Facilities: Being able to boil water is very important to Chinese people Environment: Elegant and pleasant, because I live on the first floor, the small yellow flowers outside the window emit a faint fragrance, and the room is full of warmth Stayed for five days, hope to come again next time! Service enthusiasm: The staff are always smiling and very friendly Breakfast: Although simple, but nutritious

The staff was effective in dealing with loud disruptive guests on a different floor management went above and beyond to ensure the remainder of our stay was great. Beds were amazing

Very clean. May appear slightly dated from the outside..however my room was beautifully updated and modern. Very clean and comfortable. Was given a free upgrade and was exceptionally pleased with the service and room.
Just renovated, but not all rooms have microwaves.
You get a basic room with a bathroom. Bed. Table with chairs. Dresser. Tv with basic cable. Decent bathroom. There is an affordable, yet well- made, pizza joint next door. Overall ok... I have just stayed in nicer for cheaper.
Always a pleasure to stay in the rooms are nice and clean, staff are wonderful and friendly.
I needed a place for the night as the original place I had was not pleasant.I was allowed to look at the room before I paid granted it is old I found the sheets on the bed clean and crisp and I read one other comment food under the bed the bed I had was solid no place to put foodfood

The room was clean and had every thing I needed, but it was very small and dark (not enough lighting). Somebody posted pictures of a pool in google reviews, but there is no pool in this hotel. It is a mediocre but clean place if you are staying at nights only.
Thanks for the upgrade. Loved the suite. Pays to be a Diamond Member. Brenda did a great job of checking us in. Wished we had come to the correct Sandman hotel where our reservation was, first rather than the Signature one. Guess this is a common mistake but when you’re tired and just want to get to your room it’s disappointing. Other than that it was 5 stars.
During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Aman, the Guest Service Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I initially faced an issue with a noisy room, which was disrupting my stay. Upon bringing this to Aman's attention, she handled the situation with exceptional professionalism and empathy. She promptly arranged for a room change, ensuring the new room was quiet...
The Sandman Hotel Langley was conveniently located and the room clean and well serviced. The bed was comfortable and the staff courteous and helpful. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Canada.
Bigger room than other places. Very quiet room for us to rest.. absolutely friendly staffs.

Stay 1 night for business trip - Its location is good with convenient parking space. The rooms were clean and basic amenities are available. Highly recommend to request a top floor room if you don't want to hear people walking above you. Free breakfast was OK since we did not expect too much.
Everything from the room to breakfast to location was very good.
Good little spot. Breakfast was better than we’ve had in other places, more options than just yogurt and toast.
We had a great stay at the Best Western plus Burnaby. It was very convenient.. walking distance to Metrotown Mall, our appointment and many restaurants. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots to choose from. It's not a new hotel but updated Bed was comfortable. The only wish we have is for real cups and plates, in room and at breakfast.
There are many shops around the hotel, especially near wholesale, shopping and eating are convenient. There are no slippers in the room, which is not convenient for taking a shower. Compared with the room price, the facilities are relatively simple
Good hotel, kind of distant with easy connection to metro

I was impressed with the hotel from the moment I entered the door. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The little touches left in my room as a welcome made me feel like my business was appreciated. A nice breakfast brunch was included in the stay which was a nice addition. The only criticism I'd give was the room was marketed as "top floor city view" and my window literally looked out onto...
Nice and close to the mall and restaurants. Staff was friendly! Great breakfast. Parking is tight but we always found a spot. However, there were issues with our thermostat that did not get resolved before we left. Ended up just turning it off. I had a hard time falling asleep in the hot room. Cleaner threw out collectable empty beer bottles I was saving as souvenirs (I get they didn't know but it...
Looks recently renovated so it’s clean and modern. Super friendly people at the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast area on the second floor. Quick note on the light switches, there’s one in the room that’s really hard to find and it controls the lighting above the bed - see the uploaded picture for a tiny black switch next to the wall power outlets. Free parking underground is great and easy...
This is one of the best Holiday Inns in Canada, with a central location, fantastic staff (Anja is a superstar!), safe underground parking and a great open space pool. Breakfast is decent too, and the kitchen staff is also amazing, especially considering how difficult it is to please everyone during breakfast time when the hotel is the busiest.
Breakfast was great, the staff was helpful, location was perfect and the room was comfortable.
I stayed at the hotel for four nights and absolutely loved it! It was conveniently located near everything in Metrotown, and the staff were incredibly friendly. As an IGH Platinum member, I felt really welcomed there. The rooms were spotless and felt cozy. The breakfast was delicious, although I did get a bit bored with the same food after a few days. The only downside was the late checkout; even though...

I informed the manager about the numerous visible scratches on the desk in my room, giving the impression that the rooms lack proper care and appear old. You shouldn't be disappointed. I have astayed here a couple times in the penthouse and regular room Unit and it was always a great experience. Specially for a stop over if your traveling. Everytime I stay here, an Elvis is walking around😶
Guy named Praneel came from maintenance to fix my electrical problem in 401. Very prompt and quick. I’m really impressed to have great customer service from maintenance. Very nice, professional and courteous. I appreciate his services. These type of staff is a real asset to a hotel. Thank You in every way. 😊
Staff were excellent ... hotel is convenient and parking is free and plentiful Nice room with window that opens for fresh air.
Honestly from the time i walked in to the time i checked out i got nothing but smiling faces and respectful gestures from staff. The room was so clean and everything was precise. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and delivered to my room. I got my money worth in this place and i plan to return anytime i have the opportunity to do so. Good Job Staff and Management.

We were very pleased that this hotel is affordable and accommodated us with a medical rate. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, rooms are clean and have lots of platform selection on the TV. We will stay here again!
Nice and clean rooms, no breakfast option, You can get food from the burger restaurant on the premises. Good parking, near to main road, accessible rooms. Overall a good place to stay.
Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Both locations had a restaurant attached to the building. Laundry facilities could have been better, but this will be my go to place to stay when traveling
Check in staff were nice and friendly! Location is close by the sky train. Room was ice cold (in the best way as it was HOT outside). I never sleep good at hotels/motels and I had the best sleep!
A very good basic motel. Check in was cordial and efficient. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Appliances worked. Beds were soft. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast on site, but there's a small cafe next door. We liked the cute rubber ducky sitting on the bath towels.
Room was huge, clean and perfect! Bed was comfy, shower and bathroom was clean including grout! Excellent desk service also!

This was way back in 1979. One week stay in a one bedroom suite that had a small kitchen with sitting area as well. People were very friendly and helpful. Share the same ambiance and facilities as other north American budget motels, Location is good in between Burnaby and DT Vancouver with reasonable commute access.....price varies according to the season, don't expect polite or friendly management (as probably they have to deal with lots of questionable people), Guests are fully responsible for your belongings.

It was nice experience with valued price.  I would like to book this in next time.  Tks,
It was a wonderful hotel to stay in during transit, the room was clean, today and quiet. The staff was friendly and respond to our need quickly. Airport transfer was convenient, quick, and frequent. It was a good choice with value for money.
Nothing to blame except the location. Fair price for around 200 CAD.
Staff were very welcoming when we arrived & recommended a good place for a meal. Room was good, with fridge & microwave & comfy beds. Airport shuttle worked well.
From the moment I opened the door to my room, I felt so at home and comfortable. The lighting around the bed made the perfect amount of brightness for casually lounging in the room. The room is clean and comfortable, and the cleaning is done on time every day. There is a free bus to and from the airport, which is about ten minutes away by car, very suitable for people in transit. The hotel includes free breakfast. The location is good, but we got ripped off when we took a taxi to the hotel... The Indian driver charged me $40, but it was only $25. The front desk guy was very good and allowed me to check out later. If the hotel shuttle bus is full and they tell you to take a taxi to the hotel, please make sure to ask the hotel staff to pay! Don't pay yourself! If you pay yourself, it's no more than $25. I hope...
Bad service attitude. The shuttle bus to the airport cannot wait for the customers for even 1 minute.
We booked this as it was close the Vancouver airport- the shuttle was fully booked for our time so the hotel arranged a Taxi with any thought and a no cost to us .. service above and beyond . Good room light and clean lovely bathroom etc. Breakfast included was excellent. The only problem we realised when we got to Vancouver international we should have been at Abbotsford .. an hour &half away ..

Special touches was the apple cinnamon waffles and pineapple coconut water for breakfast. All made our stay enjoyable.
I booked this hotel for the first night we were in Vancouver because it was close to the airport and I've stayed in the Hampton Inn in several cities in the US which have all been quite nice. I went to the River Rock buffet, which is always a good experience. The food isn't the best, but it's damn good for a buffet. Service is fantastic, always willing to help. There's never a moment with an empty glass. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a lot of food for a pretty good price.
Not a guest, I was only there for a 3 day work conference. The catering was varied and fantastic, suiting the wide dietary needs of our group and the staff slipped in and out of the room to set up so silently we did not even notice them. The bathrooms were well maintained and the floor staff in the main hall were quick to open doors for us. Overall great location to have the conference.

Safe and secure, but has/had roaches. The owner/manager apologetically told us this after we checked in. No complaints here. Rooms are pretty big, lots of stores and restaurants nearby: London Drugs, Michael's, Cactus Club, and more. I had an omelet where you could choose 3 items to add in, I picked mushrooms, green peppers and spinach...so delicious and filling. I would definitely recommend this place for location...
Booked this property due to proximity to VGH. The staff was very accommodating as our stay was potentially variable due to nature of the procedures at hand. That being said, the rooms are pretty standard. Nothing great or terrible. The PTAC unit (the heater/air conditioner) in our room was pretty tired. Very hard to keep a steady temp. Fine when the heat was on, but would blow cold air at some...
Clean and spacious rooms in a really solid location. The price was very affordable and i would not hesitate to stay here again. The staff was very responsive at all hours of the day and allowed us to check in early. The 99 B-line is right outside and the Skytrain station is just a block away making it a very central place to go around Vancouver.
The view from my 15th floor room was quite nice. Stayed here to support local artists, but it is not managed very well. Do yourself a favor and don't bring a car. You have to park in a garage behind the ally. The Skwachàys Lodge is a nice place to stay in Vancouver. The room was amazing and the staff is super nice. The location is tricky: very close to Water street which is full of restaurants and shops but also very close to a zone full of homeless.
