We have chosen the Hotel Roßplan for our class reunion. We received a friendly welcome. The entire evening we were courteous and friendly. The food was good. We'd love to come back. Thank you to the whole team.

The hotel is very nice, German style, but the room service was bad... hope that's not allways like this!

I award the stars for the very friendly, helpful staff. The comfortably large room with a good bed. Coffee maker in the room. The central location. I rate the design as neutral. I decided to find the violently conflicting styles, colors, patterns, funny. 1 star deduction for poor cleanliness on all the decorative objects. Stylish / unique place. Food in the hotel is rather expensive. I woke up due to the traffic noise at 5 am each morning as windows aren't really protecting from outside noise.

I love this little hotel. It is styly, comfortable and the people who run it are super nice. I have stayes here more than once and will probably again. It is the perfect little oasis.

Nice Italian Restaurant (Manager Agelo Antoniolli) with superior food and good wine sortiment. Better to reservate a table before visiting to be save. Next the restaurant you have a very good Hotel with Rooms with banion in the bathroom. And you look at the small see of Altenburg.

Reasonable place with a Italian kitchen. The room are clean and well furnished. The hotel nicely located along a small lake running through the town and walking distance to the town square. The only short coming is the wifi connection in the room. Have almost zero connection in the room. But as long u walk out to the open place like the lobby it is OK.

Small but ideal place for short visits in Altenburg. The place is pretty close to the center, the personal is super nice and take care of all the details. The breakfast, even under Corona conditions, is really good and complete with different and varied quality products. Perfect relation quality/price and comfortable and clean installations.

We were 5, booked 2 rooms (for couple and second with 3 separate beds) and get them just one next to other - that was very comfortable. We arrived late in the evening, but could find all very easily - all info were in the messenger, parking is just in a minute walk from the hotel, rooms - clean, nice. A hidden Gem! This great hotel was recently renovated or rebuilt and is centrally located with great access to the inner city pedestrian area. We had a modern room with garage parking and elevator access and could walk to all the central attractions. The hotel staff was very attentive and made our stay with two little children very comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed in the older house. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast very plentiful, lovingly and great made. Wishes are fulfilled immediately (extra water & egg)

This hotel seems to be driven with passion. The rooms are nice, modern and clean, and this also goes for the breakfast room and other areas. We had a room in the main building. Prices are relatively low. The breakfast is really delicious and served with care.

We were able to celebrate the second family celebration in the Kertscher Hof and again we think that if it's possible, we'll be happy to come back. 6 years ago a celebration with over 30 people, a buffet to melt away. Sufficient free parking spaces directly in front of the door. Extremely friendly reception and a huge room with a large desk and a sofa. Everything perfect for working and relaxing. Very tasty breakfast with homemade jam, one of which was even given as a farewell gift. This hotel is a clear recommendation at an extremely fair price.

A very nice pension. The decor is tasteful, old-fashioned. That is what makes the pension so special and unique. The rooms have names of nobles. Altenburg Castle is nearby. The breakfast is sufficient and simple. Lush according to the times. The guests are missing. That will make it difficult for this lovely pension to survive. I am very sorry because this is a pearl. We are very satisfied. But they don't have high standards either. The hotel is in male hands and you can tell. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. And the rooms are fully sufficient for sleeping. And that is what you only want to do when you are on holiday in a hotel. 👍👍👍

This is a very unique Italian restaurant with a wonderful atmosphere. The owners are wonderful people to begin with, that gave that place a lot of charm. The food is a lavish travel through the Italian cuisine and the quality is perfect. Did I mention that they have a great selection of vines and that you need to try their espresso, after all? Good hotel at a fair price. Room and bathroom clean and well-kept. Parking right in front of the door. Great breakfast buffet with fresh fruits, salads, muesli. Eggs are freshly prepared. Very attentive staff. Clear recommendation 👍

Mr Scheer is not nice ;-) Mr Scheer is exceptionally nice. It was the third time that we were in his hotel and he was as always: very accommodating, great empathy, absolutely professional.
