A great experience. Our checkin was easy. Our room wasn’t ready but we had a late lunch and all was set. The room was lovely with a spectacular view of the beach. Breakfast is extravagant. The gym while small has good equipment. Meals were on the pricey side but good quality. The best part was the warmth of the staff. Great location! We stayed with our 3.5 yr old boy, which was nice, just the beach was not his favourite. It is pebbley and a bit too cold for him, we enjoyed it 🙂

We spent 8 days here. We took option: breakfast included. 1. Room - clean, big even for 4 people, towels- awasome, good quality, cosmetics also! Good coffee in the room. Cleaning service - twice a day! 2. Swiming pool - 2 pools, water is warm, no many children, so quite calm place, we could enjoy 3. Breakfast - very good, you can order what you want. Recently stayed at this resort and found it to be a mixed experience. On the positive side, the resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained rooms and overall friendly staff who are always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel, apart from the pools, was of a great standard. However, there are significant drawbacks that make it unsuitable for families, particularly those with children....

Best hotel on island. Not overpriced and with perfect service. Everything is great here: location, sea, spa, dining options (even simple Greek dishes are delicious), breakfast is beyond expectations. You can also do a little trail nearby and watch beautiful sunset. We are amazed and keep coming back again and again.

Just back from a week here and have enjoyed every minute. The pool area is kept spotlessly clean, is well maintained and well manicured. The food is very good and the all inclusive option is very good value. Buffet meals were plentiful and varied and always found plenty to try. Location is good and about a 10 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were serviced daily with regular towel and bedding changes...

Lovely place and setting, 1st week not an issue sadly 2nd week was Cypriot holidays, and could not get a sunbed after 6.30am,so only choice was to go to the beach. Definitely worth renting a car as transport is non existant. If you want a chilled week just lying around pool eating and drinking its ideal

Rooms are nice and spacious with lovely views. Meals have just about enough choice to make them worthwhile. It is a short distance away from a pebble beach and facilities such as a supermarket and some other cafés. A British style chippy is also not too far away, which is nice to get a taste of home. It is also only a short drive from Paphos airport.

Everything was first class. Service. Nice garden. Nice pool. The only small disadvantage is that there is around 600m to the beach and it is located near the road. Separated by the line of lush. But traffic is minimal. Hardly noticeable. Most of the apartments have a very nice garden view except a few with a bit worse view(the ones closest to the seaside are the worst).

We enjoyed every day of our 10 day holiday . Seeing the view of the sea - what more do you need ? The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed . The nights were nice and quiet and we slept really well. Irina met us when we arrived and was easy to contact . There was parking just outside . The beach has plenty of sunbeds and as we had a car we visited Paphos and Limmisol...

beautiful spacious 2 bedrooms villa. only a short but steep walk to the village square lively clean pool. beautiful sunbeds quiet private location. stavros let us check out late which was very much appreciated. ( lots of nice simple touches toilet rolls bin bags cleaning products !) the photos online are exactly as they are in real life !

We have been there a week in mid March 2018. We were very pleased with our choice. Excellent location, at walking distance from the village center and yet quiet and with a nice view. Appartment was perfect. Very friendly host, approachable and with a personal touch. Recommended!

Excellent service with friendly staff and excellent food well prepared and presented . The view's are amazing and good value for money well worth a visit.

Had the most amazing two course meal. Soup & warm bread roll to start. Help yourself salad bar followed by an gorgeous roast dinner. All the meats & crunchy roasties. The view is amazing so I fully recommend you make this a must visit. Such good value too.

Fantastic food, service and views. This was the third time we’ve eaten at the Hill View restaurant and anytime has been a lovely experience. The food is always tasty and very well presented. The staff are friendly and very helpful with food or drink choices. Recommend you get a table with the view which always adds to the experience. If you are in or around the Pissouri area we would always recommend...

Outstanding location and service

I don't expect that the room will be totally renowned but minimum clean . The bathroom and the kitchen could be better clean. We also had a small problem with hot water, but it was repaired.

Not a bad place to say for a shirt period. For longer stays,....well....depends on you tbh. The village hasn't really anything to offer.

A wonderful place to holiday. Kotzias Beach Apartments are situated near the beach and close to various small supermarkets and restaurants. Once a small fishing village which is now a superb place to enjoy a holiday. The apartments are clean, serviced daily and there’s a cafe for snacks by the wonderful pool. I can thoroughly recommend this place for your ideal holiday.

Great place for someone who like us like peace and quiet😊apartment good size, clean, beds comfy, lots of storage space. Warm and clean pool with lots of loungers. Just at the beach as well, but it is a stone beach so wear a water shoes. Lots of good restaurants around, 2 small shops. No problems at all, definitely will be back there again🙂🙂🙂

Lovely apartments with a large swimming pool and close to the beach and restaurants / supermarkets in Pissouri. Evros was really friendly and always happy to help with anything he could. We have had an amazing holiday and would recommend staying at Kotzias as an excellent base to explore Cyprus or enjoy time by the pool / beach.

The best kept secret in Cyprus! Beautiful vineyard setting. Less than 1km from the quiet and idyllic Pissouri Bay beach. Incredible hosts, Evans and Maria can never do enough for their guests including cook homegrown organic food from their own land - any time of day or night. The 16m pool and bar are quiet and relaxing. This is the perfect ideal spot to base yourself. Only 20km from Pafos airport...

The staff were exceptional you have a brilliant team working for you it is one of the most amazing places we've stayed . The staff and the chef and his staff are very professional it is a must to stay and eat there. We live in Cyprus and we will definitely be back well done all you're amazing ❤️😊

Beautyful place to stay ... and with car the perfect beach (pebbles, quiet, natural shade) in the West corner of the pissouri bay is very close. charming old tavern rome, like from some romantic movie, was a nice place to spend a few nights. we were there during the heatwave (38deg.C) but the ceiling fan was just doing enough with window and doors open trough the night... really lovely place

Starters were great, seafood especially. Main course was nice, not quite as flavoursome as we had hoped. Good service and lovely setting.

The Bunch of Grapes is an authentic cosy restaurant. It defends its good reputation. Simply the best meal I've had in a long time! A great selection of traditional Greek dishes, and some global favourites, all served with great wines, for a price you'll find hard to beat for the quality and finesse of the dishes. A beautiful location, with some handsome waiters! What more can you ask for? We've booked to go again on the last night of our holiday!

Incredible views on mountains, fields and olive grooves! Balconies made in the way, that prevents seeing neighbours. Beds are comfortable enough. I haven't stayed in a room but the Ampeli Restaurant across the way has a small portion the size of a large in the UK and I tried a "small" portion of sword fish and would happily eat here again when I come to Cyprus.

Great place, good facilities and very friendly and warm people work here, very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended
