Nice modern, new hotel opened in February 2023, where we spent a pleasant night following a Lufthansa flight delay. The hotel is 25 minutes from Frankfurt Airport. Nice rooms and confortable! Very quiet and clean, comfortable beds, large bathroom.
The Food in restaurant brilliant, breakfast that was included was fantastic!
The staff is kind and professional, even help you manage the taxi, to back airport on time. I strongly recommend.

I needed to stay here due to flight delays. They worked well with the airline to make sure I had everything I needed. Room, dinner, breakfast, and taxi were all coordinated by the hotel and the airport together. Everything went very smoothly.
The room was well maintained, nice, and the bed slept well.

sub-standard hotel (Minderwertiges Hotel)
The staff at the front desk was descent. No food left in the restaurant or the bar on a busy night. The Italian bar tender was helpful, but his German colleague was extremely rude. The Italian bar tender was handling 15 customers at a time while her colleague stood behind giving helpless smile! I called her 3 times to make a payment but was completely ignored with rude gazes! I am not sure why do they let such inexperienced, unhelpful and rude staff on the floor to serve customers.

A strictly business hotel in Bad Vilbel, about 30 minutes outside of Frankfurt. We stayed here for our office event for 3 days and everything was pretty well organized and on point. The food though leaves a lot to be desired. The staff are friendly and cooperative and the location is well connected to the city even through public transport, but there isn't much to do nearby.

Very nice modern hotel. The rooms are comfortably designed and you have a wonderful view over Bad Vilbel at the top!
The Moulins restaurant downstairs is a highlight. Finally a great restaurant in Bad Vilbel with a great and authentic menu and a cozy atmosphere where you can go for a special occasion. The unfortunately still a little inattentive staff will soon settle in better.
All in one a great hotel and the restaurant is like the cherry on the cake. We'd love to come back soon!

I was a guest at the hotel that had just opened for Christmas. The hotel team was certainly not really well trained, but the check-in was friendly and professional.

We celebrated our wedding at Dorint in mid-December. Everything was well organized by the hotel! Service and food were perfect! We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back! Many thanks to the whole Dorint team !!

A beautiful hotel, opened in 2021, luxurious rooms that are perfectly insulated, no noises from cars or surroundings to disturb, not far from the S bahn to the city, next to the hotel is a parking garage, I can recommend it to everyone.
Ein sehr gutes Hotel, nets personal im Empfang, die Zimmer sind gut isoliert kein Lärm von Autos, Parkgarage direkt nebenan, gutes Restaurant mit freundliche bedienung, wir kommen gern wieder.

On the day of arrival, Saturday, November 28th, 2021 at 3 p.m., you will be greeted by two smoking employees at the entrance door. The Dorint Hotel brand certainly does not stand for such an unprofessional attitude to work ... Poor performance after a new opening ...
