DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Came here on Dec 12th, 2025 on business and arrived at 1:30 am. Had to wake up at 6:30 to make our delivery. I asked the front desk for a late check out of 12:30pm because we barely slept. By the way, I am a diamond member elite status for their so-called membership rewards, and was told it would be an extra charge of 20.00 per hour! I have stayed in a lot of Best Westerns to achieve this diamond elite status, and have always been accommodated until at least 12;30 sometimes 1:00 pm for free. Until I came to this hotel. I’m very displeased as a customer, especially since we only arrive at 1:30 am!!!! Plus, the hallways smell like paint and marijuana, and the breakfast was one of the most disgusting breakfasts I’ve ever eaten in a hotel! They didn’t even have ketchup for the dry, over microwaved “sausages” they had to offer. Also, our room with Queen size bed, was VERY tiny! I’ve yet to see such a small room!! It didn’t even have a little couch or chair to sit on!!
I will NEVER stay at this hotel again when I come to Windsor. I’ll stay at one of the better ones that actually have a pool, hot tub and better breakfast!

Very nice clean and modern rooms.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Good full breakfast. Very quiet. Well maintained property. Great value.

The staff at the reception was professional. The rooms were cozy and clean. I would prefer to have more towels because I don’t feel comfortable asking for more towels usually but the overall experience was good.

Stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament for two nights and it was perfect. Clean and updated rooms, friendly staff all around and great location in terms of highway access and tons of stores/ restaurants near by.
The beds and pillows were super comfy and there was lots of parking.

Room in general good clean mattress too soft not supportive.
One star is for the room clean service and customer service.
As a family of 4 (two little ones) we stay for3 days. 2 nights.
On Second day i called front desk around 9am before we left the room and said we need our room cleaned. To confirm the room has been cleaned, i called again in the afternoon around 4.30pm and front desk said she doesn't know because her shift started at 4pm but she then checked the sheet and there's highlight means our room has been cleaned.
Good to hear! However! When we back room around 10pm.....guess what? Yea.... Room as messy and chaotic as it was when we left in the morning. Not cleaned as all!
So i called front desk again. Front desk said she doesn't know anything blablabla no solution no willing to solve any problem at all. she has nothing to do with this....At this point all of us were extremely tired and with a messy room. No shampoo No body wash No fresh towel. I don't even want to bother call again to ask for anything....
Anyways not gonna come back this hotel next time.

Feel like I've stepped back in time. And got scoffed at for requesting soap and shampoo that wasn't in my room! Last stay here.

We stayed there for 3 nights and it was a good stay. We enjoyed our stay. Check-in was smooth and front desk people helped and answered all the questions. Breakfast is also good. Not fancy but I think this is what we get for the price. The rooms are clean and they did room service when we went out and it was good. Don't remember names but I would like to thank both the front desk and cleaning people. They did a great job.I would like to point out that on the Wyndham website, I noticed a fitness center (gym) is available at the location but it's not. I called the front desk and they said they don't have anything. I was really disappointed.

It is a fairly decent hotel, but it certainly needs a renovation and new curtains in the rooms. The rooms facing the Tim Horton’s are noisy as people start coming to the drive through early in the morning. Breakfast is included but pretty basic and might not be enough for some people (perhaps some hard boiled eggs?). The service at the reception is wonderful, efficient and fast. For the price is a good value!

The hotel is a bit away from the Downtown area and it's more of a commercial/industrial neighbourhood. An older small hotel that's 2 floors. Clean. Staff are great. The rooms are spacious and big, bland looking. Bathroom is very small. The beds are comfortable. The ac/heat is the older type of unit that's just under the window and it worked great. You get a mini fridge and microwave in the room, which is great as there is a Real Canadian Superstore just a walk down the street where you can grab stuff to throw in the fridge to heat up and eat. Cuts down on the cost of eating out. East and west of the hotel just a 5-8 minute walk you can grab a bus to take downtown if you want. Overall if you don't mind the distance from downtown then book here ad the rates are great. I will stay again if I'm attending events at St Clair College again. It's only a 15 minute bus ride. Also the Outlet Mall is near the college as well.

With the price I paid for my stay at this
hotel, its worth it. Everything I needed as basic necessities to have a good sleep
and shower and stuff are all met. Breakfast is decent, although it could be better with more options and table and chairs. Happy to stay here again next time.
