You get a basic room with a bathroom. Bed. Table with chairs. Dresser. Tv with basic cable. Decent bathroom. There is an affordable, yet well- made, pizza joint next door. Overall ok... I have just stayed in nicer for cheaper.

The room was clean and had every thing I needed, but it was very small and dark (not enough lighting). Somebody posted pictures of a pool in google reviews, but there is no pool in this hotel. It is a mediocre but clean place if you are staying at nights only.

The 3 bedroom town home I visited is gorgeous. The building looks new and the floor plan was well thought out. The neighborhood is nice, it is near a school. This is a great place to start a family.

Stay 1 night for business trip - Its location is good with convenient parking space. The rooms were clean and basic amenities are available. Highly recommend to request a top floor room if you don't want to hear people walking above you. Free breakfast was OK since we did not expect too much.

We had a great stay at the Best Western plus Burnaby. It was very convenient.. walking distance to Metrotown Mall, our appointment and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from. It's not a new hotel but updated Bed was comfortable. The only wish we have is for real cups and plates, in room and at breakfast.

There are many shops around the hotel, especially near wholesale, shopping and eating are convenient. There are no slippers in the room, which is not convenient for taking a shower. Compared with the room price, the facilities are relatively simple

This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.

Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. There is a free bus to and from the airport, which is about ten minutes away by car, very suitable for people in transit. The hotel includes free breakfast. The location is good, but we got ripped off when we took a taxi to the hotel... The Indian driver charged me $40, but it was only $25. The front desk guy was very good and allowed me to check out later. If the hotel shuttle bus is full and they tell you to take a taxi to the hotel, please make sure to ask the hotel staff to pay! We booked this as it was close the Vancouver airport- the shuttle was fully booked for our time so the hotel arranged a Taxi with any thought and a no cost to us .. service above and beyond . The only problem we realised when we got to Vancouver international we should have been at Abbotsford .. an hour &half away ..

I went to the River Rock buffet, which is always a good experience. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good for a buffet. Service is fantastic, always willing to help. There's never a moment with an empty glass. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lot of food for a pretty good price.

Not a guest, I was only there for a 3 day work conference. The catering was varied and fantastic, suiting the wide dietary needs of our group and the staff slipped in and out of the room to set up so silently we did not even notice them. The bathrooms were well maintained and the floor staff in the main hall were quick to open doors for us. Overall great location to have the conference.

Hey.. it's imperfect. But it's inexpensive, close to a lot of cool stuff, and I thought overall it was ok. If you're a traveler like me this place ain't bad.

Safe and secure, but has/had roaches. The owner/manager apologetically told us this after we checked in. We sprayed our own bug spray along the window sill and all around the door so that we would not leave with critters in our bags. It worked; we left clean. Places to eat to are all close by. The bus station is a few blocks away and that is why we stayed here in the first place. A grocery store...

The most important feature in a hotel room for me is the bed. And I wish the bed & linens were as high quality as the rest of the hotel. Both nights I stayed I ended up sleeping on the floor. The bed is squishy with no support and the pillows are little more then disguised tissue paper.

Some of the staff are addicts themselves so they fit right in with the rest of the place lol The place is very old yet has maintained it's integrity to an extent. Special privileges are given to select individuals so it is beneficial to some guests that have become regular fixtures

Small hotel on E.Hastings str which lead you through Chinatown to Downtown.The rooms are small old moderated but clean. Lobby is small but symphatic. The breakfast is served in the pub, regular nothing special. But in the evening there is a interesting coutry music or jazz

Location is awesome easy to get every where however you cant have a weak stomach. Its is east hastings. You will see drug use...passed out homeless people...tents.. the staff is great. Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early. The 99 B-line is right outside and the Skytrain station is just a block away making it a very central place to go around Vancouver.

The view from my 15th floor room was quite nice. The room was well appointed with a fridge and coffee maker, the linens were crisp, the pillows were full but just right, and the bathroom had the requisite toiletries as I didn't have an opportunity to find travel sizes as my trip was very last minute

Stayed here to support local artists, but it is not managed very well. Do yourself a favor and don't bring a car. You have to park in a garage behind the ally. It's very small..we could not avoid scraping our car. The Skwachàys Lodge is a nice place to stay in Vancouver. The room was amazing and the staff is super nice. The location is tricky: very close to Water street which is full of restaurants and shops but also very close to a zone full of homeless. We were astonished but in the whole three days we never had a single issue, not even at night.

The room that we stayed in was clean, beautiful and it smells good. It was like a gem nestled in China Town. The people are friendly and thorough and gave us a tour where we can find everything in the hotel. We enjoined the sauna and arts gallery. We really recommend it!!
