Great location, friendly staff but terribly slow or inexistant Wi-Fi ln rooms... In 2020. Great to relax .. but don't think you can still get some work done here ... Video or audio streaming is impossible. Even the TV signal is not good enough.

Had a lovely long weekend at Waldcafe Jäger. Breakfast was very good. Even though dinner at the Hotel Jägerhof involved a 30 km return journey, the food was very good

Pleasant hotel, quietly situated on a hill and with good facilities. Beautiful view, varied breakfast, friendly employees and nice balcony rooms with good beds and shower. Within walking distance of the town and behind the hotel beautiful hiking trails through the woods and fields. Less suitable for people with walking difficulties. Very relaxing family hotel in a great location ... If you are lucky, you can see wild deer in the forest around. Old fashion hotel (clean and good treatment enough) The shower have a good water pressure ! Very friendly owner. Coffee, tart, dinner & breakfast is delicious !

Great hotel and very nice staff. The breakfast menu was totally okay and everything tasted great. In the somewhat small bathroom, if the door didn't necessarily bother you when you were sitting on the toilet and the bed had been a little more comfortable, I would have even given the last star. 😅 Otherwise I had a great stay. 😊

Rooms are good except for 2-3 things (broken toilet seat, deposits in the shower, dirty curtains). There is almost never anyone at the reception, so I only saw someone on arrival, otherwise not at all, hotel was only accessible from the rear entrance/exit. The outdoor area was unfortunately not as nice as it is presented on the internet. Very noisy. Breakfast is not offered, so no rating possible....

Simple clean tidy and quiet. Doors open after 5pm. unfortunately no breakfast was offered. Price was fair.

A very nicely located hotel with a great view. The price included the very rich breakfast. Arrival was problem-free as was the check-in. Friendly and polite staff. Unfortunately we were lured by a promised sauna on the hotel's website even though it doesn't even exist :( The mattresses are very uncomfortable and the rooms could do with a renovation. Unfortunately, the food is far too expensive for the quality on offer. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly. A good starting point for the Bilster Berg, although we will look for another accommodation next...

The hotel is a cozy family owned hotel, I’ve had a room with a view which was lovely. Tim received us very well, the room was clean and tidy. The rooms with a view share a common terrace which for me was nice but might be an issue for others. We had a nice dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast was an intercontinental with fresh bread. Overall I’d visit again.

We had a very late arrival, but the management stayed up to receive us, long after the normal hours. Really appreciated after a long day. The rooms are clean and the bar/restaurant cozy. Cute little village to visit. Thank you for a great service!
