Very good value for money! The hotel is not the most modern, but it is well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a classic selection and the quality of the products is impeccable. We didn't try dinner. There is free parking in front of the hotel and within a few minutes' walk you are directly in the center of Bad Wildbad. We'll definitely be back!

The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. Especially the bathroom. The staff is very nice and accommodating. We were also served very well in the in-house restaurant. The breakfast and evening menu are very good. With fresh regional products. The hotel is quietly located above the Vital Therme on the mountain. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city and the spa park.

The hotel is centrally located, quickly in the spa gardens, Thermal bath and mountain railway. Our room was clean, the beds were very good, the bathroom was small. View over Bad Wildbad 👍 Essen and the in-house swimming pool 👍 also with a beautiful view.

Last week I spent with my wife a Few quiet days in the Hotel Rothfuss. It is a very neat and quiet Hotel, accordingly also the ambience. We stayed in the Badhotel section so we could get easy access to the thermal baths next door. We arrived late and had to self-checkin, but they gave us all the information we needed so it was no trouble. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is of a high standard. I was able to spend 10 wonderfully relaxing days in this hotel. Both the food and service were wonderful. Even though the bed wasn't necessarily suitable for me at first, Mr. Weingärtner was able to quickly remedy the situation. Thank you again for this wonderful vacation.

Lovely place to stay, good breakfast available, everywhere was within walking distance, unless you wanted to go to Calmbach or Pforzheim obviously, opera house venues just 3 minutes walk away but most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Big plus! A delightful stay!

We arrived late at 8:30 pm unfortunately they were closing the kitchen they wont serv us dinner or even a sandwich. In the region no restaurants, we were tired we spent the night hungry :-( The germans take dinner early 6pm. Otherwise the environment is nice and beautiful.

This place is like a flashback to the 60s and 70s. But the location is great, the view amazing and the family-style service very welcoming.

A very beautiful place in Germany, Wildbad. Great hotel. No wifi in some rooms, but Wildbad is a place where you don't need internet.

Sitting at the breakfast table, enjoying the extensive offerings - really very extensive - and happy to pass on our very good impression of the house. Unfortunately, we were only able to enjoy their hospitality for two days. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. Had a very spacious, bright room, very clean. Family helpful and very friendly. Slightly dated hotel but helpful staff Only stayed one night so experience was limit. A slightly strange layout as reception on top floor but parking at bottom. A member of staff was kind enough to drive around with me after check-in. Room was large & clean but there was a distinct musky smell. Overall the hotel was slightly dated & probably needs an upgrade but for the price we were happy.

Our family apartment was very clean, big and comfortable. The restaurant is serving excellent dishes and the breakfast was also good. Very good price-service! Thank you and we will be back

A nice traditional German restaurant serving local specialities and more. A salad buffet is included with meals and their drinks menu contains obscure fruit wines.

A small family operation, consisting of a Hotel and Restaurant. We have visited the Restaurant. Nice menu, pleasant prices, and the order was quickly executed, in spite of busier number of visitors. Very good, the salads from the Buffet and the chips are here.

Room OK except for the shower. Breakfast buffet, friendly service. Unfortunately, the reception is not manned all the time. There is also no in-house restaurant. The Italian restaurant has not existed since the weekend. There are hardly any guests here, very few stay longer.

The rooms are old, furnishings from the 70s but very clean! Would go back for a night or two!

I stayed at the hotel with my sister from May 6th to 8th. We received a very friendly welcome and got very good tips on where to eat and what else is going on in Bad Wildbad. The two single rooms were very clean. The breakfast was perfectly adequate, what was missing was refilled and it wasn't so rich that half had to be thrown away afterwards. Of course, the hotel and its furnishings are getting old...

We stayed at the hotel for four nights. Lovely room, great location at the top of Sommelberg, next to funicular, so getting into town and back up is easy. Lovely hiking and biking trails, great food, great hospitality.

The food prices are very reasonable considering just how large the servings are. For example, the pepper steak came with fries, potato salad hidden under a veggetable salad (that’s right, two sides of potato) as well as a huge knob of herb butter. It was also very good, so it’s not quantity over quality. The service was very quick and friendly as well, i’ll definitely go back if i’m in the area again

Very nice atmoshpere, great quality food and very friendly and proactive staff. We went there after our Waldwipfelweg-Challenge where my mom (89) took a slide challenge from the top, so we were hungry and this experience here made our visit complete!
