an old-fashioned hotel, in the good sense of the word, for a large number of people. We are in the off-season, almost no one is there. Dear owner, delicious breakfast, very clean.

Nice hotel, perfect location. Relaxed atmosphere - Mr Andreas, his uncle and Staff, (Chambermaid - Waiters and barman friendly, helpful. Overall Exceptional Service. Food very good, home taste, (breakfast, lunch and dinner). For sure we will see you again !!! Thank you.

The rooms were awful I asked for 2 separate beds for me and my friend and gave us one big bed. The staff didn't help me at all

Completely run down. Appears as if nothing has been renovated since decades. Huge scratches envarved in furniture, horrible beds, defintely not a 3star as advertised - not even two star, linnen with holes, old beds, definitely not worth the 60 Euro. Not at all recommended.

The hotel might already be closed, but we stayed here 5 days. Only had warm water to shower on the last night and had a cockroach in the room and breakfast room. The barman was kind and helpfull.

Από τα χειρότερα ξενοδοχεία που είχα επισκεφτεί.Η καθαρίστριες δεν καθάριζαν καθημερινά το δωμάτιο και εκτός τουτου απλά άλλαζαν σεντόνια και έστρωναν τίποτα παραπάνω.Επίσης σε κάποια δωμάτια η τουαλέτα είναι φτιαγμένη περίεργα με αποτέλεσμα τα κόπρανα σου να εμέναν!Επιπλεον το προσωπικό πολύ οξυθιμο και απότομο,όταν πήγα να εκφράσω τα παράπονα μου αντί να προσπαθήσουν να τα διωρθωσουν επέμεναν ότι δεν φέρουν καμια ευθύνη στα παράπονα που ανάφερα.Τέλος η τηλεόραση ήταν στο hotel mode με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να αλλάξεις σε netflix και γενικά να μην μπορείς να αλλάξεις hdmi όταν τους το αναφερα για να απενεργοποιησουν το hotel mode αυτοί αρνήθηκαν και μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται…Εγώ εψαξα στο Ίντερνετ βρήκα τη λύση και απενεργοποιήσα την λειτουργία hotel mode.Γενικά αυτά είναι τα παράπονα μου (όχι και λίγα),να αναφέρω ότι το φαγητό δεν ήταν απαίσιο απλά τίποτα το ιδιαιτερο και πολύ λίγες επιλογές.Αν θέλετε να πάτε για διακοπές αποφύγετε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο ειδικά αν είστε με οικογένεια γιατί τα δωμάτια είναι σαν μια φωλιά!

Ξενοδοχειο του 1980 απλα χαλια..καθαρι ειναι μονο η ρεσεψιον τα υπολοιπα ειναι χαλια δωματια του 1980 μπανιο λερωμενο η πετσετες λερωμενες τα κρεβατια καθοκου ανετα τα δωματια λερωμενα γενικα χρειαζεται αμεσα ανακαινιση..πρωινο αλλα φτωχο η αιθουσα του πρωινου απλα χαλια χωρις προσωπικο

To say we got a room at all on christmas day is almost beyond belief. The hotel was fully booked and busy with guests, the owner gave us a friendly welcome and couldn't believe we had walked 30km to Kakopetria that day in cold winter weather. We were very glad for a warm room with a good hot shower. Yes the hotel is basic and the furniture is dated, but if the service is this good even on the busiest day of the year, you know you are good hands. We were also impressed with the variety of quality food available in the free breakfast buffet. Excellent value for money, plenty of hot water and heating in winter.

The location was good and there was free wifi, hot water and heating all the time. The rooms were as clean as possible ( didn't really had high expectations ) and the breakfast was okay as well. The thing that really pissed me off though was the manager's' attitude towards some of my classmates... He was really rude sometimes and had a strange "humour". In contrast, the cleaners were really friendly and helpful.
