We misplaced a necklace during our stay, the cleaning staff safely stored it at the front office until we could collect it.

From the moment I called to book our hotel room, Jen was an ABSOLUTE delight to talk to. She is so friendly and you can tell she genuinely loves her job. I had to call to make changes and she was so accommodating. All of the staff were fantastic.
The room itself was VERY clean, the bedding is soft and the bed was extremely comfortable. I have a very bad back and I slept like an angel. A/C worked great, everything was stocked up.
I love personal touch receiving a text an hour after we checked in asking if everything was to our liking.

Great hotel! Rooms are large with dishes and cutlery but a very small microwave. Bed was firm and had five pillows! Room was very quiet even with the long weekend and lots of people. Shower is a combination tub, comes with shampoo and conditioner dispenser. Lot’s of towels and a single cup Keurig machine. Large tv with cable and pretty good internet. Pool was very good and clean with a hot tub and large two storey slide. Very close to Sobey’s and Shoppers Drug, right off the Hwy. Took off one star for the teeny tiny microwave. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We really enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again in the future. Great staff , amenities and location.
Just one concern....the hot tub needs a hand rail by the steps. With the water swirling , you cannot see the steps when you are getting in and it feels unsafe.

They need to install some sort of noise panels on the walls in the pool or something.
The pool was extremely loud when busy, to the degree that we couldn’t hear each other well enough to have a conversation in the hot tub. There was an issue with getting towels in the pool also. They would bring one or two only to the cart, yet the pool had probably had forty people in the space. We asked for towels for the four of us and they would only give one. Had to wait another 15 minutes or so to get a few more. Room was pretty cramped for space, very little room around the beds to walk. Clean place though.

Really good! Jen and her do a bang up job of providing me with everything I need for my stay! It’s no wonder why they are always sold out and hard to get rooms there with their fast, prompt and friendly service.

Most of the staff were excellent, some spent more time on their phone rather than cleaning. Breakfast warmers were possibly coolers as the food was lukewarm at best. However I was very satisfied with the selection of food and juices.
Location is good.
Pillows were not great.
Pool is nice and warm, hot tub was HOT (I love it), but mega chlorinated... So much so that when the jets were on in the hot tub it was white cloudy where you couldn't see more than 2" into the water.
However overall the rooms were very big, fairly clean, and modern. Would forsure stay again.

Enjoyed our stay, kids loved the pool area. Breakfast had good selections. Room was clean but walls were a little dirty by the beds.
