This place is just as good as any up scale rooms. Cozy quiet and everything you need. Customer service was awesome and so was the room!!!

I very well enjoyed my stay! Went here for medical reason and staff was very nice and gave me anything I needed for my stay! Very recommend booking here if your needing to go to hospital appointments or surgery! Awesome staff.

Front desk staff were quite friendly and helped me fix my reservation. But don't take the google maps shortcut to the back of the hotel as there's a high fence and in winter it’s a massive snow dump. Have stayed here a couple times now in the last 6 months. Rooms are basic but clean and staff are so friendly. We have always had a cheerful welcome when entering and well wishes upon leaving the breakfast area. The only reason I did not give 5 stars across the board is I find the cost is a bit high and each time we have visited, the pancake machine has not worked well and of course it’s my family...

The staff at the check in were both thorough and accommodating. They also stated that if you are travelling for medical purposes to contact the hotel directly for special rates. I appreciated the transparency, and I wish I had known this before I made my booking.

This place was such a relief after a 9 hrs drive! Loved the space and the cleanliness and luxury of the room. The washroom was clean the lounge area very species and moreover the best place to stay to view a pretty docking bay in the summer. What a lovely place to stay! Hotel location is great, just by the water and room views are spectacular! Room is very modern and comfy! Staff is amazing! Love the restaurant for dinner and breakfast! In our second stay in a Friday nigh we had dinner with live music and was great! The underground parking is also a plus! Pet friendly too!

If you're looking for cheap, you found it. And the fact that it was modern and clean at this price point was an added bonus, I really wasn't expecting something this nice. Decent enough that I extended my stay by a day.and did some snooping around town on a cross country trip.

Cosy... meaning not so spacious, but clean and well equipped. Our towels smelled strongly with tobacco smoke.

Kitchenette really made my work-related stay great. The only thing missing was an oven but the microwave really came in handy in lieu of that.
