Nice and we'll equipped rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is limited hotel parking that is not covering hotel needs and you need to search a lot at the street (nevertheless I was pretty lucky).

Very good location close to the S-Bahn and city center. Rooms are clean. Safe in the room didn’t work. At the time I stayed at the hotel there was a big construction site in front of the building which caused noise in the morning directly below my window. Front office staff could have mentioned possible noise from the construction in the morning.

Great standard room. Fridge available. The ventilation in the bathroom goes on for a long time after the light have been turned off, this is quite annoying if you are trying to sleep. Supermarket and baker close by. Didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Really pretty room with a cozy balcony with a pleasant view. The room is clean and the TV even welcomes you by name. First time that happened to me. Big downstairs parking. Breakfast was amazing. I stayed for 4 nights and was very satisfied.

I am very satisfied with my stay. The room is comfortable and the facilities are in good condition. The overall appearance is relatively new. The surrounding environment is beautiful and there is a small balcony where you can enjoy the cool weather and enjoy the scenery. However, the room does not have refrigeration and air conditioning, so it may be a bit hot at night when the weather is hot.

Staying every January for 1 weeks for more than 10 years. Nice team, clean rooms, great breakfast, comfortable rooms, good location 15 min away city center, nearby the train sitation and couple of nice restaurants.

The staff at the hotel were friendly. I left something after checking out, but when I called, the staff took it and was able to receive it the next day.

The Waldhotel Bad Soden is a quiet, clean and modern small hotel in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The single room I had - with balcony to the park side - was cozy. The breakfast buffet was good and the personnel very friendly and service-orientated as well.

The room is small but tasteful and cozy. Very nice to sit on the balcony and see the trees, listen to the birds, very calming. The bathroom is smaller than usual, with option to "fold" the shower to make it smaller when you don't need it.

Hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the train station, and the service of the staff is good. Rooms are clean, but pretty small, as is the bed. When I arrived at night the room wasn't ready and I had to wait.

The non-smoking room smelled strongly of cigarettes, giving me a headache. There are no towels in the bathroom. It looks nice from the outside, but not particularly comfortable inside. The walk from the garage to the reception is difficult. I wouldn't come back.

I was one night in the family run Hotel. Very friendly staff and an excellent Breakfast. One star deduction is because of the bed. I stayed in a double room, which was equipped with 2 very narrow single beds. Space for 2 wider single beds would be available.

Hotel Kelkheimer Hof cannot be compared to some of the large, glossy, sophisticated hotels we stayed in on this trip. Some might see it as a tad dated. I prefer to see this small family owned, modest hotel as timeless. It is simply reflective of the small town it is situated in. She was soooo friendly although we were a huge group of people and solved all of our problems with no complications while being so refreshing and kind!! Room was clean, cosy and tidy, hotel staff are friendly - only thing which would have been nice was for maybe a small mini fridge in the hotel room. Aside from this you benefit from free parking, where you can find an underground garage or park outside the back entrance of the hotel.

First of all, this hotel has much bigger room than other global brand hotels, and much clean n well managed hotel even though they are mot having any brand guidance. In EU region, we should find this kind of private hotel instead of global brands. Much cheaper and better facility.

Perfect location from our office

I came with my wife, and we booked the room through trip.com. The room selection said there was a double bed, but the hotel staff refused to give it to us because they didn't have that room, which was very upsetting. Either they lied, or trip.com provided the wrong information... everything else was great.

Hotel is located is a really nice business area of town. Building is new and everything you need is located within a 10 minute drive. The rooms were somewhat disappointing as the have few amenities ant the queen bed is just two tiny beds squished together. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. Would definitely recommend this location if you can do without fridge and microwave.

It's a functional business hotel which is absolutely ok for a short business trip. Staff are great but the rooms especially bathroom are already looking worn. Biggest concern was that the AC isn't very good and are room was too warm despite AC being on max.

Location was excellent for us, very near to S-Bahn station so ease access to Frankfurt and beyond. Hotel was clean neat and tidy. Reception was excellent and the room fantastic. Our only complaint was we agreed to have 2 free drinks under the “green” initiative which still meant our room should still have been cleaned on one day, unfortunately this did not happen however on leaving the GM did issue...

Pros: good food, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, each room has a balcony, nice pool. Cons: room cleaning (they only straighten the duvets and no clean towels). And the doors are very loud. I know that most hotel doors close automatically but these are so loud that they woke me up several times. Wi-Fi: we paid extra for Wi-Fi all through the building but we didn't need any code. Didn't I rate this one, already? Well, here's my press-on-nail answer as I already selected a star and have to write something. If I remember it was decent quality and decent accommodation--I suppose I should go again to make sure.

I came here again with my kid and had very good relaxing days staying in the hotel. Kids can enjiy with lots of swimming pools, slides as well as sauna. It's sad to kow this facility is closed now for another lockdown. We will come back again after reopening, hopefully soon.

Aside from its location, the facilities are quite tidy and the staff are kind. The remarkable one is that the well taste and variety of break-first dishes. It takes 20 min by train from Frankfurt Hbf and 20 min on foot from the closest station, if you use taxi from the station, it will be around 8 euro.

The place is quite and safe ! The owner was very friendly and he treat the guest as a family 🤗. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

This hotel is very nicely decorated, modern and not overly busy. It is easy to get to. It is also very clean. The staff are nice. We can only recommend it.

So far satisfactory, but unfortunately there were bed bugs in room no. 217. After getting up on the morning of May 1st, I had 5 bites on my left upper arm. Because of this, I had to disinfect all the clothes and objects I had in the room. I hope I didn't bring anything home. Best regards Manfred Klittich

3 minutes waking to the S Bohn station and takes around 15 minutes to Frankfurt HBf, There is a REWE supermarket nearby, 5 minutes walk, No water/drink or refrigerator in room, have to prepare by yourself. Check-in counter is only till 10pm, no room service. It's better to have breakfast in supermarket than in Hotel.

Basic B&B hotel with basic amenities but the service at this hotel's definitely much better than B & B Nurenburg
