Clean and renovated. Reasonable price and very good service. Great location if you are traveling along highway 17 and don't want to enter Sudbury. Very recommendable for a motel.

Was newly renovated. The beds were comfortable. Service was nice. The shower could have need more pressure. I enjoyed that there was 2 exits in our room, one exit to the hallway and the other to our vehicles in the parking lot. No complimentary breakfast, more like due to the restaurant being renovated during our stay. Loved it. Nice clean and comfortable.

I was pleased with my stay.....it is a comfortable, clean and quiet. The gentleman who signed me in was very personable and helped or offered more information than any other place I have stayed. Within minutes to all amenities. Lost a star as only could find 3 television stations that worked without ordering....LOL But perhaps I just didn't know how to work it properly.

Clean and affordable, quaint and quiet. Some work still needed, such as new bath and carpet. I enjoyed the kitchenette features and open floor plan

Was great! Clean and quiet!! We came in with 2 small children and 1 lg dog and was a great nights sleep

For what it is; a cheap, clean, and friendly inn, it is fantastic. Rooms are clean and warm, management is very friendly, prices are good for a quiet Inn. It is a little far from Sudbury however so eating late can be a bit difficult without a 15 minute drive into town.

Nice welcome..Room was a good size and clean...all in all good value..only criticizem having the exercise room next to breakfast room was slightley intrusive trying to have a conversation with the running machine pounding ...otherwise couldn't fault it....

Friendly folks at the front desk. Rooms are very good. Exterior is under reno it appears. Downside is the gravel parking lot with large potholes.

I have been staying here for years when on business trips ..love this place . nice owners the rooms are clean , beds are comfy and free breakfast , affordable price .

The room was amazing. It has a full size fridge, a 2 burner hot plate, dishwasher, and everything a little kitchen needs including pots, pans, plates cutlery and kitchen utensils. Great if you want to cook your own food. The staff is extremely helpful and super friendly as well. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic as well

I came at 10 am and initially they informed that they are not able to provide me a room because they were sold out and I have to wait until 4pm for guaranteed check in although I have requested an early check in few days before I came. But the general Manager, Nicole and Front Desk, Abrar, were both able to accommodate me. They were very kind and helpful! I was so sleepy, been up since 4am for my flight...

Great experience! Philip at the front desk is awesome with super service, always! Great management team as well (Angela, Nicole, etc). All the rooms/ suites come with a full kitchen!!! I've stayed here already for several weeks now for work and planned to be for several more. If you're in Sudbury, I highly recommend!

I was here was 4 nights due to work . The room is good but the AC unit did't cool the room. Also after the first 2 nights the staff didn't really care about making the beds properly. I am paying $200 a night to sleep on the bed so I expect the beds to be made everyday with precision, are and love. I will add that the staff is polite but didn't do anything when I mentioned my grivences. I hope Marriott...

Was is in Sudbury for a wedding and stayed at the town place suites…… Location was good. The rooms were clean and spacious. I found that the breakfast was good. However the layout made you search for everything and seemed a bit backwards. Also, the selection was limited for hot items. Overall, it was good and would stay there again.

Excellent front desk staff. Very clean hotel with nice hot breakfast. The waterslide was a hit with the kids.
