Average experience. Average budget price hotel on a busy road, rooms facing road can get noisy but can be drowned out with TV or earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Good little hotel. Room was nice and clean. Location was great for us because it was within walking distance to the mall and Canada line. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. My only complaint was that we booked through trivago and it said there was a gym and there was no on site gym. But other than that it was a great stay! Hotel location is excellent if you like taking metro. It is right at the metro station Bridgeport. You can take metro to Vancouver or Richmond conveniently everywhere. There are less restaurant around hotel. The hotel has food corte in ****** but the seat and desk is not enough. The location is good and access from train station is perfect. Also they have pool and hot tab. It was good for us.

My hubby & i arrived past 10pm for check in. Checking in was not easy as I forgot my credit card & d front desk girl w/ an Eastern Europe accent said that she can’t check me in unless i present a credit card for a $100 deposit + resort fees. The hotel was a busy place due to the ****** and the most difficult to do when you arrived in the hotel is to find a parking; it was so busy that their parking lot was full. Also, you have to walk 8 minutes from the parking lot going to hotel’s main lobby.The hotel was clean and amenities were great. However, only one elevator was working going to our room. It was okay overall.

The resort’s location is incredibly convenient, close to both the airport and downtown. The hotel restaurant offers a stunning waterfront view. While the facilities are quite old, the overall stay experience was pleasant.

Perfect spot if u wanna crash and catch airplane in the morning. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Free shuttle to the airport is big plus. Breakfast is simple and basic but good enough to start your day. I just recomend to have breakfast before 8 cause it can get pretty busy after so its hard to get table.

Nice room - clean and roomy. Only problem was that the outlets were all old and loose. Had to hold in the plug for the coffeemaker and chargers to make them work. My room was really nice. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Coffee and tea were provided in the room along with bathroom items for convenience. Breakfast was also included, which was a nice touch. For the cafe which is now separated from the hotel side. Wonderful local charm. Lots of local steveston people coming here to gather. Decent solid food. But it’s about the character up front. She’s so cool. And the kitchen is always backed up by a solid chef. She’s cool too!

This place is quite unique, bathroom was so modern and nice and rooms are comfortable. Not good for light sleepers though as there is a bar underneath that plays loud music. Nice for a get a way and party night as there is a bar also right under.

This is a nice clean holiday inn. It’s an express so it’s very basic. Perfect for a one-day stop. It is near some services and the roads. The service here is friendly and efficient. It may not be the best HIE I've stayed at, but it's close. Wonderful staff. Indoor pool, hot tub, ice machine--all works as it should. Free breakfast is terrific, with lots of options, many of them hot. Fitness center could use a set of free weights, but is otherwise quite nice. Plenty of free parking. Close to a mall with movie theaters, restaurants nearby.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Riverport Richmond, an IHG Hotel was a good place to stay. Yes, it's not very close to downtown Richmond, but not very far away either. With 10+ minutes driving you can get anywhere. The hotel room was large with much needed amenities, and the breakfast was free. Parking was free as well. Overall it's not bad to stay here.

The staff at this hotel were all super friendly from the man who picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night, to the breakfast ladies, front desk staff and the people who cleaned the rooms. The hotel was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good. Would stay again.

This is first time I have the hair dryer which they provide is no hot air. They don't do house keeping unless you request. Hotel provides tiny really soft pillows which are good for kids under 10 years old. The breakfast they provide is in small paper bag.
