The staff here is amazing. Have to say that it is the first hotel my daughter and I have stayed in that felt so welcoming. Rooms are clean and a great size. Will definitely come back. Thank you for making us feel part of Sunbridge hotel family.

The place was kind of aesthetic but smelled weird the bathroom had mold and rust. Nothing to do there.

Went here for a seminar had no problem finding it easy access. Also the conference room or seminar room was comfortable. If there are people out there looking to do a conference or any kind of seminar this is a good place to book it

The location is with plenty of other hotels, rooms are clean and accessible, and the service of employees was impeccable.

Conveniently located downtown and very good service but hotel is older. Bathrooms are small with small space for the toilet. AC units in each room seem to be as old as the hotel. Parking is a series of hairpin turns with little width clearance making it difficult to park. But staff was friendly and helpful as well as the eatery in the lobby.

Great hotel. Staff is fantastic. I have stayed for work and for a weekend and I will never stay anywhere else but here.

This hotels restaurant is horrible. Service is lazy and unstructured. Waiter doesn't know his job and is very amateur. The food has always an issue. The general service and enjoyment sucks. Too many transports on the road in front to go someplace else. I stay east 100 times a year with IHG and this is one of the worst restaurants. The place looks nice put the work and service sucks. I go there often for work and every time it's excellent. Staff is always friendly and they go out of there way to help. I only once had a room that I felt was not clean enough. They changed me room imediately and on my way out to the new room, cleaning staff were walking in to change the bed completely and clean up. Every other stay was excellent. Great, comfortable, modern rooms with hardwood floors. Better than the Hilton across the street. No breakfast included but there's a restaurant attached or a Tim Hortons within a 2 minute walk.

Great facility. I've used this place numerous times for different events and have been happy with how I and my guests have been treated everytime. The building is clean and relatively up to date. The conference facilities are spotless and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Nice, clean location within sight of the Ambassador bridge. It is central to food and quick shopping if you need. Check in was quick and easy. The elevators were all working and prompt, never a long wait. There is a restaurant on site but we never took advantage of.

Excellent hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. When coming down from the room we were asked if everything was ok and working correctly. Continental breakfast was fresh and hot. It is a fairly decent hotel, but it certainly needs a renovation and new curtains in the rooms. The hotel is a bit away from the Downtown area and it's more of a commercial/industrial neighbourhood. An older small hotel that's 2 floors. Clean. Staff are great. With the price I paid for my stay at this hotel, its worth it. Everything I needed as basic necessities to have a good sleep and shower and stuff are all met. Breakfast is decent, although it could be better with more options and table and chairs. Happy to stay here again next time.

We have been twice, because the location is very convenient for us, when we visit some friends. Literally we just sleep and go. The rooms are clean but with a old smell. They have breakfast included, you can make your own waffles, take cereal and coffee, is basic but works perfectly for us.

I have stayed here on 4 different occasions, and intend to stay on every visit in the future. Love this hotel! The rooms are always clean and have been recently updated. Customer service at the front desk is wonderful, friendly and helpful. My only suggestion would be to install outlets at both bedside lamps in each room as my husband and I like to have our phones next to us at bedtime for our morning alarm. Stayed here for two nights to visit my boyfriend, has all the comforts of a three or four star hotel without the price hikes or confusing size. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious for rooms with 2 beds. Will definitely be staying here when I come down again!

The bestway motel was a pleasant, quiet and comfortable experience. The owners were friendly and supplied me with necessary toiletries right away. Arriving to the motel, the room was very clean and nicely kept. It’s a standard room with your basics, which is fair for the price. It was nice stay over here. The rooms were neat and clean. Near to all grocery stores and banks. The best part of it is that located on main highway. And the room service was so good.

Service was excellent. Room was clean. I'm somewhat what you would call a connoisseur of cheap motels, and for the money it was great. The front desk even gave me directions from my starting point almost 400 km away and let me check in at midnight. The only reason I wouldn't give five is because I had no idea what it is like in Windsor and someone got stabbed in the parking lot a couple of doors away...

My mum stayed there it was okay, but the guy took a photo of our driving licences 'because he was fascinated by them' i am so so uncomfortable with this. If you read this know how inappropriate and dangerous this is taking advantage of tired people. Room was good for one night nothing bad here, nothing special does what it says on the tin.

For the money it is not a bad choice. The good - low cost, not far from downtown, clean. The bad - old, smells, loud window A/C.

We had an enjoyable stay for my son's wedding weekend. We would highly recommend room 14. No view but it was a large sunny suite. It had a bicycle theme. We came to visit nearby Point Pelee and this place ended up being the highlight! (Which is saying a lot because we loved the park too.) Stayed one night in June 2017. Rolland was such a kind and wonderful host, and a talented chef. The beds were so comfortable and as other reviewers said breakfast did not disappoint! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here and can't speak highly enough about the experience.

I'm here for work, so I cannot comment on value for money (because the company booked and paid for the room) but I can say the room is comfortable, clean and reasonably equipped for a sub brand chain such as Days Inn (don't go expecting a caviar mini fridge). Location is great. Service needs work. The manager was super friendly but I kept having issues at this particular location and had to take matters in my own hands to get what I needed done.

The room was updated with a smart renovation and was supposed to be non-smoking...however, a slight odour was noticed. Unfortunately, although we had an end room, the people next door were literally up all night, and dragging the desk chair and talking loud enough to keep us up more than sleeping.

The rooms were surprisingly clean and spacious with a simple no-nonsense layout, which was a relief because you never know what you're going to get when you stay at a small independent hotel. Some small independent hotels go for a "homey" feeling, which some people might like but which feels weird to me. This place is a little throwback from the 70s. I enjoyed it. Cute. We recently stayed for two nights at this place, and had a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and a special mention goes to Miss Mahi, the breakfast attendant. She truly made our mornings special by interacting with us during breakfast—it made us feel genuinely cared for. The breakfast itself was very nice with a good variety of items to choose from. Was there for our sons hockey tournament, Sandy was awesome in the breakfast area, Dharmesh (manager) was great to deal with while trying to book for a whole hockey team. Breakfast was great and even more than I expected!! Loved the fact that you had a wide variety of breakfast items to suit everyone's preferences, ie. hardboiled eggs, homefries, eggs, omlettes, sausage and even a make-your-own Belgian wafflemaker! (plus of course cold breakfast options too!)
