Location was close to the railway station. A bit further from the old town, but a great location for trams/buses to go into town. Room was a very good size with carpet that gave a cosy feel. Decent amenities and quiet room in general.

Good points: very near train station. Mini bar is replenish everyday. View from room bar is nice. Bad points : blanket is dirty with hairs when we checked in. The room design is very European and comfortable. You can buy tourist attraction cards at the hotel. The only downside is that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. It is easy to overheat or not hot enough. There is no middle ground at all.

I booked a hotel for two nights at over 5,000 yuan a night, facing the street. The waiter was quite arrogant when I checked in. I booked a room with a balcony, but I was given a room without a balcony. The room was also very small. I requested a twin bed room, but the waiter had to temporarily separate the beds. I visited this place as part of a Cosmos Tour. The rooms were comfortable and large, although the bath was a little dated. My only complaint with this hotel was the un-stocked mini-bar in the room. We have problem with the air conditioning in 1 room. The staff requested us to monitor for the night. If it doesn’t show improvement, they will change the room for us.  It didn’t work so they changed the room the next day.  Staff are friendly and rooms are clean.  Hotel quite near to the tourist information centre, which is about 15mins walk.

The location of the hotel was further away from the train station, but it is very close to the old town and most of the local attractions. The hotel promotes and encourages its customers to save water by offering free glass of wine per room night for reusing towels.

It's a little far from the center and the station, so it's a little tiring to get around. Since I stayed in Salzburg, I got a free bus ticket within Salzburg. The hotel is on a low floor, so the outside noise and visibility can be a concern, but the room is clean and comfortable.

Check in done by two very professional and pleasant gentleman which is a great start. We had questions regarding traffic arrangements to Hallstatt and they were very helpful. Overall a great stay though we need to take bus to get to most of the places but the bus stop is just around the corner

I booked a hotel with reasonable cost-effectiveness because I was only going to stay for one day. First of all, the interior was clean and it was convenient because it was about a 10-minute walk from the station. It also had all the small necessities like water and a coffee pot.

The disadvantage is that it is far from downtown Salz, but since most people use the Salz card, it is not a big problem.

The hotel is located right opposite Salzburg Hbf, which I think is the best part. Going to Old Town is a 20 (maybe 25 if you are not a regular walker) minute walk from the hotel.
