I had a perfect birthday experience ! The breakfast experience was perfect ! the coffee and eggs were good ! The room was really nice and had perfect internet connection, the location is very central
Rooms are small but clean, internet speed is good, breakfast is good, cappuccino is outstanding, close to City Center and shopping center, I highly recommend this hotel.
I would give it 10 stars if i could !!! I went there in March 2020. It was my birthday and the staff surprised me with a flower and a nice card in my room. As well as some chocolate and drinks from my girlfriend
New hotel with nice rooms for a decent price.
Located in close proximity to the railway station. We walked everywhere even though we had a car that was parked in their parking garage
The gym was a bit small, but it is the only hotel with a gym in Aschaffenburg. I loved this hotel, thank you and i would like to thank all the friendly wonderful staff !
Rather small rooms, parking very expensive, friendly staff. Nice shower but no extractor fan, so completely streamed up after one minute.... bed super comfortable.

Overall an excellent price ratio. Hotel is loacted in the middle of the town. Hotel parking slots are there (cost extra). The rooms have been clean and ok. The staff was very friendly which is a plus

I've stayed here a few times already and plan to stay when I visit Aschaffenburg in the future. This hotel has AC, which is nice for us Americans visiting in the summer

Parking in the lot for a few mins to pick my family up frim the hotel was no problem, friendly staff, nice rooms right in the city center.

We stayed for three weeks at this place. My husband and me flew from NewYork. The hotel was reasonably comfortable with room size and bath space. It was kept clean & room service was very good

The staff guided me so well in reaching the hotel from the airport by train. When I reached the hotel , had a warm welcome just as a family had received me. Helped me in picking up the places for sight seeing
Nice and clean hotel just in front of the station and few minutes walking from the center. The room was very quite and with all the comforts. The staff is also very kind and helpful, I can just recommend it.
Very comfortable and quiet hotel right in front of train station and city center. Always ready to help personel is an other huge plus.
I can get luxury hotels but not a safe & caring staff as City hotel. Great team ! You are awesome!!😊

Excellent overnight stay. Comfortable bedroom. Helpful and friendly staff. Superb breakfast with plenty of choice. Well worth visiting Ashchaffenburg.
The rooms are neat and clean, despite the furniture and interior design feeling a little dated in taste - we slept very comfortably in clean good beds
Clan rooms,forniture are recents, good services. Reception gives me all the info I need.

A pleasant little, well-kept Hotel in the heart of the inner city. Sundays are churchdays, and guest need not set an alarm as the sound of traditional bells will rouse them

Nice restaurant, staff is friendly, food is ok. Good parking, next to hotel is a supermarket, location is convenient, walking distance to bahnhof.
I was only there for one night in the Hotel, but for the price it was very satisfactory. The rooms were clean and well maintained, in the shower, no trace of dirt or lime stain
Leckeres Essen im Freien. Fünf verschiedene Gerichte - alles sehr zur Zufriedenheit. Freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Kleiner Spielplatz für Kinder.

Zimmer war in ok. Frühstück war 1std vor Ende stark Ausgesucht. Es wurde nix nachgepackt, alles musste man erfragen.

This hotel is a great place to stay. The location is excellent and right in downtown Aschaffenburg. What I liked best about my stays was that the staff genuinely care to make your stay a pleasant one
The best Wiener Schnitzel in town. My girlfriend is alergic to nuts and we asked to change a dish. The chef came to our table and explained what he changed and which combination to the dish he did to harmonize the plate
They really go the extra mile. I highly recommend staying here if you intend to stay in Aschaffenburg

High quality food but the balance and presentations are lacking. Service slightly uneven things being missed or delayed. But the food is well cooked and overall experience makes the place a 4 star
I don't understand how it could have been dry, but it was served as a drumstick and a breast, and the breast was just like sand in the mouth. Battered very beautifully however, but taste was 0/10

Great place to stay and not too far to walk to the pubs near the old bishop's castle. Had a great time in aschaffenburg and made friends with some locals who had so many interesting stories about the history of this area

The breakfast was good. The hotel's location is easily accessible and within the centre of Babehnausen. The staff were helpful and gave us a lift to work for a day as well. The restaurant food is also good.
Welcoming personnel and good breakfast. More fresh vegetable will make breakfast even better. Ask if it's possible for a room in new building. The room from reception location are small with old furniture

We booked late and arrived late. A great place to call in for excellent food with a friendly family atmosphere. The meals are creative and by no means standard. Definitely recommended!
I had a very good dinner because quality of food is very good based on local dishes,regarding breakfast choice was not huge, quality of breakfast was good.
