Tops In Town One of the most mentionable areas of our stay was the competent and professional staff. They all appear to be well trained and provided service with class. I don't know what other properties are available in Thunder Bay but would certainly stay here again and recommend it to all looking for a first class experience.

Stayed with family in a double queen room. Had a beautiful view of the sunrise over the lake. The restaurant had good variety, even some vegan options. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. Couldn't give 5 stars as it was pricey for a basic room.

What a pleasant surprise and restful stay. Entering the room, you notice first how perfectly clean the rooms are. The lobby itself and parking lot usually will give you a good indication of how well interior rooms are maintained...and the lobby and lot don't mislead. The friendly gentleman at the managers desk made me feel very welcome as well. The location is nice if you prefer to be just outside...

Host is very friendly, room was very clean, other guests left early in the morning and it’s dog friendly! Just be aware the towel does left lint on body after use. Lighting at night is weak but great when you open the curtain in the morning. If you don’t see it on booking agency like expedia(sold out) try call or ask, they don’t release all rooms to them

Excellent stay at the Pine Grove Motel. Alain was so wonderful and welcoming. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Exceeded our expectations in every way and we can’t wait to return to this lovely spot. Thanks Alain and Pine Grove!

Rooms were recently renovated and the price was great value. We stayed with our dog in a pet friendly room, only $10 extra for the pet fee. Nice big grassy area out front for dogs to take care of business.
