The front desk service was disappointing — staff showed no friendliness or engagement at all. At check-out, I just dropped the key card without any eye contact or basic courtesy, which left a very poor impression.
The hotel is old, with outdated facilities that do not match the photos online. The room windows were extremely dirty, with obvious stains, which was unacceptable.
Overall, this stay was far below my expectations, and I will not be staying here again.

Our experience has been really good. We love the brunch dishes at HIY steaks, The beds are comfortable. We get to hike down the paths nearby. Enjoy short trips to familiar fast food places.
Overall, this has been a wonderful experience and we get to see bunny and deer sighting in one of our walks.

Great place to stay in a great location. The personnel at Trip.com went above and beyond the call of duty to fix a problem that I had.

This was my first time staying here and booking through trip.com. Everything was great effortless and booking and checking in. The beds were comfy and the shower is big enough for two people. The Chinese food in the ****** while watch the hockey game was great. Also the braised beef short rib Benny was a delicious start to Mother’s Day. I will definitely stay here again and hopefully hit the hot tub next time for sure.

I love this place and I have been in this hotel few times. Buffet is great and cheap , reception very friendly. Only one thing what I notice that bathroom baseboard was very dirty and corners in the tub was not clean that's why I give 4 . I was in room 229. I hope see you soon again😀😀😀

Room was great, but AC never really got cold. The reception was amazing and new parts of the hotel are amazing.

Rooms are great! The lights went out in our room and they fixed them quickly! The maid service is the best I've ever seen!

Check in was great. We were met with 'magnificent' when asked how her night was going, then she had the utmost patience after that with all of our requests. I think her name was Amy. Fantastic customer service!

Husband and I just had the most amazing experience at the R and R grill! The hard-working staff went above and beyond to create an off the menu 3 course dinner for us. Tender, juicy steak cooked to perfection and lobster tail to die for. The food was impeccable from starter salad to custom carrot cake for two made in house by the amazing bakery staff in The Sheraton. Amanda was our server and she was so friendly and really went out of her way to make sure we were completely satisfied! Full tummies and totally grateful for a birthday dinner that I didn't have to cook or clean for ?? will be back!
