Tranquility Bay Waterfront Inn

What an amazing stay at Tranquility Bay! We came to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. We were greeted by the caretaker, Nigel with a bucket of Champagne on ice. Such a nice touch! Days spent paddle boarding with a family of seals, amazing views and quiet evenings. Massages on site, best way to relax. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic getaway this is the place. Thank you for making our anniversary one to remember!! Can’t wait to come back!

We had our wedding here and it was just magical. The venue provided such beautiful backdrop to our ceremony and our guests really enjoyed all the amenities. And to top it all off, we got to kayak through the bioluminescence at night with endless stars above us! We could not have asked for a better property manager either. Nigel was very friendly and accommodating, and a calming presence throughout the whole process. Wether it’s an event or a vacation, we highly recommend this place!!

Visited this place by recommendation of our friends and were not disappointed! Amazing location right by the water, very quiet and peaceful place with BBQ spot, kayaks, canoes and paddleboards right in front of your door. Sam and Joss were very accommodating with our requests and we had very delicious and nourishing breakfasts every morning! Sam was very nice to offer us a free sailing trip in the inlet as a thank you for coming in when there were some wildfires in the area and people were reluctant to come there. We were so impressed that booked another 2-night stay right away. Can't wait to go back there in 2 weeks time! Highly recommend!

An absolute dream weekend. We couldn't have spent our anniversary weekend in a better spot. From our cozy cottage, kayaking the inlet, coffee on the dock, visits from seals ... it was total perfection! I'm sure heaven is just like Tranquility Bay!

Located just 15min outside of Sechelt, the 2 bed hill side A-frame cottage has all the appointments you'd expect in a top luxury hotel. With an ultra private hot tub, full kitchen and cable and internet. The cabin was super clean and welcoming when we arrived. We unloaded our bags stated relaxing the moment we stepped in the door.

Spent a wonderful weekend away. Arrived to our cute and cozy little cabin with a view of the water. It’s a whole different kind of quiet here. Paddle boarding and kayaking available which is amazing. Pretty much everything you need is here. Other guests also staying here were very kind and a pleasure to chat with. We will come back :)

Nigel is one of the best managers I’ve ever met! He is very professional and friendly! The resort itself was great! You have everything you need from the bbq to the water gears. Definitely going to stay here again

Our stay at Tranquility Bay (sunset suite) was the most incredible getaway - and not only because we got engaged!!
The property was the most beautiful I have ever seen and the amenities were endless. Our host Nigel was incredible and was always around if we needed anything; he didn’t skip a beat to make us feel welcomed and helped make my partners proposal extra special.
We can’t say enough good things about this place and cannot wait to return.
