We had amazing experience at the hotel. From the time you enter the hotel you know that you will be well treated. From the folks at the reception to the hotel to the shuttle drivers all of them were friendly, well informed and courteous. Shuttle service made it very easy to move around in the area. Half of the staff is excellent, friendly and helpful. A few rude staff. Your guests will be confused on where to go, the place is huge and there's very little directional signs. Old-world elegance and charm like in this hotel are so rare. This hotel is truly unique (at least within Canada) and I hope the owners continue to invest in its upkeep rather than modernizing. I booked this room about four months ago for one night and paid 535.54 Canadian, tax included. It is as good as a 3 star hotel but it really pissed me off when they charged me for a plastic bottle of water 1.70! It would have been nice that they put 2 free bottle of water in the room as courtesy!

Phew thank God! This place saved us from the Airbnb from Heck. We were able to get our family of 6 (2 adults and 4 small kids) in a double room) it was CLEAN, CLEAN CLEAN. One of the best Hilton Inns we've stayed at. Has the feel of an intimate boutique hotel. Impeccable washroom and room with plenty of amenities. A beautiful Inn that needs to be experienced. The are very welcoming. Our room was on the second door which gave us a beautiful view of the winery. We had a wonderful meal with their "prix fixed" offerings. Started off with the mussel special. Along with the meal we had a choice of flights of wine or whiskey which was free with our dinner. Charming, but over priced for a cold old house. You can't adjust the room. temperature yourself, and it's too cold for making love. The AC causes a constant draft as you sleep. Super service. Super breakfast! Best location.

Absolutely amazing! Clean, beautiful house and rooms, and the owner/operator couple were friendly and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. The food was also incredible, with beautiful presentation. We are a young couple that enjoyed our stay at this B&B more than any hotel we've stayed at. We will be returning in the future. Highly recommended.

Well, it is advertised as a B&B. No breakfast. Suite was extremely well equipped and everything very clean. Bed wonderfully comfortable. We were welcomed in by the owner who was most pleasant. However Kathryn who I booked with and had telephone conversations with never showed. Nobody to see us leave or ask how everything was. This, we found most odd, sadly. Had a wonderful stay here for our 25th Anniversary. The owners, Bobby and his wife couldn't have been nicer. This historic Inn is beautifully decorated, with four poster beds, original fireplaces and nice and quiet (even being on corner street with a 2-way stop sign).
