Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel

Stayed at this hotel for night of September 3,2023

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Main reason was great customer service.

Right from check in where agent (Charles, I believe his name was) to check out and one of the housekeeper we met in hallway all greeted us with genuine smile.

Customer service in North America is in rapid decline. We travel a lot and stay in hotels of all ranges. Our most recent experience with Hilton and Marriott was awful with poor Customer service and rude staff.

This hotel was unlike all those hotels although manage by Marriott. This is like breath of fresh air
and nice to see that some hotels still believe in customer service and delivering quality product to
Their customers.

Our room was very well appointed with great view and amenities. Due to short stay we were not able to use pool, gym and restaurants.

Location is great, walking distance to downtown and many restaurants.

Kudos to GM, Management Team for training their associates and to associates for delivering great service.

Keep it up.

Highly recommend.

Will be back whenever we are in town.

Really nice hotel. Great pillows (This is always an issue for me) unfortunately there is construction on the street around the hotel which makes it a little difficult to get to front entrance. Underground parking is handy.

A very Nice Hotel. Prices are good right now due to Renovations and Construction in the hotel and area. Bed I had was awesome. Problem for me was there is no food,service or coffee except for vending machines after 10pm or 11pm on weekends until 630am. Also the Room I had didn’t have a Bathtub only shower!

We stayed here for a wedding. Check in was flawless, they gave us wrist bands for the pool and free parking. The rooms seem a bit outdated. The bathtub had good water pressure and hot water (some places the water doesn't get to hot) this was nice to have a nice hot bath. Loud in the hallways both nights we stayed there. There was no microwave in the room, but I believe you can ask for one and they will bring one to you. The pool was amazing, I would stay here again just for the pool! This hotel has one fine dining restaurant, one basic restaurant and a Starbucks! The wedding dance was held up on the 8th floor, BEAUTIFUL up there with a great view of the river.

Was there July 9, 2023 to July 10. Kids loved the waterside. The girl working in there that night was super friendly. Rooms cards were having issues that day and we couldn't get into the pool area unless someone was coming out. They apologized, got new cards that still wouldn't work. It wasn't just us. Eventually, someone put a piece of tape over the striker. Hope the bird flying around in the pool area was freed safely outside, he was having a blast!
Rooms are very nice. Beds were comfy and clean. Loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The body lotion is fantastic. My hands still feel soft 10 hours later.
I definitely could have done without the noisey construction at 7am and the garbage pick ups, but no one can control that.
I'll be back for sure!
