I had been here for 2 weeks business trip. Rooms in first floor are a few old and have no AC. Other room I booked was quite good. AC, cleaning service, breakfast or restaurant are all good one. Especially all around of hotel is green. You can feel the nature and see the squirrels. Receptionists are also very helpful. Some of them seem to be nervous sometimes but they might be in a bad day. Excellent hotel with nice and clean rooms. A lot of conference rooms, nice bar and restaurant. Good breakfast buffet. Parking area close to the main entrance. Situated close to the park.
The hotel was pretty nice and clean. I wish breakfast was included, and we ended up eating out because it's cheaper. If I remember correctly, it was around 25-30 euro per person for breakfast, maybe even more, but don’t hold me for my words since I might be wrong altogether. The parking place is pretty safe since you can't leave the parking area without paying for parking. Definitely wished parking...

Clean hotel with friendly staff located in lovely part of Bad Nauheim close to the park and a short walk from the town centre. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Breakfast is extra but with a good selection of continental items.
Nice, friendly hotel easily located on the edge of town with its own parking area. The room was a good size and clean with good WiFi access.

Highly recommended. The hotel provides good quality food and drink. The rooms are excellent and the staff go out of their way to provide 5 star service.
Very nice and helpful staff. Nicely decorated rooms. Rich Buffet Breakfast. Free Parking at the house. Front Desk is also staffed during the night. You can also get night Snacks (e.g. Pizza)! In the room a free bottle of mineral water (500 ml) is waiting for the guest.
Minus points: rooms are quite badly Soundproofed, if the neighbor is coughing, get it to 1:1.

I am on a regular basis for 1-2 nights there. Good Standard Hotel, clean rooms, but the rooms need a renovation.
Stayed here for one night on our drive from Sweden to Switzerland. Just off the highway, free parking and free wifi. The included breakfast exceeded our expectations with fresh fruit, assortment of cereals, cold cuts and great service. Very likely stay here again in our future trips down from Sweden!
Very clean and modern rooms. Comfortable beds. The only negative is there isn't any air-conditioning. It was warm in the room till the early morning.

Really friendly staff, nice clean old (like in “historic”) room, that was modernized (modern facilities (smart tv, refrigerator)) with respect for the history, and a very good bed.

Took my husband for the first time. Was very nice. Clean and super friendly. Food was good and ofcourse the atmosphere was classic. Old Elvis furniture to see and a cool elevator. I was happy with my delicious pumpkin soup!

Exceptionally nice building with big rooms. The ambiente is rather romantic, but with everything needed in the 21st century. WiFi is decent and bathrooms are exeptionally clean. I was there in winter, but by what I have seen of the town it must be beautiful in spring/summer, because roses are a big thing in Steinfurth. Breakfast ist rich, staff friendly and attentive.
The food was very good.
Especially recommended are the handkäs variations,the self-made French fries and the wild Burger.

I have been staying in Hotel Arabella every Elvis Festival week for 7 years with my friends from Ireland. We are so well looked after by Heidi and her lovely staff. The hotel is very clean, the bedrooms are so nice and comfortable. The breakfast is great with lots to choose from.

Superbly furnished, cozy apartment hotel right in the center of Bad Nauheim.
