Good hotel, arrived late so only got touse the spa for 15minutes. Also the hotel bar was shut all evening (Tuesday) Luckily restaurant outside was open. Fancied Italian food but that restaurant was closed for a private function. AH Well, next time

Went there after a stressful month (December) for a night. It was perfect to unwind close to the city Berlin and get back fresh to work, the installations are great with different relaxing opportunities such as thermal waters, jacuzzi, swimming pool, sauna, and others. Lovely hotel 👌 Lovely hotel and in a very calm and quiet spot. Rooms were modern and clean and really helpful reception staff. Good breakfast selection and great coffee. We would certainly be happy to stay here again. Train station just a few minutes walk away too and just €7.50 to the airport✈️ 👍

It’s a nice hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and nicely designed. I didn’t have breakfast, as there are a couple of decent bakeries, supermarkets, and a very good coffee place nearby. Nice small hotel, run very professionally. Friendly staff and great Asian fusion restaurant in the building. Great middle of town location, in an up a coming spa town with a fantastic clean lake just 40mins outside Berlin.

The hotel had an integrated Cinema. The breakfast was great. Room was also amazing.

Insane experience, extremely cozy and nice touches, the cinema room was breathtaking and the staff were beyond accomodating!

My feelings doubled of our experience at Velotel Bad Saarow: + cozy and lovely hotel itself with helpful staff. Dog friendly. Nothing to complain. - awful breakfast which was served at the neighborhood hotel. For €12,50pp you will get two months old butter, two pieces of bread, a little bit of cheese, and few slices of ham/ salami, chemical coffee together with a super rude lady.

Very friendly hotel staff. Rooms are big and clean. Extremely dog friendly, which gives them additional positive points. The area around the hotel is lovely for a walk.

Pricey establishment focused mostly on Golfing it seems. Other activities are possible too and the Spa area is something else. Staff is very friendly and helpful overall. No regret stay.

Everything was OK so far. At Easter the beds were not made and the room was not cleaned. 12€/day for the outdoor parking space is surprising.

It’s a lonely bus stop with no shed or benches, but close by there are a lot of trees. The bus frequencies aren’t much, hence waiting times can be longer. Caution: carry an umbrella to protect against rains and harsh sun!

Great hotel, a little out of the way - you need a car. Unfortunately not enough staff for the number of guests at the weekend. Very good buffet

You can't describe how bad the staff and the head of the SPA area are and the icing on the cake was the hotel manager. We had booked from Friday to Monday and left early today on Sunday because we were so exhausted by these people that we had no rest. PS the worst mistake is when the guest express their opinion to the management in this hotel.

Food and accommodation great The employees try their best and are always friendly. Nevertheless, the hotel is no longer up to date. There are still a few flaws to be fixed for 5 stars. Nevertheless, we had a great time and would love to come back.

Very nicely located small Hotel in the middle of the forest and lake-rich landscape. Very good food and nice friendly staff. Definitely to be recommended. Extensive Hiking and water sports opportunities, as well as easy reach to the famous natural thermal Spa of Bad Saarow. The immediate vicinity (150-200m) to the Scharmützelsee. Central and well reachable. Recommended.......

The Hotel is very nice. However, you have to like the decoration. To me it was sometimes a bit too much. The staff is very nice and accommodating but the Hotel is already something in the years come, what do you see when they took a closer look. Nevertheless, we can recommend the Hotel, because the atmosphere is very relaxed.

We got married 4 years ago in the Villa and had now celebrate for the first Time after our wedding, the time the wedding day there again. The weekend was beautiful, thank you so much to the Team of the Villa Contessa for everything, from the fantastic ambience, Service and excellent cuisine. The Hotel was pure romance. The Service is excellent. We are spoiled throughout the day. The staff was attentive and courteous. We were very satisfied and will recommend it to more.

I Was with my friend in Villa Contessa, and it was just insanely beautiful! The rooms are very nicely decorated, the staff is nice and you entspannenn can have a good time there. This Hotel is the best for everyone, if you want to for a certain period of time, the hustle and bustle of life disappear, and peace and quiet, romance and delicious food to enjoy. Personally, I will definitely come back!

Room for improvement, but the people are nice and so is the lakeside. :)

The house is really nice and the location by the lake is beautiful. But: the hammock, the tv remote and the bath tub was broken and no-one was able to fix any problem in 3 full days. And wi-fi was OK at best.

Our house was great. Enough space for everyone and really good furniture. The staff was friendly, too. But the highlight was the bathroom.

An awesome place 60km from Berlin to relax, forget the daily routine and spend some time in absolute tranquility. Renting a house here for a weekend allows you to take walks around a big lake, rent a small boat or visit either Satama, a large spa, or bad saarow therme, which also includes swimming and sauna area.

Very good place to stay, If you are a nature-lover type of person.

On 24.09. My first visit here! To the food: the pumpkin soup, the Caesar salad were very good. The liver with Apple as well. The decor is rather cool and has that certain SOMETHING is missing... Cozy is different. Maybe just change the spotlights in the warm changing light.... The man from the Service gave a lot of effort. PRAISE. The soups we had to wait, however, only 6 other guests in the Restaurant...

This Restaurant is nicely decorated and has a beautiful garden. The Service is also friendly. Unfortunately, the Pizza is just average, the prices high. This also applies for the drinks.

Super nice all set up. The staff is very courteous and friendly. A quiet, light-flooded rooms with a balcony. Credit payment is not possible, but a debit payment, what is in my opinion completely sufficient. Highly recommended is the Italian cuisine! Have eaten there Pizza and can not remember to have in Italy is better eaten!

The hotel is located directly on the lakeside, offering beautiful views. There are places for outdoor recreation. Nice grounds. The room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is tasty and plentiful.
