We had amazing experience at the hotel. From the time you enter the hotel you know that you will be well treated. From the folks at the reception to the hotel to the shuttle drivers all of them were friendly, well informed and courteous. Shuttle service made it very easy to move around in the area. Old-world elegance and charm like in this hotel are so rare. This hotel is truly unique (at least within Canada) and I hope the owners continue to invest in its upkeep rather than modernizing. Blue skies is a wonderful B&B. It is a quick 10 minute walk to the downtown area. The rooms are spacious, clean and inviting. And the breakfast is to die for. The hosta don't just offer pastries, they make a homemade 3 course meal! Every morning was fresh juice, and homemade pastries with a main meal! We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed it.

Charming, but over priced for a cold old house. You can't adjust the room. temperature yourself, and it's too cold for making love. The AC causes a constant draft as you sleep. Lots of blankets on the bedding help, but we woke up sore despite the pillow top cover. It's also bright at night because of all the lighting outside the window. I booked this room about four months ago for one night and paid 535.54 Canadian, tax included. It is as good as a 3 star hotel but it really pissed me off when they charged me for a plastic bottle of water 1.70! It would have been nice that they put 2 free bottle of water in the room as courtesy!

My girlfriend and I have had our fair share of trips and stayed in some lovely bed and breakfasts before, but none quite like the Gatekeeper's Retreat. You won't find this combination of hospitality, comfort and a well-crafted style and atmosphere anywhere else on Niagara-on-the-Lake. We'd be happy to stay here again!

We stayed at the family suite. It was so cosy and comfortable. So many books to checkout and the artsy vibe of the suite was very superb indeed. The host was warm and inviting. The breakfast made by her was fantastic, especially the croissants. She was very helpful in suggesting places to visit. It was a great stay and I would definitely recommend this place.

This B n B is absolutely perfect! It has a lovely area for sitting and conversing, reading etc. A small kitchen area is perfect for making a coffee, tea or enjoying a glass of wine. Great stay at 2 Moon Cottage! Helen is so lovely and very attentive. Booking and check-in were easy, the accommodations were clean and quaint. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic! She even made special accommodations for dietary needs. Highly recommend a stay here in niagara-on-the-lake!

Amazing B&B, tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. Only 25 minutes away from downtown Niagara Falls. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable, the garden is wonderful, and the breakfast is totally delicious! This place is worth the money, and will definitely have a repeat visitor!

The hotel's restaurant, Bella Vita, is Niagara-on-the-lake's hidden gem! The coziness of open trellied terrace, the view from the bar and the food! Food is amazing!

Not the most friendly. Looked at us weired when we wanted to sit at the bar. Had the Cornish game hen. Was dry. Was told that everyone else got it and had no complaints. Didnt even look at it. Everything else was good.

Good location. Right on the main strip. Pretty inexpensive rooms and great customer service. We had a bit of a booking issue but it was resolved promptly even at 1am. Would definitely stay here again.
