Good quite hotel. Was staying there while visiting Anuga 2019 Expo in Cologne. Quite far,but affordable price. Good breakfast,and main restaurant for dinner. In general nice place,wit good views.

Beautiful 4 stars big Park Hotel. The hotel is not far from city center. You can enjoy the private beautiful park which connected with the public bicycles and walk path ways along the Ahr. You will get beautiful sceneries with big beautiful winery gardens at the side of Ahr. The clean air at the park can give you new spirits and energy during staying at the hotel.

Nice location and clean rooms. Hotel is currently (november 2022) still under construction after the 2021 floods. However they provide a great atmosphere to enjoy and a good breakfast. Friendly owners.

We had a beautiful room with me and my girlfriend. Very comfortable bed. Quiet place right on the banks of the river Ar. Professional and friendly staff catered to all our needs :) Delicious breakfast with quality service. The entire villa is tastefully furnished. Fantastic pool and spa area!! More than makes up for bad wifi and no AC. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Beware google maps navigation has the entrance on the opposite site of the street. Easy walk into the center of town across the street.

This place is mostly frequented by an elderly patronage,like most places in this town. The hotel is OK, but everything is a bit old. My room was also in need of renovation, the bathroom installation were all in working condition, but certainly more than 20 years old.

Cosy, relatively new hotel in a good, central location. Very friendly and always helpful hotel operator couple. Small, quiet outdoor terrace towards the White Tower. Nice breakfast lounge. Rich breakfast buffet. Underground parking spaces directly next to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel was badly affected by the flood disaster and is closed.😒

Hotel boss (super friendly) helped us out of a small emergency. The hotel we had actually booked was overbooked (!) and we (we were traveling with a couple of friends) were left without a room. A very nice and cozy apartment on the top floor with lots of space. Our children and we felt right at home. Very good and central location in the city with two large terraces. A wonderful, intimate hotel in the Ahr region. A very friendly and smiling staff. A spacious room (40m2), a well-equipped kitchenette, a view from the terrace on the vineyards. The breakfast options were very nice! Loved the jams and fresh breads. They had lactose free milk which was such a relief for me!

Excellent experience. We were four, all eating a la carte, and all dishes were well prepared and delicious. The sommelier guided us to some excellent local wines - highly recommend.

An absolutely culinair fairytale like experience.The food is presented as little works of art and tastes like an exciting sensory voyage. A 1001 night experience that takes place before your eyes and on your tongue. The service is friendly, pleasant and very professional at the same time. A restaurant to put on your bucketlist!

The food was good in parts but not consistently good. Three goose liver starter was excellent. Filet of venison was perfectly cooked but cherry sauce rather strong and whole cherries with stalks in the dish. Chocolate brownie with ice cream was uninspired. Good wine selection. Staff were clearing up whilst we were eating.

The hotel is very closed to the city centre and a parking area is available nearby. Cleanliness excellent and good external view from our room.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and I like the personal service it offers. Easy to deal with, the hotel has good parking, is centrally located in the town and close the many restaurants and provides an excellent breakfast.

The welcome at the hotel was friendly and check in was quick. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable - just what we needed after a long day hiking the Rotweinwanderweg. There was a fridge, a kettle and a boot tray for our hiking boots in the room. The shower had good water pressure. The choice of food at the breakfast buffet was good (bread, cereal, yoghurt, fruit salad, boiled...

Spaceous rooms at a reasonable price. Good breakast.

Nice accommodation, welcoming. Great breakfast. Parking could be an issue but we were able to pay for an underground option at 5 euros. Quaint walled town with numerous dining options. Overnight stay.

Finally another 4 days at Hotel Weyer .... everything, as always, very nice .. I miss the swimming pool .. I'll be back soon .....

After a long drive in bad weather this was our stop for the night, our room very comfortable and clean, bed comfortable bathroom small and very clean. Our dinner was simple but excellent, as was the wine. Red of course as this is the red wine area of Germany. The total cost 172.02 Euros. Well worth the stop and our welcome was excellent. Highly recommended by us.

We had a wonderful visit to this area of Germany where some of my ancestors once lived. This hotel and restaurant was a perfect setting in the midst of wine country, along the River Ahr with scenic mountains and flourishing vineyards all around. The room was lovely, comfortable and had great views! The hostess was very helpful to us throughout our stay.

Beautiful quaint hotel situated alongside a running river and the biggest winery I have ever seen. The owner took us in after hours and provided delicious complimentary hot and cold breakfast. This hotel is worth every penny spent.

The hospitality was superb, the owners and staff are exceptionally friendly. We were given a ride to and from the train station every day. The bedrooms are nuce and clean. The view from my room overlooking the Ahr river was spectacular. I would recommend to everyone.

Great location - only a couple of minutes from the old town with shops and restaurants. Nice atmosphere. They have a selection of wine for sale to enjoy at the room. Our room had a nice balcony with a view to the garden, a small stream, the town and the vineyards.

Friendly family trying to repair the flood damage at the moment. Always chilled drinks for the helpers in the house.

Das Hotel Fürstenberg ist schon geöffnet, das Restaurant wird noch renoviert. Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, parken hinter dem Haus war super. Es gibt mangels Restaurant im Moment noch kein Frühstück, aber 50 m entfernt ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei. Die Zimmer sind groß, uns hat es gut gefallen.

Super friendly staff and you felt like family (especially the breakfast in your room). A great starting point for a stop for a leisurely hike. The rooms are clean but a bit old, but the price/performance ratio is right. And if you accidentally leave something valuable, it will find its way home. Small, nice house. Was probably once upscale, but now well renovated middle class. The pool and bar mentioned on the net are no longer in operation. Rooms are ok, breakfast has a good selection. Friendly people, good value for money.

The room was clean and in the current three star standard. However, there was no WiFi reception in the room. Even after a personal test by the staff, it was confirmed that there is no WLAN in the room. We were referred to the boss. The breakfast was average. The buffet was served by the staff. In addition to the nose mask, they wore gloves. However, one employee refused to wear gloves on the grounds...

The place looks recently renovated. It is quite an old property looking at the architecture but that ensures a large enclosed patio that now serves as the dining room for the breakfast buffet. Compliments to the new operators! The hotel is really a combination of a 1960s hotel, combined with new, super clean and all intact equipment! The mattress was good, the bathroom spotless and brand new, a joy to shower in and when I booked over the phone, the service was very friendly! What more do you want!
