Clean and well maintained, great amenities. Staff is friendly and helpful. Plenity of parking space. A little detail to improve: we requested a crib for our baby, the crib bars were very dirty. Everything else was great! Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was nice, bed was really comfy and the pillows, room was warm, food was amazing, fridge was cold and worked great, parking was good as well. However, there was a used bandaid on the pull out recliner chair that was very gross, they did deal with it right away however. The hotel is now the Cambridge Red Deer Hotel & Conference Centre. The guest room is clean and comfortable. Pretty central location in Red Deer.

Check in was great. We were met with 'magnificent' when asked how her night was going, then she had the utmost patience after that with all of our requests. I think her name was Amy. Fantastic customer service!

Came here for a friend's birthday. Had a few drinks and some dinner accompanied by some enjoyable live entertainment in their garden area. The drinks were good and the food was tasty. The atmosphere was nice especially after dark when the outdoor heaters were turned on, it provides a cozy touch.

Atrium and the pool is really cool! Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. We stayed in the king suite on the upper floor and had no issues. Requested room service when we left the room at 1pm and when we got back at 4pm it was spotless. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Its a good hotel ! Booked 3 days here for work. Staff is super friendly and very helpful when you need something. Breakfast is good and the area is well maintained and cleaned frequently. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy! I mean what do you need else unless your a little princess .. or your name is Karen ;) . This hotel was very accommodating to us seeing as we were a group of 35 people with two babies. The courtyard was beautiful and the salt water pool was definitely one of the nicer ones that I have been swimming in. We also had catering for our Thanksgiving supper and the food was delicious with a great selection. All in all, this stay was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

Room was well sized, bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit finicky and the decor is from the 90s. Morning breakfast was terrible - don't even bother. Great place to stay if you're here for a short visit...but don't expect a luxurious feeling.

Nice place, some parts feel old. The included breakfast was ok but the price was right. We there there at the same time as about 5 novice hockey teams, the pool wasn't big enough to handle all that. If there weren't 80 kids in the pool it would have been really nice.

Loved the top floor room, the staff were very helpful after an initial mix up. Pool was fun, breakfast was tasty on the second day (and completely abandoned service/ lack of food on the first day), the room was clean, lots of spots teams but they were all courteous.

Rooms are great! I would say one of the cleanest and nicest I've stayed at in a long time. Some of the taps/tubs are dated. The drain for the tub wouldn't stay open while showering, so you had to hold it open to drain. Pool is a lot of fun too! The breakfast area is quite small, and probably the only bummer part of the whole experience. On the pricer side, but i would definitely say the price matches...

Was very happy with my stay. Was up there for work and the hotel was very accommodating to our needs. Had to checkin early to get ready for work and the hotel already had our room ready to go for us when we got there around 12:30-1. Would absolutely stay here again.

Checked in and the lady was very friendly and happy. She checked us in and got us a quite room on the 4 floor. Room was spacious and very clean. Two queen beds with lots of pillows. Stayed here for a tournament weekend with our team. The hotel was fully booked. The staff were absolutely amazing. They went far above everything for all guests. Breakfast was good, 6-10am. Big room. The front end manager Lindsay was the best. She was so friendly, accommodating and great with our rowdy players. I would highly recommend this hotel, and we’ve stayed in many over the years. 10/10

We called the day before check in to see if we could have an early arrival check in. We had booked the room for a hospital a procedure. They were more than willing to do it told us we could check in at 1pm . We got there and it was a quick and easy check in and were more than accommodating for my wife's service animal. This was a great stay! I had ordered through 3rd party website and had ordered the Romantic Package. When we got in, it wasn't under my reservation but the manager honored it anyways for the price given to me on the 3rd party! They gave us a great room, and even 6 more strawberries than normally given! And they were delicious! Super friendly and professional. Thank you sooo much guys!

Beds and pillows were super comfy, staff are extremely pleasant and go above and beyond, and breakfast had plenty of options. Staff did a good job replenishing despite it being a very busy morning.

Stayed here while working in Red Deer Nov 29-Dec 2, 2022. The suites are huge with lots of comfortable furniture in the living room, the desk separating the living room from the bed was handy too. Comfy bed and great housekeeping—friendly staff! Delicious breakfast! I wish the fresh cookies they put out in the afternoon were available in the evening, I only got to try them once but they were delicious

The staff were excellent. Unfortunately they had a flood on the first floor due to broken pipes. They had dehydrating fan machines running 24/7 so when you were going on the first floor for breakfast it wasn't very nice hearing the noise from the fans. The food also needs improvement. It wasn't very good.

Not bad access to the highway and food on the other side of the road. Rooms are modern and very clean. Rates are very reasonable. I've stayed here numerous times over the years and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or to recommend to others.

Was good. Only thing I was not impressed about is, I noticed lots of people leave around that 5-530am. The breakfast room should be ready for the workers thats gotta leave early. Red deer is an oil town from what I have seen. If anything fresh coffee in the lobby would be awsome... I hope to be back.

Hotel Staff are friendly, they remembered me and that was neat. The breakfast was Good, the staff in the Break room was Professional and attentive to all the details while still being apleasant. The dining room was brightly lit with plenty of seating. Rooms were classic and comfortable.

Every staff member is always friendly and quick to help you, if you forgot something or would like something. Very clean rooms, and fast internet. Restaurants are close by and the staff are always willing to recommend other possible places. I stay quite often and have never ran into a problem here at the BW Plus in Red deer. My family and I stayed at this hotel for two nights. After we checked out, we realized along the way that we had left my daughter's book and stuffed toy behind. We called and went back, and the staff was very helpful. They even allowed us to check the room again, but unfortunately, we couldn't find the stuffed toy, only the book. What an absolute gem of a hotel! We stayed in a family suite and it was so conveniently laid out. It had a separate room with a mini kitchenette with handy cupboards that included silverware, tea towels and cups/ plates. Those little touches were so incredibly helpful! Every time we left or came back to the hotel the front desk staff said, "Hi" or, "Bye" with a smile. So friendly! The morning breakfast...

We have dogs...we got a pet room. Could smell it was a pet room upon entering. The room was ok. Only a sheet and a very thin blanket for the fold out sofa user..but did ask for and got 2 more thin blankets. Blankets and sheets on queen bed barely reached our shoulders. We hooked up a video game console for our grandson but when we wanted to switch back to watching tv we had to get Front desk to come...

The rooms are all clean, you get a thermostat to make the room warmer or colder and breakfast is included. The breakfast is not buffet style, they have an adjoining resteraunt that makes the food on an as needed basis. The food itself is okay, but I found the portion size to be small. Left hungry each time. The pool was also freezing both times I've stayed there (winter) but the hot tub was very nice...

The hotel itself is good. The staff are friendly and the restaurant has great food. The hotel is looking a little tired and in need of an update (smart tv's in the rooms would be fantastic). Overall impression is that I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It's also nice and quiet, clean and close to most amenities.

When I was there, the pizza tasted like frozen pizza. It was worse the instant ramen. But the stay was really nice. I just add a suggestion to add a water slide but great pool and hot tub.

We are very happy with our experience. It was late and we stopped at another hotel that we normally stay with and they turned us away because of our 3 dog's. I called Quality Inn and they told us to come on over! We were greeted and welcomed, and the pet package was a huge success with our dog's! We live in Michigan and work out of Elkhart, Indiana. What a wonderful experience! My partner stays at this hotel often, but unfortunately we had to stay at another hotel as we had our pets with us. The hot tub at our hotel was down for maintenance, so we called in inquiring about using the Holiday Inn Pool. Jenine and Annalynn were so kind and graciously let us swim here. Great hospitality and will definitely be staying here next time ☺️

I came here for a family day trip with my mom and son. The rooms are a little outdated and one of the beds was very squishy on one side. The housekeeping staff kept it fairly clean, but you need to try not to look behind too many things. In Today's world, customers hope that a hotel and its staff will do what they can to keep their customers happy. This was not my experience with the front end staff or the manager. I still give them a 3 star overall, they didn't help but also didn't cause a large amount of problems

In fact, I liked to get out of the typical hotels, the place is quiet and close to everything. It was our night and I hope I could have stayed for a week because I felt a relief that you rarely find after all the hard work.

For the price 60 somthing its better then I expected honesty. My only complaints given the price is there are few lights, and they give off very little light. Makes you wonder why. The staff was friendly which is why its 4 instead of 3 stars. The photo makes it appear brighter.

Stayed here over the August Long Weekend with a large group. Owners were some of the most accomodating people I have ever met! Rooms were very clean and well appointed. Although an older facility, the rooms have been updated and created a very comfortable experience and stay. Would highly recommend due to price and location.

Apparently newly renovated, everything is nice and clean. I got 2 discounts making my stay very cheap but I think that had something to do with my long stay here. King size bed, microwave, mini fridge, hardwood floor, air conditioner, and tv with cable.

Stayed here for a night. Staff were courteous and professional. Room was clean breakfast was ok. Never seen an automatic pancakes maker before... kinda cool. The only reason I gave 3 star is because of the other guests. Maybe the location attracts a lower class of guests. Twice cops showed up just during breakfast.

I didnt expect much but I was pretty impressed with this little hotel. I stayed here for a few days while my dad was sick in the hospital. It's the closest hotel to the hospital and I was pleased to find out my room was comfortably sized and had a kitchenette. Nick greeted me with a smile and gave me a great rate for my stay. And the simple included breakfast was a great way to start each day.

Rooms are warm and clean. Nothing mind blowing but the showers are hot, beds are comfy and clean, and the room and bathroom are clean. Dog friendly. Only downside is the breakfast is very limited if you have food allergies/dietary concerns, and there were limited plug ins the room and no plug ins by the bed. Otherwise good room for a good price

Being a bit old is a good thing though, it means they have the routine down and know what to expect from guests and how they can do their best. Very friendly and respectful staff. Let me check in early with no issues or extra charge. Had a small issue in the room which he fixed immediately. Soft bed and large tv. Location was great and you didn't even hear the noise from the highway. Price was good.

Excellent steak sandwiches. Came out just as I ordered with the right doneness and very flavourful. Lounge was very comfortable with excellent seating. Waitstaff was very friendly and on the ball with topping up drinks. And we came in as a big crowd and everything flowed smoothly. Highly recommend.

Food was great; I ate the $12 steak sandwich and it was way better than I expected. The fries were great too. The only issue was that despite our server being very nice, she seemed very busy and unable to see us due to the dinner rush. Not sure if the store is understaffed or what; otherwise great!
