Spent last night here, we had not booked as we are in the process of driving through Europe. The staff lovely and pleasant, very helpful. Room was clean and the breakfast plentiful. Will stay again for sure.

Room no 254 needs a little TLC. New paint and a new shower handle ( it is no possible to use the shower without making the floor of the bathroom very wet) Beside these two complaints all was good. Will come again.

Great and peaceful location close to the park and small shops. The hotel restaurant is also good. Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and cleaning is not highest on the agenda. Our suite had dried urine and potentially more under the toilet. We were offered another room but no compensation.

I have been staying in Hotel Arabella every Elvis Festival week for 7 years with my friends from Ireland. We are so well looked after by Heidi and her lovely staff. The hotel is very clean, the bedrooms are so nice and comfortable. The breakfast is great with lots to choose from. Superbly furnished, cozy apartment hotel right in the center of Bad Nauheim. In addition to the kitchenette, there is a capsule machine for coffee in the room. WiFi works very well, everything is very clean. I made a reservation by phone, the staff was super friendly. There is an on-site check-in machine, which also works perfectly.
