Great Hotel at the southern end of Zwickau. Good value for money. Rooms with decent size, unfortunately without A/C. Eager service team. Good Greek Mediterranean styled Restaurant.
But one thing to consider for the management:
if you place large “No smoking in this area” warnings in German & English next to the main entrance area, why then placing large ashtrays right underneath the signs?
As a guest I’m pretty annoyed to always have to walk through a cloud of cigarette smoke.

Good parking, very nice hotel, breakfast should be with more choice. Friendly staff in reception.

Not clean, hot without any ventilation, noisy, "junior suite" was a joke

Breakfast was good including fish. Reception was high customer service. Room was little smelling.

Great hotel with all facilities, including kettle and cups, hair dryers, table and chairs.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great value but it lacked a fan or other means of air circulation.

Was lovely stay at this hotel... Is quiet in a lovely location for relaxing... But above all the food is fantastic 10 stars...

Room directly at the escalator, but it was totally quiet. Good breakfast, internet was not too good.

Generous rooms with connecting 2nd bedrooms and a kitchenette. Restaurant food was great and very reasonably priced, morning breakfast was probably one of the nicest we've had on this trip so far!
