The location was absolutely amazing. We had everything within a few hundred meters... the rooms were clean and daily the staff were restocking the coffee, changing the sheets and leaving fresh towels, like the first day we checked in. The receptionist Tijen was super attending, helpful, knowledgeable and gave us some tips, insight... the place is absolute gem in Ayia Napa and Tijen made our stay even better! Highly recommend the place!

It's near everything, u don't need a car, when than take a Quad, it is just perfect to visit all beautiful places.Service is lovely, they also have a Delfin caffe, where u can enjoy drinking very tasty Aperol spritz, lovely service. Reception it's very kind, Belal is very very kind and also another a bit older guy :)) a Lady of course is lovely 🌹

Total FRAUD AND SCAM!! Beware the owner is a scammer and a fraud!!!! I recently stayed 2 nights at Blue Harbor Hotel in Ayia Napa and had a truly disappointing experience. I had booked what was supposed to be a sea view suite with a separate bedroom and living room, complete with two TVs and two balconies and sea view. However, upon check-in, I was shocked to find that I was given a small studio with only one TV and one balcony facing a noisy road with no sea view.
Initially the owner explained that he did not understand what happened to my booking and that the hotel was fully booked that night but he promised to sort out the issue the next day. The following day he was incredibly rude and dismissive. He flat out denied having any rooms matching the description of my booking, despite what was advertised on booking.com and me having paid a higher rate for this room category. To make matters worse, he refused to offer any sort of refund or compensation for the significant downgrade in accommodation and yelled at us saying we are free to sue him.
The owner is known in town for his bad temper and cheating tourists. Stay away!!!! Total rip off and scam!!! I am shocked that booking.com accepts such behavior as they seem to be aware of it by the look of the numerous bad reviews on their site which I wish I had seen earlier.
The reality of the rooms does not match the advertised descriptions at all. There is also a loud road and a children amusement park underneath the hotel with lots of noise. Avoid Blue Harbor Hotel at all cost!

A beautiful boutique hotel with creative and sophisticated architectural and interior design solutions. We stayed in a sea-view room, and we were instantly enchanted by the room's size and the huge terrace. It's a perfect choice for almost all age: the beach is 2 minutes away, with numerous restaurants, and the city center is also a 5-minute walk, with plenty of shops nearby. An interesting feature is the small adventure park belonging to the hotel, where both kids and adults can have a great time. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the hotel and restaurant staff for their work—it was an unforgettable experience!

Sea view rooms unfortunately- very part view of sea ! Specially we get room 0138 is a last room near by main road and smallest balcony in all accommodations! Be honest if you decide to get a sea view room in extra price, be sure you will get a proper room! For room there is no any issue. Room is standard as mentioned in website. Totally hosted and welcomed personal, room has everything that you can expect! Wonderful beds and comfortable pillows and blankets!

Nice and cheap hotel, we had a sea-view room with balcony.
During the stay bed sheets were not changed.
The staff was polite. The location is great, it’s in the city-center, a supermarket is nearby and the beach is also near. We had the option without breakfast.

Never again. Room heated up like a sauna to 28 degrees and AC didn’t work forcing us to sleep with an open door. you could hear everything through the walls, even silent conversations from the neighbors. 2 stars instead of 1 because the room was nicely decorated.

Nice hotel, we bought it cheap comparing with the others hotels but we booked it at the beginning of the year. The breakfast was a dissapoiment as we have served for the entire trip the same food and was a little variety. The room is quite nice, the bathroom smells as sewage over night. As a plus , it is near the beach and the city center.
Housekeeping did not changed the sheets for days and it cleaned the room in a rush.
