The bedroom was spacious and light and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast. As a vegetarian the only warm thing I could eat was scrambled eggs, but this container was empty and not filled up again on the first morning whilst I was in the dining room. The next day again the scrambled eggs container was empty, but fortunately filled up later. Beans with tomato sauce would have been nice too. This hotel provides good value for the price.

It's a good hotel in a convenient location. A great view and little extras were much appreciated. We were satisfied with the service we've been given. The staff were brilliant when we raised some issues and all had a great sense of humor. Check in was easy and our room was perfect. Breakfast staff were attentive and helpful. Will definitely use this hotel again.

A very poor experience.
To start on a good note: the room is large, has one comfortable chair (2 would be better in a 2-persons room) and the mattresses are hard. But the room also has just a small window and no minibar or airconditioning.
Dissapointing: many facilities are not available, e.g. the sauna/ steam bath are out of order. Ashtonishing: playing the 3d midget golf with your children is not possible for guests, only for the Chef!
Last but not least: when you book half pension, the food served is so moderate in quality (cheap ingredients, prefab and lukewarm when served), it should not be served in any restaurant.
Any complaints at the staff or reception are not taken into account.
Our advice: just book another hotel in the area!

It's ok. It's in a quiet location but this means there's nowhere else to go so you have to use the restaraunt etc. It's decent but limited. Room was very big but very dark with a depressing feel and the bathroom very prison cell like stark and white with blazing neon lights.

Are you in the neighbourhood and don't know where to sleep? Are you on the motorway and don't know where to stop? Would you like to visit this part of Germany? This is the right place. Excellent value for money. Very large room, tastefully decorated and cosy. Breakfast varied, plentiful and with fresh products. Only one night but we had a great time.

An excellent hotel in a quiet location. Cleanliness and tidiness in everything. Courteous and efficient staff. Delicious breakfasts and great restaurant.

No air conditioning, which i did not expect,(should be Standard this day and age. My fault for not checking). Our room was very Hot, the staff did Provide us with a Fan which made little or no difference to the room temperature. No mini bar (sure that was on the listing?) . The staff were very nice but for what i paid for the Hotel, it was. not up to the Normal Best Western Standard i have come to expect. I for one will not be coming back to this Hotel.
