Leonardo Hotel Eschborn Frankfurt

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Leonardo Hotel in Eschborn. It was perfectly located for our needs, in a good area. The parking was well priced, safe and there were definitely enough places. The staff happily gave me extra pillows as I’m pregnant, they were always friendly and helpful, and had a personal touch to their work. The breakfast was good, and had everything we needed. We were very satisfied and will be back again in a few months!

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Leonardo Hotel in Eschborn, Germany, with my fiancé for five wonderful nights, and I cannot praise this establishment enough!

From the moment we walked through the doors, the warm and welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. A huge shoutout goes to Karim, the Front Office Manager, and Karam, the Front Office Supervisor. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their guests were truly remarkable. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and memorable, making us feel truly valued as guests.

The entire front office team also deserves recognition for their exceptional hospitality. Every interaction we had with them was met with a smile, quick assistance, and attention to detail that exceeded all expectations.

The hotel itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained rooms, outstanding amenities, and a serene environment perfect for both relaxation and quality time together. The dining options were excellent, with delicious meals served with the same high standard of service that was evident throughout our stay.

I cannot thank the Leonardo Hotel team enough for such a flawless experience. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, look no further. I had an exceptional experience at Leonardo Hotel, Eschborn thanks to the outstanding support from the Front Desk Manager, Mr.KARIM NASRI. Due to a communication gap at my end, my room wasn’t booked, and I was in a difficult situation as I had an important meeting to attend, for which I had travelled all the way from Bangalore, India. However, Karim Nasri went above and beyond to accommodate me with a room at the last minute. His professionalism, quick thinking, and willingness to help turned what could have been a stressful situation into a big relief. I am truly grateful for his efforts and highly recommend Leonardo, Eschborn for their excellent service. Nice hotel and very well maintained. I always prefer staying at this hotel every time I visit Frankfurt and have been doing this since last three years.
