It was an okay stay. Room was clean and the personnel apart from the breakfast area very friendly. I also liked that there was a tunnel directly to GOP. All in all though the hotel should improve on the amendments in the room (add a safe and minibar) and refurbish the bathrooms. The breakfast could be so much better for the price.

I made a reservation with breakfast. The reception however, said that I did not included breakfast, although it was clearly mentioned on the reservation note of Booking.com. They refused to book me for breakfast because it was so-called fully booked. And breakfast on the room was also not possible. In the morning, there was another (more friendly) guy in the reception and he allowed me to get breakfast...

Very well located. Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was top, I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay very much! Spacious room, good working desk, very clean and modern bath room. Guests are offered to participate for the environment conservation efforts and get small perks for that. Well maintained park with palace and Valerie not formal belonging to the hotel but serve as a bonus nicely complementing the hotel with calm area for rest and walk

Friendly & helpful staff, amazing breakfast buffet - try Ingrids chocolate jam! -, very quiet rooms, so close to thermal pool, adequate parking in garage nearby, supermarket in walking distance. We will book a vacation here again!

location is good, parking is easy and convenient, rooms are spacious, breakfast is adequate I'm sure hotel is great for leisure travelers but if one travels for business details like quality of wifi signal is key. Neat boutique hotel that was recently rennovated. Good price/quality ratio. But as many individually owned hotels, some more professionalism could help. Some staff members very helpful, others much less. E.g. we were not informed that during our 4 day stay, there would be no room service, no new towels (because of corona, no one could enter the room). So same price for no service. Ireached this hotel 24 April 2016 for 4 nights . Hotel is very good staff behaviour very good and breakfast is very good . 10/10 points , nearby railwaystation .

Staff working on late shift on 22/08/2020 was so helpful. Hi wait for us and help when we been in trouble to find accommodation ( new hotel). I am so happy to have good night sleep. Hotel good standard, no so quiet because windows was on side of railway 😂 and train coming every 1h. But not to bad. Happy customer.

Im Accor member, been here several times. Good: location, very friendly staff. Bad: room outdated, no water cook in the room, not enough parking lot. Not sure whether I will come again.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are of a good standard. Each room has shower facility, television, desk and coffee machine. Rooms are cleaned to a very high standard. The breakfast options are good with a wide range of choices. My only criticism of hotel is the free WiFi is terribly slow, far slower than what you would expect in 2018.

Nice and reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast options are really good. If you are booking a room remember to ask for it to be away from the lifts (they're very noisy). The WiFi is pretty substandard so don't expect to be streaming films or getting much work done, though there is a pricey premium WiFi option available. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Carpark will cost you extra €10/night and breakfast extra €15/pp.description mention restaurant, but there is only bar in the building. A bit cheeky. Otherwise ok.

Nice hotel and good restaurant. Staff not always available. They close the restaurant at odd hours and do not staff the desk past 7pm.

Beautiful surroundings and beautiful inside too. Rooms are very high quality with good heating. Beds are very VERY comfortable. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel with and amazing atmosphere. Had a first floor room, with floor to ceiling windows that open as a door or open from the top. The bathroom is a "wet room" which to me was nice. The rooms don't have a refrigerator and initially I was put off by how slim the beds are but the hotel connects to a restaurant and the beds are comfortable.

Super netter und herzlicher Vermieter und eine sehr gute Lage zur Herzklinik. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, auch der Kühlschrank mit den gekühlten Getränken war prima. Das Bett war sehr bequem und es war sehr ruhig. Parken war an der Unterkunft überhaupt kein Problem.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hell. In einer Gemeinschaftsküche kann man sich Tee oder Kaffee kochen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen herzlich und freundlich.

Mir hat sehr gefallen, die liebevolle Atmosphäre,kleine Details die den Aufenthalt zu einem Aufenthalt wie zu Hause gemacht hat.

Looks very deserted, you couldn't buy something to drink from the vending machine or in the coffee shop, there was no staff on site, but we could use the toilets

People here are super friendly Rooms are not too big Beds are in need of renewal you are in a pit, the shower this morning 05.15 was wonderfully warm 2nd morning super breakfast
