This is the best hotel and restaurant in town hands down. Everything on the menu is phenomenal and we will always go here when we visit. Highly recommend and it is very affordable. If you eat or stay here you will not be disappointed!

After long day of traveling it is a pleasure to get to the place like this one. This hotel is cheap but good. Exvellent shower, confortable bed and clean. Don't expect cleaning at the weekend. There is a restaurant in the hotel but I,didn't try it. My bike was made welcome and safely locked in a garage. It might get warm in summer and my room had no aircon.

I want to praise the receptionist of this hotel, who is very kind and received me in the middle of the night and came out to meet me. We traveled late and did not get to book the hotel the day before, but the lady at the reception, because she did not have a room for us, everything was taken, immediately tried to give us she found accommodation and called all the hotels in the area and found us accommodation...

Nice hotel. My favourite in Ansbach.

Basic hotel including the breakfast. Room was clean and shower was hot. No real parking and had to park on the street. A very small courtyard holding maybe 8 cars. Breakfast was continental and acceptable. The town was generally quite in the evenings midweek. Found a very reasonably priced restaurant with good homemade food.

Stayed one night with the family while on a road trip. Had a typical german pub dinner in the garden while the kids ran around in the adjacent field, was great not to have to go seeking suitable dinner after a long drive. Room was enormous, kids really liked the character of the hotel. Staff were very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious.

We try to visit every couple of months to enjoy a long weekend. The hotel is beautiful, handled with love, and the owner makes sure your special. The entrance to the Therme is very convenient and we just adore spending time there.

Ok location close to Rothenburg ob der Tauber. Rooms were clean and large but no aircon on a hot summer day. Good breakfast. Some staff only talked german. Didn't use the spa witch is the big thing there.

I had such a great experience here! The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathrooms are huge and modern. The food is also pretty good. The best part about this hotel is that the location is amazing. The location is great, but the room and toilet were dated. The carpet was dirty in the room and the toilet was very old. The room key was also the key to the outside door. Somehow my room key didn't work when I was trying to get in at 10.30pm at night. Nobody was inside to open it. Thankfully another guest had keys that could open the outside door and I was able to get in along with them.

Well... I didn't really stay here. But, I saw them have the Taiwan flag hanging out there. So I decided to give them a five star 😜

the hotel was rather old. the common areas were in need of renovation. the bathroom was recently renovated .... unfortunately the reception was not very warm, we were an hour early and we were told this immediately ... the message ... go into town and find a restaurant for tonight. this while there was a bar and it might be smarter to let people relax and refer them to your own bar.

I recommend this hotel to stay if you visit Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It is right on the spot in the historical area with parking lot nearby. On second floor is pleasant and huge hall with ancient tapestries and furnishings. Hot breakfast buffet is great. On the downside, hotel may turn off the power during the daytime. We ate here our first night in Rothenburg as we had not made reservations anywhere. Wonderful decision. Service was outstanding although only one waiter and the place filled up quickly after we arrived. Quaint, centrally located, little hotel about 50 metres from the main square in Rothenburg. The rooms are older, but very nice. The bathrooms are also quite nice. The breakfast is substantial. The owners were a little less than friendly, but they were accommodating. There is an on-site restaurant, but we didn't ever see anyone eat there. This would be a nice stay if in Rothenburg.

Beautiful old hotel right in the middle of Rothenburg. If you want to envelop yourself in the culture and not stay at a 'Holiday Inn', this is the experience you want. This was in a good location, easy to find by car. I had booked and paid for a triple room as I wanted two totally separate beds because I was travelling with a family member, not a partner. We were allocated a double room and there were no separate beds. An approach to the staff for reallocation toa room with separate beds was unsuccessful.

Very friendly staff who is eager to help and explain the history of the hotel. It is a historical building so do not expect a lot. The beddings can be a bit more comfortable though. No aircon but it is indicated. Location is excellent right in the centre of the ancient town of Rothenburg. Parking is available which is a nice surprise.

What a beautiful town this hotel is in, very old and exquisite, our experience at the hotel was let down by the bathroom ( in our room anyway). I challenge anyone other than a 6 year old child to be able to comfortably use the toilet , it is jammed between the bath tub and the wall ,if it weren't so impossible to use to would have been hilarious

The room is big and comfy and the bathroom is spacious and well decorated. The only one concern I have is regards the view from the windows. Our room is facing the wall of the neighboring building and there is not much to see. The peak is that there is zero-to-non noise though

We have stayed at Hotel Eisenhut before, and we always come back. Great Hotel, great service, and very friendly. Beautifully appointed, spacious rooms, very comfortable beds. Breakfast was amazing.

Perfect location within the Rothenberg walls. Valet parking and a beautiful bier garten. Very historic looking and the staff was very helpful.

Amazing old style rooms in a location that is perfect to get to local sites, restaurants and pubs. Service at the front desk and in the restaurant was beyond expected.
