Hotels in Prince Rupert

I have always stayed here and was devastated to see a whole new crew of staff some I’ve known that have worked here for over 15 years are now gone apparently we have new owners. The cleaning staff is all changed. There are no more indigenous people hired. there’s no shampoo in the room.

Good stay, but a few issues that the front desk looked into. A carbon monoxide sector went off in the adjacent room and I heard it all night. Then the second night tried to take a bath and the water was a bit brown.

The staff were amazing, friendly and efficient. The property and our room were clean and comfortable.

The only place I ever stay when in Prince rupert staff are lovely. Hotel is clean safe love it love it.

Looking out your window and seeing garbage over the roof wasnt very appealing. other than that beds are comfortable and room was clean.

The customer service is excellent. Staff at this hotel are so helpful and friendly. My room was clean and tidy. The gym was great. I would definitely stay here again.

First of all there was a very small parking space, we could not able to park on-site. This is one of the worst place to stay, our room curtains were very dirty ,lamp sheds are full of dust, breakfast was just a minimal. I don't know about other rooms. Staff are nicer and accommodating.

The rates are very good, especially if you're on a medical trip. Great people on the front desk. Excellent service. Clean . Some of the beds are getting pretty lumpy though.. and the fans are very noisy. They will wake you up if you hadn't planned on getting it

Mistakenly thought this was Pacific Crest hotel. Very standard 50/60s looking hotel. No A/C. Loud neighbors (with crying child for hours). View of back parking zone and bright security light. Breakfast was basic. Good commercial muffins. Nothing really wrong but not a place to seek out.

I have never stayed in the rooms however we book all our contractors to the hotel and they feel like home. Clean, friendly, lovely on site restaurant. It should be a 4 Star rating. All my dealings with bookings have been expeditious and professional.

I was stranded in prince Rupert as my ferry was cancelled for 4 days unexpected I had very little money and iam not from bc ,, my husband was in camp hours away and I had two huge dogs this place accommodated me and my furry family they assured me I was safe and we’d figure stuff out as the days went on the people just became more helpful Thankyou for your beautiful support!!! I will always come back...

We moved here from the Prestige. Very bad experience at the Prestige, but the Pacific was top notch. Friendliness and cleanliness was awesome. We were treated like we were welcome compared to being treated like criminals at the Prestige hotel. This is the only place we'll stay.

Great people and very accommodating. I had a pet friendly room and everyone treated both me and my dog with nothing but kindness and respect.

Stayed here many times in over 30 years. Great on a budget. Rooms are comfy n clean. Great new murals on the building.

An older hotel, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Front desk staff were awesome when I checked in, but the gentleman when I checked out was just on his phone and didn't look up or acknowledge me until I spoke up. Was nice to have a parking lot attached to the building!

Excellent service from the hotel front desk (Nero)! Good central location. Fun pub / lounge below the hotel. Walk-in cooler for fish storage if you are fishing. Rooms are renovated and clean. 4th floor rooms are hot in summer but they have plans to install A/C units.

Myself and some colleagues recently stayed here for work purposes. We really enjoyed the quaintness of the hotel, Cindy took very good care of us, upgraded our rooms which was amazing as the view was breathtaking. Overall great location with some renovations and upgrades. The bathrooms are a bit out dated but otherwise the rooms feel refreshed. Comfortable beds. Great friendly front desk service. My only complaint was the tv was mostly digital with very few channels working.

A great experience from check-in to check-out. Nice view of the harbor, ships and boats. Breakfast in the morning was great. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. Great check-in process after arriving at 1AM on BC Ferry. Would stay here again.

Ran out of eggs. Don’t have granola. Location was excellent except for the dump place by you. Excellent bed. Because we got a good deal, and the view was amazing, it was worth the money

We attended a birthday party at the penthouse, they had rented the suite for the evening. It was the perfect! All the staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. The place was perfect for the event, kitchen had all the amenities you needed, rooms were clean and the guests who got to stay even had a nice towel swan origami on their bed. 5 STARS! Stayed @ the Penthouse for my daughter’s 9th birthday. Amazing view best stay ever, huge comfy beds, everything is brand new, modern kitchen design and huge space for birthdays, parties or any occasion, or just family hangouts. Will definitely go back.

I'm a local, and I stayed here just 2 months ago. They have been renovating and staying here again, I can see a difference in the rooms. But the hotel staff is always friendly and the service is always great. My review might be biased tho, for being a local to prince rupert.

the Restaurant has great food and services from ordering from the their Menu and the Sunday brunch on Sundays you can order from the menu or have brunch from 10 am to 2 pm. the Restaurant is open from 6 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday.

The Highliner Plaza Hotel lobby was clean and spacious. The desk staff were friendly and I was instantly greeted and asked if they could assist me with anything. I was only at the establishment to meet up with some people on this visit. I will however be going back to try out their restaurant as the food looked delicious.

Always look forward to coming back to this hotel it's quite a bit older but it's clean the beds are comfortable and the nice thing about it you should get a full kitchen so you can look after your own meals which is a nice change when you're on the road as much as I am.

We got here a day before our reservation but the young man at the desk made room for us.It gave us a day to do laundry in their coin laundry and see a little of the town. He also recommended "Dolly's Fish Market" for superb seafood, which it was. Very clean, roomy, and most comfortable bed. I highly recommend the Tot Lodge as a great place to stay in Prince Rupert!

Called in late due to unforeseen circumstances, was accommodated well above and beyond expectation with such short notice. Within an hour of first calling I had a room for the night. The room, King suite, was perfect. In suite bathroom with standing shower and large tub that fit a 6'2" male easily. The room was beautiful with natural lighting coming in throughout the day. Room was super spacious and colorful, well kept and the bathroom had a stand up shower and a bathtub that can fit a 6'2" large built man. Great place to stay, clean bright rooms, a bug common area and a tasty breakfast. The owner was very helpful in sorting out transport from my train and to the ferry. It is about a 20 minute walk to the main street in a nice quite area.

I had booked the Enchanted Rainforest through an online service but put the wrong dates in. I called Cindy to inform her of my mistake and she was able to get me the date I required. We were only staying the night as a pass through to take the ferry. We were greeted on our arrival by Cindy. She informed us that she had upgraded us from the queen room to the king suite. All I can say is WOW! the suite...

An OK stay if you want to hit the ferry on the next morning. People are totally friendly, but you hear every crack during the night especially if the other room nextdoor is also booked.

Excellent stay in July 2019. Although the motel was older and would benefit from a renovation soon, the rooms were spacious, included a kitchenette, was in a good location with ample parking, and had friendly staff - one gentleman at the front desk (iirc, his name was Michael) provided exemplary service.

Been staying at this hotel once a year seems like forever. Under new management of late so it will take time to adjust... a place to stay where can cook your own meals, this is it. Quiet and near amenities.

The Aleeda is older but it met our needs. Our room was clean, bed were clean and comfortable albeit on the smaller side ( hubby and I are a bit on the larger side). Bathroom was clean. No coffee maker is room but had a kettle so could do instant coffee and tea. Kitchenette was exactly what we needed. Good value for the money.

Room was large, bed comfy & breakfast was help yourself very basic, not even butter for toast only margarine...room was up 2 sets of very steep stairs, shower only lukewarm & not enough hot water for jacuzzi tub.

Run more like an AirBnB than a Bed and Breakfast, but the room was large and comfortable, and there were lots of options for the make your own breakfast. Full use of a stocked kitchen.

Beautiful home with very nice jacuzzi,also the bed is a memory foam bed with very nice pillows.They gave us plenty of towels.There was a small assortment of food to eat.There was also a deck off our bedroom which was very nice.All in all it was a very nice stay.

We stay with Tall Trees often for a few years now, they have so many options for short and longer stays, always so clean, super fast to reply back and more than we expect every time at every different place!

I stayed here on my way to Haida Gwaii and on my way back. The rooms are comfortable and the couple that run the place are very friendly. It’s also close to the ferry terminal which is convenient. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at The Black Rooster for 2 nights, and didn’t want to leave. The apartment was clean, up to date, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and super accommodating. We arrived by ferry, and it was VERY late. Not a problem for the staff. We will be staying here every time we come to town.

Perfect stay, the staff are really lovely and go out of the way to be helpful even staying available after 11pm due to a long train delay. Everything you need is provided, including access to a laundry room and the room was lovely and clean a really comfortable stay!

Overall I had a great stay here while working in prince rupert for 2 weeks. My room was small and a bit outdated (main building) But the staff are lovely and will go out of their way to help. Rooms had a small kitchenette for little meals here and there and quite an extensive common kitchen. I also spent my last night in one of the newer buildings with large common kitchens and these were newly renovated...

The place is real nice, nice friendly staff, the only thing I didn't like is a that the bathroom door needed a handle and the bathtub needed a handle too and a bath mat for inside the tub so we don't slip, other than that. Everything was good.
