Lovely hotel - doesn't look like much from the outside, but really opens up inside in a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is a cosy, shared room available for guests, where you can buy and drink good wines from the valley. Breakfast is beatifully arranged, and the location is super practical. We will be back!

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, from the amazing room (with whirlpool bath!), to the honesty bar stocked with wine and beer, to the hospitable and kind family running it. The breakfast also deserves a special mention, so much to choose from and so well done for COVID times. Also again, the staff couldn't be more helpful and kind - even ringing our room one morning to check we definitely didn't want breakfast before they packed everything away! Oh, and a great location for exploring the Rotweinwanderweg - literally opposite the train station.

Read-only priced accommodation facing the railways station in Bad Neuenahr. Very adequate room , clean and quiet.
Splendid breakfast area. One of the few hotels available after the floodings catastrophe. I was on visit from Melbourne Australia.

Very nice place. Comfortable. Clean and Calm. With a nice staff. I have enjoyed my stay.

Rooms were well sized and very nice. Breakfast was delicious and service was very friendly. Smaller rooms share a very modern and high end private shower room, where some larger rooms have personal showers.

We stay here almost every time when we come back to my bf's lovely hometown. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is always yummy. 1 min to the train station. Can't ask for more with this price.

Beautiful hotel, very conveniently located. The staff was incredibly nice and the rooms were super clean and pretty. And I can also confirm, the breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend!
