Convenient to the freeway. The family suites are nice, plenty of room. Excellent front desk staff.
The staff go out of their way to make your stay the very best My flight arrived at 8 am and I was at the hotel by 11am. I asked if I could check in and leave my luggage there. They checked and prioritized my room. It took 15 minutes and my room was ready! I told them not to rush as I could I er to the mall but she said just to wait. So impressed I to maker o on my bed before noon!!!!
The hotel was perfectly maintained, and the staff were great. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing we didn't like was how loud neighbouring suites were and how little the hotel did to help when informed.
Facilities: Being able to boil water is very important to Chinese people Environment: Elegant and pleasant, because I live on the first floor, the small yellow flowers outside the window emit a faint fragrance, and the room is full of warmth Stayed for five days, hope to come again next time! Service enthusiasm: The staff are always smiling and very friendly Breakfast: Although simple, but nutritious
Breakfast was ok/good.... Not spectacular. Christine at the front desk was AMAZING!
The staff was effective in dealing with loud disruptive guests on a different floor management went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of our stay was great. Beds were amazing

Nice and clean with great view.
The room size is quite small, clean and tidy, and the sound insulation is good. The location is close to the Skytrain station, and there are Tims and Wal-Mart nearby, which is more convenient. Temporary booking room, the price is high.
In the center of North Surrey, shopping, eating and drinking are convenient, the hotel is relatively new, near the light rail, and the room is not big
Great hotel. Friendly check in service. Check out was ok. Great location.

Stay 1 night for business trip - Its location is good with convenient parking space. The rooms were clean and basic amenities are available. Highly recommend to request a top floor room if you don't want to hear people walking above you. Free breakfast was OK since we did not expect too much.
Everything from the room to breakfast to location was very good.
Good little spot. Breakfast was better than we’ve had in other places, more options than just yogurt and toast.
We had a great stay at the Best Western plus Burnaby. It was very convenient.. walking distance to Metrotown Mall, our appointment and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from. It's not a new hotel but updated Bed was comfortable. The only wish we have is for real cups and plates, in room and at breakfast.
There are many shops around the hotel, especially near wholesale, shopping and eating are convenient. There are no slippers in the room, which is not convenient for taking a shower. Compared with the room price, the facilities are relatively simple
Good hotel, kind of distant with easy connection to metro

I was impressed with the hotel from the moment I entered the door. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The little touches left in my room as a welcome made me feel like my business was appreciated. A nice breakfast brunch was included in the stay which was a nice addition. The only criticism I'd give was the room was marketed as "top floor city view" and my window literally looked out onto...
Nice and close to the mall and restaurants. Staff was friendly! Great breakfast. Parking is tight but we always found a spot. However, there were issues with our thermostat that did not get resolved before we left. Ended up just turning it off. I had a hard time falling asleep in the hot room. Cleaner threw out collectable empty beer bottles I was saving as souvenirs (I get they didn't know but it...
Looks recently renovated so it’s clean and modern. Super friendly people at the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area on the second floor. Quick note on the light switches, there’s one in the room that’s really hard to find and it controls the lighting above the bed - see the uploaded picture for a tiny black switch next to the wall power outlets. Free parking underground is great and easy...
This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.
Breakfast was great, the staff was helpful, location was perfect and the room was comfortable.
I stayed at the hotel for four nights and absolutely loved it! It was conveniently located near everything in Metrotown, and the staff were incredibly friendly. As an IGH Platinum member, I felt really welcomed there. The rooms were spotless and felt cozy. The breakfast was delicious, although I did get a bit bored with the same food after a few days. The only downside was the late checkout; even though...

We were very pleased that this hotel is affordable and accommodated us with a medical rate. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, rooms are clean and have lots of platform selection on the TV. We will stay here again!
Nice and clean rooms, no breakfast option, You can get food from the burger restaurant on the premises. Good parking, near to main road, accessible rooms. Overall a good place to stay.
Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Both locations had a restaurant attached to the building. Laundry facilities could have been better, but this will be my go to place to stay when traveling
Check in staff were nice and friendly! Location is close by the sky train. Room was ice cold (in the best way as it was HOT outside). I never sleep good at hotels/motels and I had the best sleep!
A very good basic motel. Check in was cordial and efficient. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Appliances worked. Beds were soft. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast on site, but there's a small cafe next door. We liked the cute rubber ducky sitting on the bath towels.
Room was huge, clean and perfect! Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom was clean including grout! Excellent desk service also!

All satisfied with the hotel but not Trip.com where we booked in this hotel, we have to pay for the breakfast when booking with Trip.com, but indeed the hotel offers complementary breakfast, we are eating the same things paid or not paid. I think this is the problem rested with Trip.com taking advantage of tourists not familiar with local practice charging us expensive "supposed to be free" breakfast
Great location and price.   Good breakfast.   Good Wifi.
Bad service attitude. The shuttle bus to the airport cannot wait for the customers for even 1 minute.
We booked this as it was close the Vancouver airport- the shuttle was fully booked for our time so the hotel arranged a Taxi with any thought and a no cost to us .. service above and beyond . Good room light and clean lovely bathroom etc. Breakfast included was excellent. The only problem we realised when we got to Vancouver international we should have been at Abbotsford .. an hour &half away ..
Friendly n caring team, will come again 🙂

Staff were friendly and good. Location is very convenient to lots of food options. Room is in dire need of refresh/remodeling. Pillows smell like someone has been sweating in them for months. Carpet in the room looks very dirty as well. Very expensive for what we paid for 1 night.

There are less restaurant around hotel. The hotel has food corte in ****** but the seat and desk is not enough. The location is good and access from train station is perfect. Also they have pool and hot tab. It was good for us.
My hubby & i arrived past 10pm for check in. Checking in was not easy as I forgot my credit card & d front desk girl w/ an Eastern Europe accent said that she can’t check me in unless i present a credit card for a $100 deposit + resort fees. The hotel was a busy place due to the ****** and the most difficult to do when you arrived in the hotel is to find a parking; it was so busy that their parking lot was full. Also, you have to walk 8 minutes from the parking lot going to hotel’s main lobby. The hotel was clean and amenities were great. However, only one elevator was working going to our room. It was okay overall.
The resort’s location is incredibly convenient, close to both the airport and downtown. The hotel restaurant offers a stunning waterfront view. While the facilities are quite old, the overall stay experience was pleasant.
The River Rock Resort was a fantastic weekend getaway. From the waterfront location, to fine dining, to swimming and sliding, this place has it all.

Love it here! Excellent service, feel welcoming at all times. Perfect location for Richmond night market less than 5 minutes walk. The hot tub and swimming pool is quite relaxing ( when it's not crowded) Overall, great experience recommended.
Very spacious bathroom, food lighting and convenient light switched. Dyson hairdryer adds bonus point.
Booked a superior room specifically for the soaker bathtub only for the hotel to tell us there was a system error and we paid extra for a lower level room room without a bathtub. This was our anniversary and this is such a huge letdown. The two complimentary breakfasts don't make up for this. Don't think I'll come back again.

Staff were great. Quick and easy check in. Free shuttle from airport also helpful.
While I understand Air Conditioning may not be needed a ton here in Vancouver, Canada, but our room AC was weak and pathetic. By the time we settled from the airport and in our room, it was already 10:30'ish and we went straight to the restaurant onsite. The AC did not get our room cool enough so it was uncomfortable. The restaurant was mediocre and service was also mediocre. Way overpriced. Way...
Nice and clean but was not informed about the amenities on the top floor. Even when checking in we were not advised on the perks of having a room on the top floor.

Some of the staff are addicts themselves so they fit right in with the rest of the place lol The place is very old yet has maintained it's integrity to an extent. Special privileges are given to select individuals so it is beneficial to some guests that have become regular fixtures

The restaurant downstairs was awesome, good service and great selection for breakfast. I had an omelet where you could choose 3 items to add in, I picked mushrooms, green peppers and spinach...so delicious and filling. I would definitely recommend this place for location...
Booked this property due to proximity to VGH. The staff was very accommodating as our stay was potentially variable due to nature of the procedures at hand. That being said, the rooms are pretty standard. Nothing great or terrible. The PTAC unit (the heater/air conditioner) in our room was pretty tired. Very hard to keep a steady temp. Fine when the heat was on, but would blow cold air at some...
Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early. The 99 B-line is right outside and the Skytrain station is just a block away making it a very central place to go around Vancouver.
The view from my 15th floor room was quite nice. The room was well appointed with a fridge and coffee maker, the linens were crisp, the pillows were full but just right, and the bathroom had the requisite toiletries as I didn't have an opportunity to find travel sizes as my trip was very last minute

Loved the ethos of Skwachays. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed communal spaces and meeting other guests. And loved vibe of the neighbourhood.
Stayed here to support local artists, but it is not managed very well. Do yourself a favor and don't bring a car. You have to park in a garage behind the ally. It's very small..we could not avoid scraping our car. I love the concept behind this hotel, which is why we booked our stay here. The Skwachàys Lodge is a nice place to stay in Vancouver. The room was amazing and the staff is super nice. The location is tricky: very close to Water street which is full of restaurants and shops but also very close to a zone full of homeless. We were astonished but in the whole three days we never had a single issue, not even at night.
The room that we stayed in was clean, beautiful and it smells good. It was like a gem nestled in China Town. The people are friendly and thorough and gave us a tour where we can find everything in the hotel. We enjoined the sauna and arts gallery. We really recommend it!!

Very small room, but comfortable beds and pillows. The baseboards in the room were dirty, and the towels had grit and hairs in them. The TV had lots of channels and streaming options which was nice to watch and relax between outings. It was close to everything we wanted. Usually an Uber to anywhere we wanted was about $13, but transit is an option too for those who prefer that
I really liked that this hotel is focused on giving back to the community, and even its key card was wooden to reduce the amount of plastic used. I had booked 2 nights but due to flight changes, I informed them I could only stay the second night. On arrival very early in the morning, reception kindly let me check in then as my room was ready - this was very much appreciated after my long 14hour flight...
The hotel was very well located and provided affordable parking. We found that it was significantly cheaper than surrounding properties and offered good value. We enjoyed spending some time on the outside terrace on the 11th floor. On-site washing and drying machines were appreciated. It takes some time to get used to the concept of having a shared bathroom with the adjacent room.
This place was such a steal! You are right downtown (right across from BC Place). The staff was so friendly and check in was smooth. The hotel room we got was a single queen with a private bathroom and the room was beautiful! Freshly renovated, it had a ton of space for us, and the bed was so soft! Nice clean bright room with a great view. Hotel prices in Vancouver are crazy high right now so this was pretty good value for a central location. It's clean and the location is good. But certainly it does not live up to the expectation. The building is old and it has clearly not being renovated in a long time. Rooms are not only small, but tiny. Staff at the desk is very helpful and friendly.
Room was very small, barely enough space to move around. Room did not have a safe, and front desk safes are not big enough for laptops or tablets, so beware. Elevator had issues. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the pillows were firm.
On the main drag per say in Vancouver, not a far walk from major attractions such as the steam clock, Canada place, etc. Need a key card to access the front door- once checked in
Elevator was broken all weekend so they put us on the second floor in a super small room where the heater didn't work. Second room on the same floor was much bigger and the heater worked. Clean bed. No view. Close to everything including the seabus. Would stay here again but on a higher floor to get a view. Staff are all very nice. The free breakfast is enough to get the day going.

Cafe Medina next door is Michelin rated and off the charts. Locals tip: Vancouver Public library is 3 minutes away. Absolutely amazing, loved staying here. The nicest boutique hotel I have ever stayed and the staff were so friendly to approach and always happy to help. Great location to get around town.
This hotel is fantastic. The patio was huge, the bathroom had a deep soaking tub, a relaxing rainfall shower with very good hot water and pressure and the toilet is in a separate room from the tub/shower/sink. The high tea at their restaurant was SO GOOD and worth the price. There is no ice machine/snack machine or microwave in room which was fine because the location is right by tons of restaurants...
They let us check in a couple hours earlier and gave us a much unexpected upgrade! Staff was wonderful in the lobby and in the restaurant as well, the room was nice and cozy, super clean (I’m a clean freak) and both the room and the towels didnt smell like harsh chemicals which I loved. Very neat and clean. Unfortunately no aircon and relatively small bed. Overall good stay if you consider location and price compared to all the other hotels around the area.
Accommodation prices in Vancouver are eye-watering, and this is one of the cheaper options in the central city. I found the service exceptional and the highlight of my visit. The shared bathroom wasn't the issue I thought it might be - I was always able to access it when needed. The room was clean and tidy, but pretty basic and very warm. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I have always enjoyed having a quick chat with them. The room is comfortable, spacious, with a huge wardrobe! It also provides bottled water. The location is great! Walking distance to many attractions!
The front desk staff is friendly and polite. The room is not too big, but it is comfortable. There is free bottled water in the room, as well as a coffee machine and tea bags, which is quite considerate. The hotel is in a very good location, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The only downside to the hotel review is that the toilet has a peculiar smell, which greatly deducted points.
Very good accommodation experience, the hotel is not big, the location is good, you can walk anywhere, very convenient, very close to the subway station to the train station, turn left and it is 30 meters away, the express line to the airport is not available, turn left and turn left again and walk for 10 minutes. The front desk service is enthusiastic and the room attendant has a good attitude.

My guests were very satisfied. The room was clean and tidy with a great view. The service was attentive and thoughtful. I look forward to my next reservation. The check-in was smooth and the check-out was convenient. I highly recommend it.
As soon as I entered the room, I was shocked by the beautiful view of the bay outside the floor-to-ceiling window! The sea and the sky are one color, so beautiful that it is breathtaking! 180° unbeatable sea view room, when you open your eyes in the morning, you will see the cruise ship and the snow-capped mountains, and the city lights are on at night, and it is super cool to see the night view....
