Loved this hotel. Location perfect and connected beautifully with nature. Room had high beamed ceiling and lots of thoughtful gestures. Breakfast excellent and service outstanding. My only suggestion is that the spa area could benefit from some updating. However I had one of my best hot stone massages here.

Booked a winter vacation. Got upgraded to a suite, which was awesome. Breakfast is wonderful, the service is very curtious and professional. Very nice spa and warm jacuzzi. You will need a car if you want to tour around.

Nice hotel, set in a small town with a couple of supermarkets and quite a few bars within walking distance about 10/15 minutes. Beach same distance its pebbley so sea shoes needed. Just back from a week here and have enjoyed every minute. The pool area is kept spotlessly clean, is well maintained and well manicured. The food is very good and the all inclusive option is very good value. Buffet meals were plentiful and varied and always found plenty to try. Location is good and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were serviced daily with regular towel and bedding changes...

I don't expect that the room will be totally renowned but minimum clean . The bathroom and the kitchen could be better clean. We also had a small problem with hot water, but it was repaired.

Not a bad place to say for a shirt period. For longer stays,....well....depends on you tbh. The village hasn't really anything to offer.

A wonderful place to holiday. Kotzias Beach Apartments are situated near the beach and close to various small supermarkets and restaurants. Once a small fishing village which is now a superb place to enjoy a holiday. The apartments are clean, serviced daily and there’s a cafe for snacks by the wonderful pool. I can thoroughly recommend this place for your ideal holiday.

Great place for someone who like us like peace and quiet😊apartment good size, clean, beds comfy, lots of storage space. Warm and clean pool with lots of loungers. Just at the beach as well, but it is a stone beach so wear a water shoes. Lots of good restaurants around, 2 small shops. No problems at all, definitely will be back there again🙂🙂🙂

Lovely apartments with a large swimming pool and close to the beach and restaurants / supermarkets in Pissouri. Evros was really friendly and always happy to help with anything he could. We have had an amazing holiday and would recommend staying at Kotzias as an excellent base to explore Cyprus or enjoy time by the pool / beach.

My mum booked this as a local living in cyprus for us, to come and stay with her from england. My grandfather who is 90, found everything within a short easy walk, and not too many steps. Rooms are a really good size. Good views over the village and the bay. Aircon is in the bed room. Big comfy bed. Parking is across the road. The restaurant has just been re-furbished. Staff are really friendly.

We have been there a week in mid March 2018. We were very pleased with our choice. Excellent location, at walking distance from the village center and yet quiet and with a nice view. Appartment was perfect. Very friendly host, approachable and with a personal touch. Recommended!

I haven't stayed in a room but the Ampeli Restaurant across the way has a small portion the size of a large in the UK and I tried a "small" portion of sword fish and would happily eat here again when I come to Cyprus.

Beautyful place to stay ... and with car the perfect beach (pebbles, quiet, natural shade) in the West corner of the pissouri bay is very close. charming old tavern rome, like from some romantic movie, was a nice place to spend a few nights. we were there during the heatwave (38deg.C) but the ceiling fan was just doing enough with window and doors open trough the night... really lovely place

Simply the best meal I've had in a long time! A great selection of traditional Greek dishes, and some global favourites, all served with great wines, for a price you'll find hard to beat for the quality and finesse of the dishes. A beautiful location, with some handsome waiters! What more can you ask for? We've booked to go again on the last night of our holiday!
