Part of the hotel has been renovated recently. I had one of those single rooms, superb. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Nice view over the little town and up to the mansion on the rock. Town centre is pictoresque.

Rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy. The bed is already past its prime. Parking is free and breakfast is surprisingly good. Reception service *not* available. Even if the restaurant is no longer open (anymore?), it is still a question of service to organize something for hungry guests from biking, hiking or similar - even if it is just a table reservation. Especially when a lot of things are closed...

The rooms here aren't super comfortable but the staff is nice and they have a lovely breakfast area and the breakfast they serve is actually very good. I really liked the scrambled eggs and the cheese selection.

Warm welcome, excellent value for money and food of an EXCEPTIONAL quality. Probably the best meal I've eaten in Germany, ever, and at a snip of a price. Yes, the hotel itself is a little 'tired', but the welcome is warm and we were very comfortable. It's worth a visit for the food alone. Will definitely return if we're ever in the area again.

This was a brilliant place to stay for a few days. The food was excellent, and the breakfast too. My motorbike was under cover, which shouldn't have been a surprise as this is a motorcycle friendly hotel. I had a great time talking in my tourist German. I felt really relaxed here. I would stay here again at the drop of a hat.

Hotell Finkenberg is on the outskirts of the small town of Blankenheim and provides decent time for a decent price, and includes a nice breakfast.

Nice, small hotel with only a few rooms. Super nice privately run. Clean and orderly. With breakfast and dinner. Delicious! From here beautiful tours on foot and by horse.

Very friendly welcome, double rooms have their own toilet, some a little larger with a sink, some have the sink in the room. The mattresses are comfortable and not saggy. The cleanliness is average, you can see stamens/cobwebs here and there. Breakfast is rich and pleasant with panoramic views over the countryside.

Very nice owners and very friendly, a trip is worth it to switch off. Unfortunately, Bad Münstereifel was badly affected by the flood, but the people there still need any support. I wish this place that it will feel better again quickly.

Very friendly, courteous and attentive hosts, clean rooms and a rich breakfast. We also used the pool and sauna extensively. We didn't lack anything, we were able to leave our everyday lives behind and came home relaxed and satisfied. We would love to come back again!

Cozy rooms and delicious breakfast! Staff very friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately visited during the Corona period, so I couldn't get a real impression. The single room was small but very practical with a large desk and plenty of storage space. Restaurant and wellness is closed. But there are tickets for the food delivery and cutlery and glasses are ready.

An excellent hotel with all the amenities you could wish for. The restaurant was obviously very well liked in the village as most patrons seemed local - always a good sign! Their sun terrace was marred a bit by the digging work being done in the streams just beneath. Pure and undistilled pampering. A fine selection of drinks, gregarious waiting staff and mouthwatering seasonal dishes that are fresh and house-made served in a cosy setting. I came here expecting good food but my expectations were surpassed by a wide margin. 10/10 would go again.

Best dinner we had during our stay in Eiffel, sitting in the evening sun on their terrace. I would recommend Iberico pork chops with caramelised onion and rosmary potatoes. But everything that came past us looked really good, and a bit more polished than most restaurants in the surrounding.

We had a lovely meal at Friedrichs restaurant but I cannot comment on the hotel facilities. The hotel is situated overlooking a stream. Its such a picturesque location food good too. You can eat inside which is good if you dont want the attack of the flies whilst being outside. This happened as soon as the food appeared and spoiled the ambience for me.

The time we spent in this property was great, the staff were very helpful, welcoming, and friendly, the peoperty itself was well maintained and provides all what you need during your stay. Had a nice time using this as our home base while doing day trips in the area. The unit was very clean with a perfect kitchen set up. We had a 1 bedroom unit with a pull out couch for the kids. Parking was easy every day. Check in / Check out was extremely easy.

The hill is real and BIG. The closest public transport is a bus at the bottom of the hill and a train station (Kall) 30 minutes away. Get your Translate app ready cause very few people in town know english! Not ideal for a no-car trip but if you’re determined and patient enough you can get by with no car.

We were kind skeptical due to all the bad reviews, but decided to give it a go. We were very surprised. Yes, the rooms are a bit old (and so is the hotel), but it a was very clean and comfortable. The hotel owner is extremely kind and helpful. No bad words for that man at all. The location is amazing. I would recommend it.

Absolutely lovely place. Luxurious rooms, excellent service, food from the region that tastes great. They ask you what you want ahead of time, so that the buffet is mostly stocked I'm accordance with guests' wishes, thus limiting food waste. Unfortunately the food was so good that I made some food waste myself by taking more than I could eat.
