I loved this hotel and the friendly staff. Out room had all the little touches...small things you may have forgotten like a comb etc. The water on the nightstand and chocolate on my pillow every night was a treat and I found the staff warm, considerate and helpful.

The staff here are amazing. Accommodating, helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. Porter's are considerate and polite. Location can't be better for old town Salzburg. Would recommend to anyone who is staying for a top of class experience.

A very nice hotel in a prime old city location, it is part of an original building that was built more than a half century ago. Overall, this is a very luxurious hotel with excellent staff that provide very good service and travel advice. The breakfast is excellent with a wide assortment of options. A few finicky issues include very slow hot water and low headroom in some hallways.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! This place is luxurious and right in the middle of all of the shopping in Salzburg. The restaurant is also very good. We stayed in one of the suites. Go ahead and splurge. It is well worth it. You will not be disappointed.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had as I travel through six European countries. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend both restaurants and the breakfast was exceptional.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff have been so helpful. We needed a wheelchair for my wife so we asked the hotel if they could ring a rental company for us to arrange the hire. No chair's were available so the hotel allowed us to use their own wheelchair free of charge for the duration of our visit. All in all a great hotel.

Great central position easy access to Mirabel and the old part of the town. The restaurant on the sixt floor is great and food excellent.

All staffs in this hotel are very kind. Especially breakfast in the sky lounge on 6th floor was unforgettable memory for my family. My family really like this hotel.

Good location (old town 15min on foot), smooth check-in/out, professional and friendly staff. Nice room. WiFi was weak when we were there. The restaurants in the Hotel are both great, but I guess you need to reserve ahead if you want the view from the pictures in the skybar restaurant. Breakfast is very good too.

No elektric utputs beside the bed to charge the mobilphone. Dirty Wall in room.Needs paint. The staf wo was muslim moved around other muslim at the breakfast for better seats. Thats discriminated me! The location of the hotel is perfect. Only 5 minute walk to the old town. Staff were super friendly. My booking did not include breakfast but, I bet it’s amazing. Parking space is 14 Euro per night. Highly recommended 😍✋🏼 overall the hotel is intimate, SUPER cozy.

We stayed here after looking at various different hotels in Salzburg. The room was absolutely amazing. It was a spacious room with a big, comfy bed as well as a sofa and good TV. Overall, this was an amazing hotel with great facilities, friendly staff who showed a genuine interest. It is also at a great location. Would definitely visit again.

Great hotel close but not too close to old city. Nice short walk along the river. Very Friendly staff. On site parking. Nice but simple breakfast available. We had a Jr suite with balcony which is practically an apartment. Room and bathroom was clean and nicely furnished.

Great cozy hotel.

Inside the room there were a few flies and spiders. We found hair on the floor. Also, there is AC, which does not work and at night it was too hot to sleep.

Our accommodation on 29/30/31 May 2021 in the hotel LILIENHOF went very well. The welcome, the cleanliness, the quality/price ratio are very good. A special mention to Mrs STEINER (manager) for her professionalism and impeccable business sense. My opinion also takes into account a previous stay in 09/2020. I seriously recommend this hotel. Owner extremely nice and polite. He is very humble and owns both the chinese restaurant and the hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable for 3 adults. Beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was sufficient for vegetarians. Its definitely a good place to stay in Salzburg on a budget. If you take a taxi to the city its only 11 euros which is very reasonable.

When we came in, room was not ready. (mind you we came after the check in time). Apart from this everything was okayish. Nothing standing out. Nothing too bad. Friendly staff.

Not the first freshness, hotel, room spacious, Breakfast good. Soon will appreciate the hotel by the presence of Chinese tourists from the noise and chaos in the hotel especially at Breakfast. There is Parking both for cars and for buses.

The hotel has small room though very clean and tidy. TV of the was not working. Heater of the rooms were not working properly. It was a cold night for us in end of October. Overall an average stay.

Room was nice and clean, but didn't sleep properly for 3 days cause the doors are so loud. You can hear every time when someone's get in or out of their rooms. Breakfast is way overpriced.

Best hotel. Far from the main station. Nearby the airport.you can find centrum connection within 5 minute walking form the hotel.

This little brother of the Max 70 is a great little place to stay. Clean and modern fits a family of four just right. Has air conditioning which is helpful to take the weariness away during after lunch refreshing in the summer. The staff at max 70 are pleasant and helpful. I reccomend this hotel.

An average hotel away from the center of the city. Reception of this hotel is in another of their hotels which is 50 mtrs approx from this property. It is more of a bed and breakfast than the hotel. If you need another sachet of coffee or creamer, you need to walk to their reception and get it from them.

Excellent place to stay in Salzburg. Large clean room with 2 comfortable beds and a huge corner veranda on the 3rd floor of the building. Nice, clean place. No chair or table on the veranda for the room. The room was bright and clean. Very busy and noisy street outside but the windows are rather soundproof. The staff were strict about not taking a cup of coffee from the room to the common veranda, which seems unnecessary. I guess Austrians like rules...

we arrived late at the hotel (at 9 pm), so the reception was closed, although we had no problem checking in, all rooms were already ready, so we checked in using "check-in-terminal - so simple" and quickly responded through the booking app. we booked 4 rooms for 2 nights, all rooms were clean, breakfast was good, workers were friendly, there is a parking, quiet place.

Really nice and cozy rooms. David at the reception is super helpful. He helped us with marks on map on routes to take, where to go to, where to eat and most importantly which tourist traps to avoid.

Very clean. Location pretty good. Staff very polite. To the owners : GET AN AIR CONDITIONER!!! 170 euros per night and no Air condition, it's not right. The review would be better if the room wasn't like sauna. I guess in winter is better.

There is no reception past 8 which is not what it says, we also had ants in our bathroom, there is only 1 hairdryer for the whole hotel and there is no wifi in the rooms. The rooms were very good though including the shower and there is a nice little cafe in the reception area.

We stayed for one night at the Mercure on a stopover in Salzburg. The visit started off right - I had asked to be notified if early check-in was possible, and Ms. Benedick called me the day before and told me that this would be available from their end. The accommodations were very nice. The double bed was actually a double bed [not two singles pushed together] and it had a decent mattress. The breakfast food was very good [buffet] and the staff was friendly. No dining other than breakfast, but they do have a bar.

Is ok, but we did not like the design of the room and it is not comfortable to watch TV, not good position, also they clean your room but only if you ask, otherswise not, what is the reason not to clean if inside the hotel is 3G rules????? Also is far from the city.

This city has been on my bucket list forever thanks to my childhood memories of the movie - The Sound of Music. Did the SOM tour. Brought back great memories. Austria is a stunningly beautiful country.

The hotel was clean and the service was good. It has a small wellness area with a dry and a vapor sauna as well as a Terrasse. My only complain is that also during hot months you get thick blankets, so if you can't stand sleeping with the air conditioner on, you will be a bit warm.

Nice few from the hotel room, because of the big window. Everything was tidy and there's a TV and a miniature water boiler there. That there is a bathtub is nice and I could take a hot bath after a long journey. The people are nice and I woukd come back.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Holiday Inn in Salzburg. The management and staff were professional and friendly. The breakfasts were great with custom prepared omelets available in addition to a wide variety of other food options. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning after a hot day touring the city was fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. But really didn't not understand, why the bathroom door is glass door. No privacy at all. The bathroom is close to the bad. So if you want to use toilet, you cannot do it, without that person in your room will know and smell. Not a good idea. It was a business room. Liked the breakfast. Try it 👌. A good hotel and we had a comfortable stay spending two nights here. The interiors are traditional, they have probably seen better days; but having said that it’s clean and the staff is wonderful. Because in these difficult times, it is not easy for a hotel to accept both good hosts and all Corona hygiene measures, so it is still a pleasure and pleasure for me as a guest to stay here.
