The location was great! Walking distance to many museums, food options, and a great tour of the locks. The people and facility are top notch. Highly recommended.

Tops In Town
One of the most mentionable areas of our stay was the competent and professional staff. They all appear to be well trained and provided service with class. I don't know what other properties are available in Thunder Bay but would certainly stay here again and recommend it to all looking for a first class experience.
