This is home-away-from-home for my sister and me. Rooms are clean; staff and the owners are very nice and accommodating if you need anything. It is near a major road so there's some noise. As well, the motel is home to shift workers that come and go at all hours, but we really haven't had any problems with them.

Clean updated rooms. Comfortable bed. Can pull car up to room which is nice. Good little continental breakfast 🧇. Coffee is a little weak but that’s personal preference and a timmies is like a 10 min walk or 2 min drive. Clean, affordable and in an unassuming area so no sketchy people around here it’s nice.

This is the nicest motel we've stayed at. The rooms were extremely clean. It seems they've been updated. Everything was tidy, inside and out. We enjoyed using the BBQ and gazebo area and even that was cleaned up in between uses. Myur was super friendly and very accommodating. We were a group of 8 with 4 rooms and every one of us was impressed. We strongly recommend!!

Continental Breakfast was great! Being next to a highway, it was much quieter than I expected. Lots of space and very accessable.

We've been staying and eating there for years when passing through Sudbury. Rooms Rooms are very clean, a little dated, but the price is always right. The restaurant is our good to.

Kind owner's, clean Heated/AC rooms, HD tv's, delicious restaurant attached. Definitely a cozy place to stay just off the hwy & 5 minutes from Tim Hortons

What a great little venue for a private party. Recently had a birthday party there and it was an absolute hit! It's not overly big (like a hall would be) so it just felt like an awesome house party. The food was amazing. Kids loved it. They even had a Mickey mouse pancake for my 4 year old. The rooms were nice. The staff was amazing. Debbie was amazing to us. She was very friendly and helpful. The price was great. Will definately stay there again.

The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfy. The front desk people were amiable as well. My only issue was the air conditioner unit which was extremely loud and it kept kicking in at that noise level every 10-15 minutes. It kept waking us up all night long. If it wasn't for that, this would have been an excellent 5 star motel stay. If I had to stay longer, I would have brought it up with management...

Book in time was 3pm but would make eme elate for a wedding. They accommodated me and got me checked in for 130pm. That was cool of them.

the bed was really hard to sleep on very uncomfortable not worth 141.61 that is for sure. I stayed at a small place in terrace bay ontario is was so nice but I was expecting more from a hotel chain to be honest. staff was great but definitely could use alot of attention to beds for comfort

We stayed at this hotel to dodge a snow storm, and found it to be adequate for our needs. The property itself seemed well maintained, but the rooms were a little dated and in need of some upgrades to the bedding, towels and curtains. This hotel is in a good location. Proximity to Shoppers Drug Mart and a Dominos. Service was good, the check in guy could have been a little more welcoming, but he was by no means rude. Just too neutral if that makes sense. The only major opportunity of improvement the hotel has is updating the hallways. Fridge was moldy, shower was disgusting, took a 50 bucks deposit and never returned it, when asked about it they kept changing their story. The transaction has been reported to the bank as fraudulent and the bank will be investigating, I will also be following up with the Sudbury police on Monday . I really like staying here when im passing through or staying long term for work. Great family owners and it's in a good location. It's not going to be your Hilton Inn, but I've enjoyed my time here and haven't had any issues. Its quite, rooms have been remodel and other visitors have been friendly as well. Great location.  The room was average, the bathroom was icky. There were hairs in the tub upon arrival and mold on the ceiling in the washroom. There were no cups to make coffee in the morning.  It is not easy to navigate this location. Would have been nice to see signs directing where the lobby , vending, ice, elevators are….

Have stayed here before. This stay was not as good as the last two. Requested extra pillow when I checked in and against n s couple hours later, but did not receive them.

The bathtub was not properly cleaned. There was a bit of grime on the front lower edge far side of the taps. Something was wrong with the volume on the tv. We turned it down as low as possible and it was still so loud we had to watch it on mute. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable.
