaters downtown. Rooms are recently renovated. We stayed with our two medium-size dogs. Hotel was very accommodating for our pooches- dog bed and bowls and treats in the room. The room was a little small for the 4 of us - 2 double beds and two dogs on the floor leaves not a lot of room for seniors who need to get up a few times a night. 🙂 Otherwise the stay was great. Recently renovated, super cute and cozy hotel. Nothing but good things to say about this place. We were so pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is. excellent value for money. free wine tasting offered with neighbouring vineyard. hotel was fabulous and clean. breakfast was amazing. welcome drink was an excellent choice.
A beautiful Inn that needs to be experienced. The are very welcoming. Our room was on the second door which gave us a beautiful view of the winery. The room itself was spacious with a fireplace, Juliet balcony and a luxurious king sized bed. Breakfast served by Kelsen was outstanding. We will definitely be back.

Charming, but over priced for a cold old house. You can't adjust the room. temperature yourself, and it's too cold for making love. The AC causes a constant draft as you sleep. Beautiful, comfortable, and amazing food. An incredible get-away in Niagara on the Lake. Flo & Jeff are amazing, and they run an incredible B&B. My wife and I will certainly visit again.
Beautiful bed & breakfast! Flo and Jeff are awesome hosts!

My husband and I are career travelers, and not easily floored by service and accommodations. Georgian Residence and its fabulous owners consistently set the standard for unforgettable hospitality experiences. We LOVE this place and the gracious hosts, and have decided to make it our one annual getaway. Don't miss out on a visit to the Georgian!

Absolutely PERFECT!! Me and my lovely woman spent 3 nights here. 1 of which, sadly, she got very sick. I'll talk more on that in a moment. We stayed in the Hemingway room, and we couldn't have been more pampered. The wood burning fireplace was such a treat, and it was prepped and ready for us each day. The bed was HUGE too. Plenty of stretching room. Very well decorated all around. The owners have...
