We have visited Cyprus for over forty years, thirty of them at the Grecian Bay Hotel. A magnificent hotel superbly situated on the beach. The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect. A return visit is comparable to coming home! Already booked for another holiday.

First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception. Great location but definitely needs a renovation. It's dated and it shows. Some thought could go on the design and how to give a bit more privacy to the bungalows; currently there is no privacy at all when you sit on the veranda and many random people walk by. Also the service could be improved.

Great hotel , been here at last week of the end of season and everything was perfect. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. One thing that i didn't like is that the indoor pool and the Sauna is closed at 19:00 pm and not later. So we couldn't explore this facility on our stay.

Great location, in walking distance from Nissi beach. lots of stores and restaurants around. very nice room, we got partial sea view room although we didn't pay for it. good service and nice breakfast. we stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed it

The place really exceed all my expectations! Everything was great, from the apartment, the food, facilities and friendliness of the staff to the excellent location just a few minutes to the best beaches, and very close to shops and restaurants. It was nice place, next to two the beautiful beaches. The staff was very kind. The hotel has a clean and spacious family room, as well as small playgrounds both indoors and outdoors and well-equipped gym. The food was good. The place is suitable for families.

Lovely hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach, beautiful interior design, good breakfast, the showers in the spa are great, the service in the reception - really nice and welcoming, it seems that they have thought on all the small details and everything a guest might want or need.

Service was ok for everything you need. The air condition didnt work so they came to clean the filter. The shower was with low pressure, we didn't ask to fix it. The floor without carpet so all night i heard the people above my room that decided to walk with strong steps.

I had a lovely time here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I had some noisy neighbors late at night, but the staff quickly responded and resolved the issue within minutes every time I called. They also offered to change my room if needed, but the noise improved, so I stayed. The sound carried through...

I stayed in the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites for a week in July and I must admit it was a lovely stay. Staff is super! 10/10, all of them! Very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The location is good. I didn't have breakfast but lunch and dinner in the hotel were very nice too! I will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family as I enjoyed my stay here.

Good hotel and nice and helpful staff. The hotel is clean; the towels are changed daily. The restaurant provides good food, and the waiters are very friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious, and beds are comfortable. There is a fridge, some stuff for coffee.

Me and my boyfriend came here for our second holiday away together, we were made to feel soooo welcomed. The food, cocktails and rooms (cleaned everyday) were unreal. The staff are amazing and the swim up bar always have anything we ask for. You are always able to get sunloungers, which was a main priority for us, and everyone is so friendly. An amazing hotel with fabulous staff. From arrival to departure nothing was too much trouble. This was the best week away I have had and my family loved it. The manager and staff made sure every detail was perfect.

The hotel is lovely. Right on the beach, with its own private beach in between the pools and the public beach. The pools are beautiful too with several life guards on duty all day. Beach is beautiful. Gorgeous sand and clear sea. Hotel food was lovely, so much choice, something for everyone at every meal. Would go back tomorrow if I could!

Excellent location, really friendly staff and very clean in general. Negatives are the breakfast itself - some of the items weren't so good but a nice selection and really friendly waiters. Also the pool side could have new cushions and some neatening up in general. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAYS!!! Positives Parking- we rented a car and we found it super convenient that we can park at the hotel. Extremely nice staff especially the waiters and receptionists. Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean, if at least water was provided that would be more convenient for us. The pool are and the seating area were not really clean when we get there. In addition, there is no good soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear everything from outside and when somebody was walking by the room. Overall, it was good for its price.
