The staff was effective in dealing with loud disruptive guests on a different floor management went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of our stay was great. Beds were amazing
Excellent place to stay. Staff was wonderful and attentive when asked for fresh towels and extra pillow. Facility is clean and the breakfast is superb. The air freshener they use throughout smells good but is a bit overpowering. Would stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Rooms where clean and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional and lots to chose from for every appetite. My only complaint would be that the rooms are not sound proof and we could hear everything our neighbors were doing, and anyone talking and walking down the hallway.
Small but clean hotel, rooms were tastefully decorated. Staff was super helpful, Front Desk Manager- Vivek went out of the way in helping me and provided exceptional service. Location is good too, close to several restaurants.
Great experience here, i stayed in the king suite that has a jacuzzi tub. The room is super big and clean and the tub is so relaxing. They also have a breakfast in the morning and they provide lots of choices and options for what you may want. Very clean the staff are friendly and eager to help with anything you may need
Excellent team at the property, congratulation to GM and his team , very friendly staff , smiling and helpful all day and night. Awesome customer service. We stayed for a week and we had great stay at the hotel, very nice room set up and clean room, spotless bathroom and plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. Daily breakfast was fabulous and many choices, much better than downtown Vancouver hotels...

Very clean. May appear slightly dated from the outside..however my room was beautifully updated and modern. Very clean and comfortable. Was given a free upgrade and was exceptionally pleased with the service and room.
You get a basic room with a bathroom. Bed. Table with chairs. Dresser. Tv with basic cable. Decent bathroom. There is an affordable, yet well- made, pizza joint next door. Overall ok... I have just stayed in nicer for cheaper.
I needed a place for the night as the original place I had was not pleasant.I was allowed to look at the room before I paid granted it is old I found the sheets on the bed clean and crisp and I read one other comment food under the bed the bed I had was solid no place to put foodfood

The room was clean and had every thing I needed, but it was very small and dark (not enough lighting). Somebody posted pictures of a pool in google reviews, but there is no pool in this hotel. It is a mediocre but clean place if you are staying at nights only.
Thanks for the upgrade. Loved the suite. Pays to be a Diamond Member. Brenda did a great job of checking us in. Wished we had come to the correct Sandman hotel where our reservation was, first rather than the Signature one. Guess this is a common mistake but when you’re tired and just want to get to your room it’s disappointing. Other than that it was 5 stars.
During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aman, the Guest Service Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I initially faced an issue with a noisy room, which was disrupting my stay. Upon bringing this to Aman's attention, she handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and empathy. She promptly arranged for a room change, ensuring the new room was quiet...
The Sandman Hotel Langley was conveniently located and the room clean and well serviced. The bed was comfortable and the staff courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Canada.
Absolutely fabulous place to stay! We are staying for 3 months to complete a move and the staff has been like family. Friendly, warm and caring …. Always a greeting. Justin is terrific on the front desk and has been very helpful to us on several occasions during our stay. If someone is choosing a place to stay for a short few days or a long stay this is the place to book!
We’ve been staying here for several months for work and we are quite happy with our overall experience. All of the staff are helpful, pleasant and friendly. Overall clean hotel, comfy beds, rooms with fridges and microwaves. Very hardworking housekeeping staff that are much appreciated. Good location, close to many amenities, lots of parking available. I am not usually a fan of motels, but this was a really good experience. Facility is older but very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are small but I wasn't there for a spa experience. The staff were lovely, especially in the breakfast room and the ladies cleaning rooms. Front desk aren't as friendly ... Very much just get your request taken care without pleasantries. They could work on that a bit ...
I am a frequent business traveller, and have experience with all kinds of hotels. I must say my stay at Best Western Plus Burnaby is perfect, especially, the free breakfast staff Cong and Eva are exceptional. They made me feel even better than at home! Their optimistic and merry personality lightens up my days, as well as their impeccable cleanses, organization, and flavoured food. This is way beyond...
My daughter and I went down to shop at Metrotown for the day with her Christmas money. We found this hotel online as we drove down. It is an excellent value and includes a great hot breakfast. It was a bit tough to get through at the beginning to the switchboard and talk to somebody as I had to call four times but I am glad we continued. It is only a couple blocks away from Metrotown and the price...
Stayed here for 4 days on a business trip, comes with complimentary breakfast which was good, cheaper rate. Rooms are clean but the beds are not very comfortable. Towels are in need of an upgrade, feels like 36 grit sandpaper. Appart from that it was a great stay.
We had an amazing stay at the hotel, the staff were very welcoming and courteous. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The breakfast was perfect. The Metropolis mall was just a 10 minute walk and to commute to other places the skytrain is very nearby. Thank you for the amazing stay 😊.
This best western is ok. Nothing special. As I was travelling on my own for work it was in a good central location for the two deatinations I had to visit. It's on a busy road and the exit to the road is not the smoothest, as on the left side there is a large bush that could he trimmed, as it is an obstruction. In the room the bathroom is dated and worn. It could certainly do with a refresh and brightening...

I was impressed with the hotel from the moment I entered the door. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The little touches left in my room as a welcome made me feel like my business was appreciated. A nice breakfast brunch was included in the stay which was a nice addition. The only criticism I'd give was the room was marketed as "top floor city view" and my window literally looked out onto...
Nice and close to the mall and restaurants. Staff was friendly! Great breakfast. Parking is tight but we always found a spot. However, there were issues with our thermostat that did not get resolved before we left. Ended up just turning it off. I had a hard time falling asleep in the hot room. Cleaner threw out collectable empty beer bottles I was saving as souvenirs (I get they didn't know but it...
Looks recently renovated so it’s clean and modern. Super friendly people at the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area on the second floor. Quick note on the light switches, there’s one in the room that’s really hard to find and it controls the lighting above the bed - see the uploaded picture for a tiny black switch next to the wall power outlets. Free parking underground is great and easy...
This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.
I stayed at the hotel for four nights and absolutely loved it! It was conveniently located near everything in Metrotown, and the staff were incredibly friendly. As an IGH Platinum member, I felt really welcomed there. The rooms were spotless and felt cozy. The breakfast was delicious, although I did get a bit bored with the same food after a few days. The only downside was the late checkout; even though...
We stayed in the hotel for three nights, the location is convenient with sky train right outside, metrotown shopping center is right next to it. The kitchen staffs were outstanding. You shouldn't be disappointed. I have astayed here a couple times in the penthouse and regular room Unit and it was always a great experience. Specially for a stop over if your traveling. Everytime I stay here, an Elvis is walking around😶
Guy named Praneel came from maintenance to fix my electrical problem in 401. Very prompt and quick. I’m really impressed to have great customer service from maintenance. Very nice, professional and courteous. I appreciate his services. These type of staff is a real asset to a hotel. Thank You in every way. 😊
Staff were excellent ... hotel is convenient and parking is free and plentiful Nice room with window that opens for fresh air.
Honestly from the time i walked in to the time i checked out i got nothing but smiling faces and respectful gestures from staff. The room was so clean and everything was precise. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and delivered to my room. I got my money worth in this place and i plan to return anytime i have the opportunity to do so. Good Job Staff and Management.

We were very pleased that this hotel is affordable and accommodated us with a medical rate. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, rooms are clean and have lots of platform selection on the TV. We will stay here again!
Nice and clean rooms, no breakfast option, You can get food from the burger restaurant on the premises. Good parking, near to main road, accessible rooms. Overall a good place to stay.
Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Both locations had a restaurant attached to the building. Laundry facilities could have been better, but this will be my go to place to stay when traveling
Check in staff were nice and friendly! Location is close by the sky train. Room was ice cold (in the best way as it was HOT outside). I never sleep good at hotels/motels and I had the best sleep!
A very good basic motel. Check in was cordial and efficient. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Appliances worked. Beds were soft. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast on site, but there's a small cafe next door. We liked the cute rubber ducky sitting on the bath towels.

This was way back in 1979. One week stay in a one bedroom suite that had a small kitchen with sitting area as well. People were very friendly and helpful. Share the same ambiance and facilities as other north American budget motels, Location is good in between Burnaby and DT Vancouver with reasonable commute access.....price varies according to the season, don't expect polite or friendly management (as probably they have to deal with lots of questionable people), Guests are fully responsible for your belongings.
VERY accommodating & helpful during my stay, housekeepers are sweethearts, highly recommended. Thank you!!

Just spent 4 nights here, room was clean, bright and updated. Was also quite spacious. I was nervous booking a “motel” for security reasons but the building and area felt safe and secure. It’s a little out of the way if you plan on spending your time in downtown Vancouver, traffic made it quite a bit of a commute. But I would stay here again.
This is not your average hotel! Sure it is clean and comfortable, the staff friendly (and happy!) and all you would expect, but the extra effort to maintain the property shows. Even the whimsical messages to wash your hands, not smoke and have your room cleaned (or not) stood out. Especially loved the Scrabble!!
Good stay at a fair price. Staff were pleasant. Room was clean, large, quiet and comfortable. Accommodated our early check-in. They do not have an airport shuttle as advertised but they do reimburse you for taxi fare. Restaurant on site though we didn't try it.
I was easily able to get a last minute room after my flight home was canceled. Taxis to and from the airport are arranged and paid for by the hotel, which saved me one less thing I had to figure out last minute. The room was clean and very comfortable. The front desk staff were wonderful, both during check in and check out. They provided me with two extra ducks so I could give one to all 3 of my girls...
The location was super convenient, about a 5 minute drive from the airport. The hotel booked us a cab and payed for it. Check in was smooth and straight forward. The room was exceptionally clean and all the staff were very friendly.

Very clean place and nice friendly staff. Their tea/coffee station is open 24 hours and they also have chocolate chip cookies that are super yummy. Breakfast included. Shuttle to the airport available. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back the next time I’m in town.
One of the cleanest rooms I've had! I read the reviews about Costco having loud trucks at night so I requested a top floor room. We didn't hear any noise! All went well until about 4:45 pm, when my hubby flushed the toilet, the water won't go down all the way. I called the front desk and the young man said "I'll go up and BRING YOU A PLUNGER." First time staying here and it was alright. We used the shuttle from Vancouver International airport. Driver was friendly and helpful. Checked in and out went smoothly. Not a lot of choices to eat around the area. The room was small and a light bulb was out. The breakfast was sufficient and better than expected.
Very clean, spacious room with fridge, coffee machine, TV. Safe in room but ours out of order. Not an issue. Simple breakfast included. Coffee, tea and cookies available 24/7 in reception. Shuttle to/from airport very good. Location is some distance from Vancouver downtown but skytrain about 10-15 min walk. Not a lot in the area but do research for local restaurants as some good options.
Recently remodeled (ca. 2017), this location is beautiful and clean. Rooms have modern touches such as USB ports and indirect lighting. Wiping the surfaces with a wet towel attests to the cleanliness. One of the best options for lodging in Vancouver. HIE, keep up the good work!

I went to the River Rock buffet, which is always a good experience. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good for a buffet. Service is fantastic, always willing to help. An historic Vancouver spot in Vancouver's Downtown East side. Ignore everything you've heard.. it's a very safe place, that we've been frequenting for years. Worth the free Jazz Saturday afternoons (by donation), the good freshlyrics brewed beer & tasty pub grub. Friendly service, decent prices
Location is awesome easy to get every where however you cant have a weak stomach. Its is east hastings. You will see drug use...passed out homeless people...tents.. the staff is great. Restaurant downstairs great. The rooms are small but you get what you pay for... great place to rest your head on a budget.
It's perfect for REAL explorers or adventurers who love traveling and can care less to spend a ton on a room to lay their head. I doubt there are bed bugs since the beds have mattress and box spring covers. And just remember that there are hostel-like rooms and the deluxe rooms are more like hotel rooms we're all accustomed to. It's been a great stay!

Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early. The 99 B-line is right outside and the Skytrain station is just a block away making it a very central place to go around Vancouver.
The view from my 15th floor room was quite nice. Stayed in holiday inn for a week for the Christmas and New year vacation. The customer service was at its best. The front desk was always attending to the issues swiftly and made our stay memorable. Pros: 1. Location that’s accessible to most of the restaurants and close to Vancouver downtown 2. Customer service 5/5 3. Cleaning services 5/5 Cons: 1. Tv provided was not smart, I had to carry my fire...
Nice hotel close to Vancouver General Hospital and BC Cancer. The experience is much nicer if you stay downtown, but if you want access to broadway and the hospitals, this is a good choice.
