Old fashioned in the nicest way. The owner is super friendly, staff excellent. Absolutely perfect. In a great position for access by walking to the many nice places in this very nice town. Absolutely recommendable. Note I stayed here for a week at a time many times for work but this is equally good for holiday etc.

Nice hotel for short stay. The rooms are a bit small but all facilities are good. Best part is its right in the town centre and next to the train station. Good access to the local sights and transport.

I just arrived. It's a bit of the track but obviously very quiet. Bus station a few minutes away. Appears to be clean. The first night was a bit noisy due to the location of my room facing the road in front of it. Breakfast buffet with a sufficient choice of food to choose from.

Hotel with very few amenities...was a last minute option..paid more for less amenities...far from central station hence need to travel by bus or taxis for daily commute to central station..

We were in April 2015, with 11 women here and felt completely at ease. My room was in the attic, very friendly, clean and with great views. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. At any time again!

The room was small but nice. The bathroom has been newly renovated. Overall a good impression. There were little things that didn't fit. The sink is so small that you can hardly wash your hands. The soap dispenser is directly above so that you can't put your head/face near the sink. Definitely skip breakfast. Low quality ingredients.

Nicely decorated and modern facilities. This is the second time we have stayed here on business for the trade fair and we will be coming back here for the third time. Booked a single economy room. It was small, old fashioned, but spotlessly clean and very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and competent. Breakfast was also great. Recommended.

Great location. Just opposite a large shopping centre and close to the old town. The let down here were the rooms which are old, too simple, but clean. In fact, I have stayed in hostels with better rooms. The bathroom itself was okay. We were told that the hotel will get renovated within the next few months. Staff in general was nice.

Absolutely great budget option to stay. Location, viewed l clean rooms with bath tub, what was really great - it is quiet, no noise from street even with open windows. Breakfast is good too. Very attentive personnel.

When we arrived at the hotel we were met with a receptionist with a bad attitude. We were sent - not once but twice - to dirty rooms that hadn’t been cleaned after the last guest had left and the guy didn’t even apologize for the inconvinience. The (third) room was nice and staff the next morning was more welcoming.

Overall an excellent price ratio. Hotel is loacted in the middle of the town. Hotel parking slots are there (cost extra). The rooms have been clean and ok. The staff was very friendly which is a plus. Overall for me good to stay for business.

Small and nice rooms, everything what you need to have nice overnight in family of 4 at very reasonable price. Breakfast is very good. Parking of the hotel is free of charge and have quite a lot of spaces. We also appreciate the self check-in and information recieved by SMS to be able to access our room later in the evening.

Have been stayed this hotel on 2022-07-13, everything was as expected, but the room is full of smoke smell, we were really unhappy, it was too bad that the hotel should be able to get rid of such smoke smell as it is non-smoking hotel. Another issue is that we felt the quilt is damp, not so comfortable.

The host is a great person who is very forthcoming and observant. He makes sure that breakfast is served on time and to your liking. The room is also very nice, quiet, and clean. The espresso I had tasted very good, and I had enough food choices as a vegetarian.

My favorite hotel in Seligenstadt so far. Unfortunately, the only room with a balcony is very small. A large balcony facing the courtyard should be very important to you when choosing a room. Otherwise, everything is great. The people, the rooms, the location and the surroundings. The price is also right.

Good stay outside Frankfut Nice spacious rooms with a large bright washroom. Room and property was very clean and in good condition. Parking for only 5€ and we didn’t eat breakfast in the restaurant so unable to comment on food. Hotel is in a remote area 20-25 mins from downtown Frankfurt. Noisy with highway traffic if you want to open windows.

People were smoking in a non-smoking room, and even the smoke detector was covered by toilette paper; hence, the cleaning team didn't care

Although it was a reservation on the day, the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was a bathtub, shampoo, body soap, mineral water for the number of people, hair dryer, plastic, and other amenities. I parked my car on a nearby road. It was a pleasant stay.

Hotel adjacent to a rest area on the highway The inside of the hotel rooms are clean, and the employees are generally not unfriendly. The hotel is located in a highway rest area, so you have to drive 8km round trip to get to the other side. There is no refrigerator or water boiler in the room, and there is no shared refrigerator. Walking distance to Heraeus office buildings. AC automatically shuts down when it reaches desired temperature. Once it shuts down, it can only be turned back on manually. The only way to keep it on is to set a very low temperature that’s not possible for AC to reach.

We booked this hotel last minute for a business trip to Frankfurt. We slept in this Dependance of the "zum Riesen" Hotel which is around the corner. You have to check in in the main hotel, where you also have the breakfast. The staff is professional and helpful and this main hotel looks good. You get very little for a lot of money - but the nostalgia factor is unbeatable. Very friendly and nice service, just bring time. The Äppler is a matter of taste, unfortunately I don't like the aftertaste. Food is also not cheap, but very good. You should make sure that you book through an online portal, otherwise - as with regular guests - you will be charged almost double the price.

Decent little Hotel. Only downfall in the summer time, the outside seating area is in the courtyard which is surrounded by hotel rooms. The breakfast is very good and many varieties with great location and causy atmosphere. And no problems for parking in big city like frankfurt.

Comfortable but old and not always well clean due to the presence (but just in a couple of rooms) of some spiders that get in from the window, opened to let getting in some fresh air before going to sleep in summertime. Many rooms are wide. The breakfast focuses on bread, ham, nutella, salmon and yogurt but not too many other alternatives available.
