Hotel, room, and service was excellent. I travel alot, but probably won't stay here again. Temperature in room could not control. Added a portable AC unit, but middle of night it knocked out power to my room. Missed my work appointment in the morning due to no power to get ready. After two hours in the morning power was restored. I never had an issue like this at any other hotel I stayed at.

The rooms are clean and modern. The staff very responsive. The only issue was getting out of parking sunday AM. There are 4 exits and 3 were blocked and the one open one is obscure. After wasting 10 mins I had to call the front desk and they promptly responded as they have had to deal with this issue. Better signage would help.

The location is very convenient, just 2 minutes from Surrey Central Skytrain Station, so you don't need to bother friends for airport pick-up. Hotel facilities include a swimming pool, hot tub, bar and kitchen, and cafe, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing vacation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Surrey. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, yet quiet at night. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

Staying here for 6 weeks and its decent but a few improvements are MUCH needed. The guest laundry is my BIGGEST complaint, washers are always broken and look like something from the early 90’s. Took the kids to play basketball game and stayed for one night. The hotel service was good, with free Western light meals. There is a large community swimming pool opposite the hotel, which requires tickets, but you can go there when you have time. It takes about 45 minutes from the hotel to the pier, so it is a convenient hotel.

Check-in is very friendly. Children under 12 years old do not need an extra bed and receive extra breakfast. The room has a typical American design that is clean and simple. There is a Tim Hortons fast food restaurant to the left of the hotel exit. The experience is very good and it is worth recommending.

Staff are polite and professional. The hotel is showing aged, dark and furnitures needs updating. Although the concept of breakfast was good because of the diner attached to it, the food that was served the days that we were there were not fresh. They felt like leftovers. Not worth what we included on the price. You will get a decent breakfast elsewhere.

The staff was very kind. He explained we could get our room upgraded with IHG membersip and gave a suite. The room was much bigger than usual and the bed was so comfortable that we could sleep very soundly.

The staff go out of their way to make your stay the very best My flight arrived at 8 am and I was at the hotel by 11am. I asked if I could check in and leave my luggage there. They checked and prioritized my room. It took 15 minutes and my room was ready! I told them not to rush as I could I er to the mall but she said just to wait. So impressed I to maker o on my bed before noon!!!!

Breakfast was ok. Coffee was muddy, food choices limited to muffins and apples. We did not hear other guests, but could hear traffic noises.

I am only giving it 4/5 and not 5 due to the gate to the secure parking not working well. Other than that the hotel is dated but very clean and the staff were some of the kindest hotel staff I've ever encountered. I work on the road so I stay in a lot of hotels. They were awesome on all my stays there I believe it was close to 30 nights in total I would definietly recommend the Sandman to everyone the balcony's full kitchens and in suite washer and dryer were such a bonus!

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The rooms are incredibly huge with kitchens. We were able to do in room laundry and entertain other parents without being on top of each other . Service was awesome and I would recommend this place to anyone
