They upgraded our room free of charge. Put us in a beautiful place. The owner is an awesome guy. Enjoyed this stay more than ever. Will definitely be back

Host was very helpful and responsive. Parking for truck and trailer. Easy walking to whole city and away from traffic and foot traffic. Prices were right and very clean room and private bathroom. Shoes are removed at front door which I prefer to keep space very clean. I would recommend this to anyone passing through who wants to make an evening out of the city.

It was a pleasant stay, friendly atmosphere, large room, very clean, fast check in, I will definitely recommend this place and come back myself. 👍

Very comfortable bedrooms and attached kitchen and living room. In great condition with great amenities. The owners are very attentive and responsive. Would gladly stay again, longer.

Anson was a great host. He upgraded us to a different room and new location from where we could watch the Northern lights. The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Main locations (restaurants, museums, downtown) were 10-15min walking distance.

It is more like a private owned house with rented rooms but they are really nice!
The owner is super friendly.
The provided kitchen has everything necessary.
Even late check in was absolutely no problem. Rooms were clean. Nothing to complain about!

This was a great place to stay. Very well kept. Very clean and the owners were top notch. Very reasonably priced and lots to offer. Will be coming back!

As far as the accommodation goes, I was here during the week so it was very quiet. There are a few rules regarding internet usages, and almost zero available channels to watch but hats ok if you don't do tv much .
The gentleman who runs the place was nice and accommodating as well. Don't expect much in the way of provided meals but there is an open kitchen you can use anytime to prepare your own food. I like to eat healthy so it was a plus. After looking at some of the other places around here I'm pretty sure it was one of the better choices as far as price, cleanliness noise and atmosphere go.

Really clean room. Great bed and amazing bathtub. They didn't mind checking us in late.

Horrible. Avoid at all costs.
Booked months in advance for lodging at the tail end of a wilderness trip (YRQ). Upon arrival, host tells us that our "credit card has expired," (though we have been using it the entire trip and throughout the day with no issue) and he has given our rooms to other guests. There are no rooms left and we have nowhere to stay.
We arrive at the same time as another party (also from the YRQ) who have booked well in advance, and the host tells them the same thing: their "credit card has expired" and they cannot stay in the rooms they booked months in advance. They have nowhere to stay.
Mind you, this is the same day that a huge conference is being held in Whitehorse, and every single hotel in town is completely booked up. We're led to believe the host simply sold the rooms we booked in advance at a higher rate early in the evening, given the demand.
Half our party slept in the airport, while the other half camped at a campsite an hour outside of Whitehorse.
Absolutely the worst hotel experience we've ever had the misfortune to encounter, hands down.
