NH Ingolstadt

When I travel I usually choose an NH hotel, even though the price might be a bit higher than other hotels in the area, I also chose this hotel even though it was a good 40min walk from the town center.
I decided to stay here 2 nights as I was arriving late the first night.
Being a titanium member there are some things I have gotten used to at NH hotels, which this hotel did not deliver on.
Arriving past midnight, I entered the room and didn't find any complimentary water. Looking at the minibar prices, water cost 5 euros, I decided to drink from the tap. I think this is the first time during my years as titanium that there was no complimentary water sitting on the desk.
I then decided to have a shower before going to bed after a long day of travelling, to find that there was hardly any water pressure, it was frankly unacceptable. The water pressure did not improve during my 2 nights stay. I have found that the water pressure is an issue in most hotels lately.
The bed was however confortable and large, and I did get a good night's sleep. The room was also very clean.
However, I wouldn't stay here again when I'm travelling between Munich and Nüremberg, I would just stop and visit the town before heading onwards.
I do believe this could be a great hotel, they just have to improve the water pressure and the guest experience, it shouldn't be too difficult.

Do not stay here. Especially if you are from America. Rude employees some of which are annoyed that you only speak English. One night while I was showering the power went completely out in the room and there was no way to fix it. I went down to front desk and found the employee to be very rude. Was annoyed and was trying to blame me for this happening. as if I would want my power to go out at 10 pm. I received no apologies whatsoever from any staff or manager when I know they were made aware of it. I then had to leave a day early and asked if my saturday night part of my 7 day stay could be refunded and of course was told no. 0 hospitality. 0 ownership for mistakes. 0 making up for their inconveniences on my trip. Again don’t stay here. They obviously hate Americans as well so especially those coming from there and only speak English.

Being stared at by the staff wasn't really a pleasant experience! Although nothing is holding them back and people may stare at others a but of courtesy to not do it could help.

Another point was the costumer service, when we came in they were very nice but after I changed clothing (and yes, I do not look like the average person since I am a performer) and the staff changed I got treated like a lepper, that in my eyes is just rude! Even if I said hello they would just look angry at me.

For the rest, the room was nice, the shower warm, a small shelter where I could smoke.

Stay somewhere else if you’re here for business. Friendly staff, clean & OK accommodations. Parking costs 12€ per day & the Wi-Fi connection is unique — internet here is like a time machine to the early 2000’s. Remember your frustrations with dial-up? Well, prepare for a flashback. I did a speed test, free WiFi won’t get you above 0,08-0,1 Mbit/s (that’s BELOW dial-up speeds) & paid WiFi for 9€ per day will bring you up to a solid 0,27 Mbit/s (also a bad joke) — out of curiosity I read the previous reviews and this situation has been going on for a LONG time now. It’s 2021, what hotel still offers internet below 10 Mbit/s and/or charges for WiFi?
