The room was very clean and the bed was big and comfy. The restaurants on site were fantastic. Especially Nero's Steakhouse and Johnny Rockets. The casino was a lot of fun and the pool was very nice. Valet parking was excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Accommodations were new and modern! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Has a fitness room/gym that’s pretty okay. Free breakfast was very good. Also has a small shop at the front desk that covers the basics. Rooms were clean. Tv had a good selection of channels. Also the front desk gave me free cake for a staff birthday! :D

This hotel is now the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel has been upgraded and all the rooms have been redone with a very modern look. There is a complementary breakfast served every morning.

It is no longer the Travel Lodge. It's Holiday Day Inn Waterfront. New Ownership. The purpose of my visit to the hotel was for a 2 day Mediation. It was not to say overnight. The hotel is super clean, has a modern twist, bright and feels happy! I loved the modern bright barn doors in the room with the living room suite/mini conference room. Note: This is now a Holiday Inn Express. Staff informed me the change took place about 2 months ago. Very clean and bright hotel. All the furniture was new and spotless. Bathroom was very clean. Great view of the river and Detroit's skyline. Very friendly staff and happy that breakfast was included (although, I wish there were more food options).

The room was clean and bed comfortable but room was small. The pool heater was not working so not able to use. Sounded like this was ongoing issue. Would have been nice to be advised of this before reservation made. Otherwise staff very friendly. Breakfast was average at best. Out of some of food when we got there at 9am and they were serving till 10 am.. Overall it was in walking distance to casino...

I have stayed here before. The partial waterfront view rooms are lovely... Clean, attractive, and comfy. No complaints whatsoever.

When I came here, I loved it, one side of the hotel is facing a LAKE from windor to detroit. There is very nice resturants and the room was so clean!

This hotel is located on a very good location. If you choose front rooms, you will enjoy an amazing river and Detroit view.

My experience at Best Western Plus was a great one with my family. We spent the weekend for my son’s Provincial Basketball Tournament. The Hotel advertised the tournament with a huge billboard right at the front desk which was very impressive. The room and pool was very clean. Shadia’s help for the entire weekend was exceptional. A very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great customer service. Gorgeous view of the Detroit River from our room on the 20th floor. The pool area is amazing! Lots of chairs to lounge on while watching the kids. The pool wasn’t deep but for relaxing it was perfect. The gym was in the pool area and had a beautiful view of the river while working out. A nice sauna that could use some updating...

The pool was great! Kids loved it. Unfortunately the only thing good about our room was the view looking across to Detroit. The sofa sleeper collapsed on my kids when they went to get into bed and I had to pull the mattress off to make them a bed on the floor as it was late and I didn’t want to deal with the front desk and having to wait. The carpet was bunches up in a few areas making a terrible tripping...

Average Hotel. Had to upgrade me to Suite due to the fact could not supply me with requested equipment such as microwave and refrigerator. I did communicate in person with personnel and was told it would be there. Upon rival no such thing which they upgraded me.

Pay for Parking, C'mon Man! The hotel was nice, but I didn't understand the parking fee. There was plenty of parking out front! Scam?

The hotel is nice overall. I really, really dislike almost killing myself in the shower because it was so slippery. I actually hurt my back trying not to fall.

We had to switch rooms because the ceiling was leaking and our room was also right next to the elevator (very noisy). The staff was great. The pool room was cold and so was the pool. The hot tub was not working properly either and yes, it was also cold. The main reasons I chose this hotel was for the pool and hot tub and neither were good unfortunately.

The room appeared to be rundown and ready for some refreshing. Walls had scuffs and marks and in bathroom you could see tape for drywall taping through the paint in the ceiling. Also mold around tub and on ceiling. Unit to cool/ heat made a click noise most of the nite. Eventually turned it off. POSITIVE: checkin staff good, bed comfortable/ pillows also. Room clean . Not worth the price paid...

Comfy bed, nice room. Disappointed that I needed to pay for outdoor parking. Breakfast not included. I think that I could find better property in the area on my trip south next year.

The place was kind of aesthetic but smelled weird the bathroom had mold and rust. Nothing to do there.

Went here for a seminar had no problem finding it easy access. Also the conference room or seminar room was comfortable. If there are people out there looking to do a conference or any kind of seminar this is a good place to book it

The location is with plenty of other hotels, rooms are clean and accessible, and the service of employees was impeccable.

Conveniently located downtown and very good service but hotel is older. Bathrooms are small with small space for the toilet. AC units in each room seem to be as old as the hotel. Parking is a series of hairpin turns with little width clearance making it difficult to park. But staff was friendly and helpful as well as the eatery in the lobby.

I have stayed here on 4 different occasions, and intend to stay on every visit in the future. Each and every time the staff was courteous and kind, the room was well maintained and clean, and the stay was as expected...quiet! The breakfast is more than enough, and the price is great. My only suggestion would be to install outlets at both bedside lamps in each room as my husband and I like to have our phones next to us at bedtime for our morning alarm. With the price I paid for my stay at this hotel, its worth it. Everything I needed as basic necessities to have a good sleep and shower and stuff are all met. Breakfast is decent, although it could be better with more options and table and chairs. Happy to stay here again next time.

We have been twice, because the location is very convenient for us, when we visit some friends. Literally we just sleep and go. The rooms are clean but with a old smell. They have breakfast included, you can make your own waffles, take cereal and coffee, is basic but works perfectly for us.

I was going to USA, needed room in urgent and went to front desk. The front desk person CJ was very helpful and kind. Overall my experience was great and will love to visit property with my friends or family members.

Stayed with my family, clean and quiet, friendly and smiling staff, supportive management. There was little issue with the sofa - pullout. Maintenance said it will take half hour to fix it but the management changed my room immediately and provided complimentary snacks for our inconvenience. My family and me myself really liked the hotel and will be staying in future for sure.

They were incredibly forgiving when I didn't have a credit card for a security deposit. They told me the employee tomorrow could refund it when I check out and all I had to do was tell him my room number and he knew. The communication is fantastic there and the atmosphere is calming

The staff here were great. It has been a long time since I have heard hotel staff gush about how much they enjoy where they work. They advised our group well and could not do enough. The manager went out of her way on several occasions to help people. Rooms were well designed and clean. A gem in Windsor.

When I stayed here it was such a excellent time! It was St Patrick’s weekend so there were many people which made it a very fun experience. We were booked here as part of a wedding group. The downtown location made it easy to navigate to destinations throughout the weekend. Newly renovated, which is nice, but the "barn door" makes the bathroom weirdly public. I might be shy, but I honestly prefer to poop alone ;)

The hotel was nice and clean. They were in the middle of renovating the second floor during our stay, but we got rooms on the third floor which were newly renovated. The only problem I have is the style of the bathroom doors. They slide open and close and leave a gap on either side where you can see into when the doors are closed. Otherwise, everything else is good.

When I visit Windsor, I always stay here. The rooms are spacious and the staff is very accommodating. The only downside is that there's no breakfast. Ummm... You have to buy breakfast separately from the restaurant. I'll be back again...

The place is clean and in a good location, but it's not ideal for relaxing. In fact, it's more of a ****** than a hotel. Finding parking was confusing—I spent 30 minutes just trying to locate the entrance. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys ******* or lively, crowded places.

Overall hotel was clean and the common areas were well maintained. In our particular room the toilet was damaged but still functioned fine, front desk was informed at checkout. The pool was great for my son, although the water was colder than normal, the chlorine level also was which is a welcome change from most policy pools. All in all I would stay there again.

Comfy beds. Complimentary breakfast was pretty meh. The parking lot you have no choice but to drive through to get to the motel is a disaster of very large potholes and you can only turn right out of the lot which is inconvenient

Generally clean. The hotel does need an overall face lift of both exterior and interior though. Front desk staff are friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is basic and covers one's general needs. No "wow" factor to note.

Have stayed for work on multiple occasions. The rooms are comfortable and we'll kept. I enjoyed all my stays, but when I am placed in a room on the backside of the hotel, I slept better. No heavy noise from trucks heading to the US boarder on the back side.

We went to the Hampton on Huron church road for our one year anniversary. We had such an amazing time. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the pool was warm and the hot tub was incredible. Breakfast was amazing and we will definitely be back for our next occasion.

We had an extremely late check in (2:45am), but there was a night bell, so it was still easy to check in. Since we came in so late, they were very accommodating for a late checkout. I come to Windsor frequently on business and i must say The NEW OWNER and family are very welcoming. For a Motel i must say this is very clean and in a great location. Rooms are big and its a must stay place with GREAT PRICES . The customer service here is 2 thumbs up !!!!!!

Kenora Motel is very conveniently located on Huron Church Rd and is close to several fast food restaurants. Our Room (#32) was spacious, clean and had a great wifi connection. The two queen beds were firm and comfortable. We didn't experience any of the issues some other reviewers have listed: no strange smells, no bed bugs, decent furniture, no mold in the bathroom, shower stall was very clean...

A good and affordable hotel at an extremely good position, close to 401, Costco, and a lot for shopping places. The rooms and amenities are a bit old and not too clean, but very specious. This place is nice for what you pay for. It’s mostly clean, and from what I saw, no bedbugs. Which is amazing for Windsor. Lol. But there’s no elevator, so you have to walk up stairs. The room I stayed in was a single queen. Looked like they never vacuum under the couch, and they need outlet covers. They refill the hair care bottles, because my conditioner bottle was just shampoo all over again. But...

We had a good stay for two days there. Its quite and warm. The rooms were spacious and so was the bathroom. It could have been a tid bit more cleaner. Close to the airport, I was looking for a convenient hotel at a good price at it worked perfectly. The staff was polite and helpful even extending the breakfast time for me as I was a little late. Would recommend if you are just looking for a simple place to stay.

A great spot! Recently stayed here a night and it was awesome. From the check in to check out very accomodating.

Our stay was ok…just ok. Had a bad experience checking in. When we arrived in our room we found popcorn in the seat of the chair and stained cushions. At breakfast the orange juice and coffee were out of supply, when we told front desk about it they did nothing.

Not bad, but for the price expected a little more. Rooms are OK, coming with microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. TV offered regular cable with limited channels...no movie channels or special options. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Not sure why they required a $200 security deposit. We liked the area because it was away from the downtown area.

Very well maintained. My wife and I stayed here for 2 months during that time we had 1 issue with the plumbing. It could not be fixed that night so the very friendly staff moved us to a larger upgraded room. The restaurant is delicious and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a short or long stay.

If you're looking for a cheap motel, it doesn't get cheaper than the isleepinn. Not recommended for families with small children. Lots of colorful characters hang around the isleepinn. It would be nice if they had flat screen TVs and take a little more time when cleaning rooms.

The front desk lady was very helpful when we arrived and the building was fairly clean. The room was a little dated but well taken care of which was the more important of the two aspects. No one bothered us, probably because we tried not to bother anyone else. Enjoyable stay for sure though.

Room was fantastic, very clean and recently renovated. Staff was not friendly or accommodating. We had 4 guests and they fought tooth and nail not to give us extra towels and face cloths. They said the standard is 2 sets per room even though we paid for 4 guests.

We were in Windsor to for a show and most the hotels in the area were full, so see took the gamble with a motel and we were pleasantly surprised of this motel 6. Rooms seemed to have some renovations done. For a basic stay had no issues. Complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby was also a nice touch. Great stay for the price.

I stayed at this property with a group on a business trip. The owners were very welcoming. The property was very clean, and my room was very well kept. Several steps above a typical Motel 6! Good location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. This is a great budget property!
