Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel in Saskatoon

Great location. Carvers is excellent. Room/ bed is excellent. Always too many kids running around.

The Sheraton has the perfect location close to the river as well as numerous restaurants and shopping. The staff are very friendly throughout the hotel.

This is our first time in Saskatoon so we really love the location of our hotel. It’s a very nice and clean place, walkable and the park just cross the street. There are plenty of good restaurants close by so you’ll have lots of options for food. The restaurant in the hotel is also very good and high quality with exceptional price. We’ll definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sheraton hotel.

The hotel staff is very friendly.
The hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants, bars and shopping malls.
The hotel is next to the river, suitable for walking and enjoying the scenery.

The room is a little small, but very clean, comfortable, and in a very good location. There is a large park opposite, and there is a pavilion with Chinese characteristics in the park🤭! Very good👍👍👍

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Main reason was great customer service.

Right from check in where agent (Charles, I believe his name was) to check out and one of the housekeeper we met in hallway all greeted us with genuine smile.

Customer service in North America is in rapid decline. We travel a lot and stay in hotels of all ranges. Our most recent experience with Hilton and Marriott was awful with poor Customer service and rude staff.

This hotel was unlike all those hotels although manage by Marriott. This is like breath of fresh air
and nice to see that some hotels still believe in customer service and delivering quality product to
Their customers.

Our room was very well appointed with great view and amenities. Due to short stay we were not able to use pool, gym and restaurants.

Location is great, walking distance to downtown and many restaurants.

Kudos to GM, Management Team for training their associates and to associates for delivering great service.

Keep it up.

Highly recommend.

Really nice hotel. Great pillows (This is always an issue for me) unfortunately there is construction on the street around the hotel which makes it a little difficult to get to front entrance. Underground parking is handy.
