Friendly amd helpful staff, delicious breakfast, cozy Gardena arra, however the outdoor pool was a little bit cold for me.

Nice wellness hotel. The evening buffet is very delicious with options. But the breakfast is not that top quality. The swimming pool and sauna is good. Professional service. By the way there is no refrigerator in the room.

Nice hotel, very soft mattress, room was clean but quite dated, room was smaller than others in the area but still large enough for a single bed, sofa, table, desk, wardrobe and ensuite shower room. Good hotel, didn't make much use of the amenities such as the pools or spa. Food quality for room service and site restaurants was great. Beds were narrow but I've come to learn that's a European thing, still long enough which is good at 6'3".

It was a nice hotel with giant rooms, and the baths are the major draw to the area. But so much just seems unnatural. For example, the dining room, which is painted in Roman style, is over the top trying too hard. A nice place to spend a weekend perhaps, so long as you do things constantly and don't want quiet time to sit and relax

Was here for a week on a official training. I used Bhan to reach till Neustadt(Donau) and then called the resort reception to send a cab. The can came within 5 minutes, and next 10 minutes I was in the resort. The resort facilities are superb, especially the Sauna and 50 meter pool. The rooms are spacious. The food is natural, not inflated with air or chemicals. I strongly recommend it. The food tastes like you would imagine it. Great restaurant.

The rooms are older and worn a bit. However, they are clean. The location is nice. The reason that the hotel got 3 stars is 1. There was no one at the reception when we wanted to check in. We liked the thermal baths that are connected to the hotel. The rooms were very very clean. Everything was very good.

Large hotel with big clean rooms. Restaurant on premise. Underground connection direct to the bath complex, and they will loan you robes and towels. Friendly staff. The hotel is a bit older, typical Bavarian style. Good value.

Old hotel not renoved , big clean rooms , good tipical german restaurant , just outside you find many different food restaurant , good breakfast all people very kindly and helpfull .
