We have visited Cyprus for over forty years, thirty of them at the Grecian Bay Hotel. A magnificent hotel superbly situated on the beach. The hotel can boast that its buffet breakfast is truly comprehensive with every dish imaginable. Competent staff occupy and serve in all departments and add a personal aspect. A return visit is comparable to coming home! Already booked for another holiday.

Solid 4+ hotel. Rooms are clean and big enough. Service is good. People working on the reception knows many languages and you definitely are able to solve any problem. I enjoyed my stay. View from the window is great. I could only complain on the breakfast which look the same every day.

Asterias Beach Hotel stands for great food, clean rooms, marvelous beach and very friendly staff. Evening attractions are something to work on, however we understand this is no longer the season. The safety and security needs updating glasses should never be allowed around pools they were left for hours before being collected. Location was excellent. You could easily walk from the hotel and in less than 5 minutes you were at the Ayia Napa centre full of stores.

UPDATED: Despite the two beautiful pools, they are unfortunately inaccessible. Guests reserve sunbeds with towels even before the pools open, leaving them constantly occupied. First of all, the cleanliness is superb, from the rooms to the beach. Courtesy in the restaurant, bar and by the maids is exceptional, a little less at the reception. This place is a miracle! The biggest advantage is undoubtedly the extraordinary garden and beach, with lush green plants and colourful flowers. It is very well maintained. I am vegan and had a delicious meal for breakfast and dinner. There was also a wonderful view from the terrace of the room.

Great location but definitely needs a renovation. It's dated and it shows. Some thought could go on the design and how to give a bit more privacy to the bungalows; currently there is no privacy at all when you sit on the veranda and many random people walk by. Also the service could be improved.

Great hotel on the beach with 140 rooms. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast with big selection.

Great hotel , been here at last week of the end of season and everything was perfect. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable. One thing that i didn't like is that the indoor pool and the Sauna is closed at 19:00 pm and not later. So we couldn't explore this facility on our stay.

The place really exceed all my expectations! Everything was great, from the apartment, the food, facilities and friendliness of the staff to the excellent location just a few minutes to the best beaches, and very close to shops and restaurants. It was nice place, next to two the beautiful beaches. The staff was very kind. The hotel has a clean and spacious family room, as well as small playgrounds both indoors and outdoors and well-equipped gym. The food was good. The place is suitable for families.

Lovely hotel, 2 minutes walk from the beach, beautiful interior design, good breakfast, the showers in the spa are great, the service in the reception - really nice and welcoming, it seems that they have thought on all the small details and everything a guest might want or need.

Service was ok for everything you need. The air condition didnt work so they came to clean the filter. The shower was with low pressure, we didn't ask to fix it. The floor without carpet so all night i heard the people above my room that decided to walk with strong steps.

I had a lovely time here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The staff were attentive and very helpful. I had some noisy neighbors late at night, but the staff quickly responded and resolved the issue within minutes every time I called. They also offered to change my room if needed, but the noise improved, so I stayed. The sound carried through...

I stayed in the Napa Mermaid Hotel & Suites for a week in July and I must admit it was a lovely stay. Staff is super! 10/10, all of them! Very friendly. The hotel is very clean. The location is good. I didn't have breakfast but lunch and dinner in the hotel were very nice too! I will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family as I enjoyed my stay here.

Amazing luxurious hotel located in the heart of Ayia Napa great for tourists to visit and expand their horizon in terms of vacation!Visited with my dad and brother and had a great time overall.Breakfast has a wide variety of foods for vegan and vegetarian people.Also bathed in the jacuzzi which was great.The hotel has a gym for everyone that likes working out and loves staying in shape even on vacation...

The rooms are tired and in desperate need of renovation. The aircon either didn't work or was turned of. Breakfast is poor so don't bother.

Good hotel, location, serviss and food. It's good to choose the rooms with sea views. In front of the hotel, the straight walkway to the public sand beach, without stones😉. On reception desk is able to rent a beach towel with formal 5 eur deposit and change for new every day. Room is daily cleaning and towels changing. No minibar in the room. We booked this hotel & had read mixed reviews so wasn’t sure what it would be like, but here is our 100% honest review. Excellent family holiday for May half term. Stayed here as a family of 3 & had an amazing time. Pool area is beautiful with plenty of sun loungers available Rooms are spacious & clean with good aircon Food - good breakfast choices. Lunch also nice but sometimes limited & evening meal good choices with different theme every night. Drinks are excellent, cocktails,beer,soda & juices to choose from...

I was nervous about our holiday, having read the reviews on here but I was so pleasantly surprised. The hotel is beautiful. The pool is stunning and there were no sunbed wars, even when it was really busy because of the whit Sunday bank holiday festival. Our room was spotless and comfortable and always smelled lovely. We arrived with some trepidation having read some of the reviews on here. However, we found that the rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels provided. The air conditioning was efficient. Excellent location, really friendly staff and very clean in general. Negatives are the breakfast itself - some of the items weren't so good but a nice selection and really friendly waiters. Also the pool side could have new cushions and some neatening up in general. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

THE MOST UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAYS!!! Positives Parking- we rented a car and we found it super convenient that we can park at the hotel. Extremely nice staff especially the waiters and receptionists. Very friendly and polite staff. Room was very clean, if at least water was provided that would be more convenient for us. The pool are and the seating area were not really clean when we get there. In addition, there is no good soundproofing in the rooms as we could hear everything from outside and when somebody was walking by the room. Overall, it was good for its price.
