We had all our lunch time meals and evening meals here the staff are all amazing and so is their food they made us feel so welcome and they made our time there memorable Thankyou to each and every one of the staff we miss you all already and the yummy food too
This is an amazing Hotel, exceptionally clean and well maintained with beautiful rooms and spa centre. The staff are just brilliant and can not do enough for you. Wellness area OK. Food was very good, the rooms could have been a bit cleaner. Staff tried hard, but could be a bit more attentive, especially the reception. I complained about the waiter who told me in front of all the other guests not to make a fuss even though I only told him that the food was for my wife. He must have misunderstood me. However, his comments were not nice in front of all the people
The room was very comfortable and had a lovely balcony from which we had a great view of the Snow-capped Alps.
I would recommend that you take a travel kettle, teabags etc. as there were no facilities of this type in the room.
The entertainment in the hotel was very good - especially the 'Chief' playing the piano accordion. An excellent night!
