I had an amazing stay at Hotel Bergheim! The location is perfect—super easy to get around and explore the city. The place is spotless, and the food was delicious every single time. But what really made my stay special was the staff—they're all so friendly and go out of their

Was a wonderful stay for us. The staff were amazing throughout are stay. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the town from our balcony. I would definitely stay again.

This is my third time at this hotel and I have never been disappointed. Unfortunately the weather didn't work out somehow😉. Nevertheless, it is always beautiful here. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, clean and the bathroom has been newly renovated. I always feel comfortable here. The cuisine is excellent and the service is first class. Particularly noteworthy is the service when eating. You can really relax here in the hotel and I will continue to come here. Great, dear Roller family and the entire hotel team!!!

Very good value for money!
The hotel is not the most modern, but it is well maintained and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a classic selection and the quality of the products is impeccable. We didn't try dinner.
There is free parking in front of the hotel and within a few minutes' walk you are directly in the center of Bad Wildbad.
We'll definitely be back!

The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. Especially the bathroom.
The staff is very nice and accommodating. We were also served very well in the in-house restaurant.
The breakfast and evening menu are very good. With fresh regional products.
The hotel is quietly located above the Vital Therme on the mountain. It's about a 10-minute walk to the city and the spa park.

We enjoyed the opportunity to use the thermal baths and walk into town easy. The staff was very helpful and gave us a great room with view.

wonderful spot above the main street. It has a set of stairs to it. Spa was included. Breakfast was nicely personalized. we had a great balcony with a view.

Everything was great.
Very friendly and dedicated staff. The room was clean and very nice. On request we got a second pillow.
Also the breakfast was delicious.
The only thing to complain about is the parking situation. There is parking in front of the hotel but you need a lot of luck to get one. There is a parking garage nearby which you have to pay for, but it's not too expensive.

the staff was particularly unfriendly once we were at the front, getting checked in. Had very poor communication skills and an attitude.
