Where to stay in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler

Not bad, good window view. There were not pleasant elder smell from local bar.

Good quite hotel. Was staying there while visiting Anuga 2019 Expo in Cologne. Quite far,but affordable price. Good breakfast,and main restaurant for dinner. In general nice place,wit good views.

The garden is beautiful and the room is clean and comfortable. It has a swimming pool but no gym.

Beautiful 4 stars big Park Hotel. The hotel is not far from city center. You can enjoy the private beautiful park which connected with the public bicycles and walk path ways along the Ahr. You will get beautiful sceneries with big beautiful winery gardens at the side of Ahr. The clean air at the park can give you new spirits and energy during staying at the hotel.

From the first impression upon check-in, upon entering the hotel room, to the breakfast buffet, everything was of a 5-star standard. The fitness area and swimming pool were also excellent. Highly recommended for both a wellness weekend and a business trip!

This place is mostly frequented by an elderly patronage,like most places in this town. The hotel is OK, but everything is a bit old. My room was also in need of renovation, the bathroom installation were all in working condition, but certainly more than 20 years old.

The best hotel in Altenahr! If you’re here for a night or two, it’s definitely the place to stay. Modern rooms, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff that go the extra mile, and dog-friendly! Nice sitting area as well with tasty Flammkuchen and wine, beer, cocktails—ice cream too!

It is an older hotel, the service was fine, the rooms were clean but do not expect anything modern. Some of the rooms are facing the railway and can be a bit loud. Overall, it is a simple hotel and a definitely a place to stay if you are planning to hike in the area.

First off. The first hotel lost my reservation so I showed up here a bit late and they were super good about helping me out. Nice room, with a fridge and safe in room. Comfy beds, great shower. The Internet isn't great but if you are in a hotel room and not exploring this awesome area them I'm not sure why you are here. Reasonable rates and a great breakfast is included. I forgot about breakfast...

Finally another 4 days at Hotel Weyer .... everything, as always, very nice .. I miss the swimming pool .. I'll be back soon .....

Cosy, relatively new hotel in a good, central location. Very friendly and always helpful hotel operator couple. Small, quiet outdoor terrace towards the White Tower. Nice breakfast lounge. Nice, well-kept house right on the Ahr. The rooms are large and bright. The guests are in their old age, the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and enough choice. The breakfast service was not as attentive as you would want (sometimes empty bread basket) but I push the time to the fair.

Lovely Stay We had a lovely stay at the hotel. It has an old charm to it, was clean and has an amazing view. An added bonus is that it’s on a hiking trail and surrounded by vineyards.

Good choice in the Ahr Valley Mostly a good stay this is a good hotel with stunning views across the Ahr. Staff were very helpful and did a lot to support. The hotel is right on the winery walking track which is a great location. Views are spectacular.

I stayed two nights here during a work trip to the area in April. Everything was fantastic. It made a work trip feel like a mini vacation. Taking in the view of the valley from the balcony in my room was a wonderful way to start the day. The breakfast was delicious and the lobby/lounge area was very comfortable and great place to unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. I will stay here again...

Very pleasant in a great location. Recommended at any time of year. Food at a high level, more difficult for the lesser purse. On occasion we will come back to enjoy again. Who knows with a sauna visit and a few days.

Great location - only a couple of minutes from the old town with shops and restaurants. Nice atmosphere. They have a selection of wine for sale to enjoy at the room. Our room had a nice balcony with a view to the garden, a small stream, the town and the vineyards.

A very nice and cozy apartment on the top floor with lots of space. Our children and we felt right at home. Very good and central location in the city with two large terraces. EREZ- We have just returned from Germany and stayed at hotel Ernsing in Bad- Neuenahr. A very pleasant hotel, friendly owners and staff, excellent location, nice and clean rooms and good B/fast. Very much recommended.

After a long drive in bad weather this was our stop for the night, our room very comfortable and clean, bed comfortable bathroom small and very clean. Our dinner was simple but excellent, as was the wine. Red of course as this is the red wine area of Germany. The total cost 172.02 Euros. Well worth the stop and our welcome was excellent. Highly recommended by us.

We had a wonderful visit to this area of Germany where some of my ancestors once lived. This hotel and restaurant was a perfect setting in the midst of wine country, along the River Ahr with scenic mountains and flourishing vineyards all around. I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I like the personal service it offers. Easy to deal with, the hotel has good parking, is centrally located in the town and close the many restaurants and provides an excellent breakfast.

The welcome at the hotel was friendly and check in was quick. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable - just what we needed after a long day hiking the Rotweinwanderweg. There was a fridge, a kettle and a boot tray for our hiking boots in the room. The shower had good water pressure. The place looks recently renovated. It is quite an old property looking at the architecture but that ensures a large enclosed patio that now serves as the dining room for the breakfast buffet. Compliments to the new operators! The hotel is really a combination of a 1960s hotel, combined with new, super clean and all intact equipment! The mattress was good, the bathroom spotless and brand new, a joy to shower in and when I booked over the phone, the service was very friendly! What more do you want!

The food here was good. The best in town someone told us if you want the traditional food. I am not over the moon, but it was classic german food with decent ingredients. I am between 3-4 stars. The serving was slow and it seems like the restaurant can seat more people than the Kitchen can serve. Will recommend a visit if in arweiler.

Everything about this hotel is fantastic, from the amazing room (with whirlpool bath!), to the honesty bar stocked with wine and beer, to the hospitable and kind family running it. Read-only priced accommodation facing the railways station in Bad Neuenahr. Very adequate room , clean and quiet. Splendid breakfast area. One of the few hotels available after the floodings catastrophe. I was on visit from Melbourne Australia.

Lovely hotel - doesn't look like much from the outside, but really opens up inside in a very welcoming atmosphere. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is a cosy, shared room available for guests, where you can buy and drink good wines from the valley. Breakfast is beatifully arranged, and the location is super practical. We will be back!
