The Komm' In Hotel is truly fantastic! We spent one night there because we visited the Christmas market at Satzvey Castle. The hotel is in a superb location with plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. The room was well-equipped and very clean. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, and the staff was very friendly. We would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful and uncomplicated stay at the newly managed "Komm' in Hotel"!
A charming, well-hidden location with a few shops nearby. It's a great starting point for some lovely hikes and is just a short distance from one of the most exciting cities—beautiful Cologne.
The incredibly thoughtful and varied breakfast perfectly reflects the concept and execution of a very family-run hotel. All the staff are extremely friendly, and they go out of their way to ensure our every need is met. The rooms are well-equipped, and everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained.
We'll definitely be back!

I give the Komm’In Hotel full marks. Monika and Sebastian's warm and welcoming nature creates an environment where you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is warm, personal, and perfectly harmonious.
A particular highlight is the breakfast. Lydia not only provides excellent service but also sets a new standard with her homemade jam. Honestly, it's an 11 out of 10.
If you're looking for a small, authentic hotel with genuine hospitality, this is the place for you.

The telephone contact was very friendly and accommodating. Email communication was seamless. Getting the key from the key box was no problem. Simple and straightforward. Super clean rooms with air conditioning. Everything you need is provided. Fruit and mint water are freely available and free of charge. The minibar has reasonable prices. Shower gel and toothbrushes are provided in the bathroom. A friendly welcome awaits us at breakfast in the morning. Everything you need for a good start to the day is there. Fresh and neatly arranged. All kinds of coffee and tea are available.
The fresh scrambled eggs with homemade jam were the perfect finishing touch to breakfast. Oh, and not forgetting the friendly kitchen and breakfast staff. Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend with you... we'd love to come back again!

Nice small town. Nice big room. But some probs.
Large clean room. Had to call to get room key code it was not sent as promised. 90% of the time there is No employee to talk to about If your not from germany we were told not use the plug adapter because it would kill the power supply. Sign in bathroom states to throw your dirty towels on the floor. They will be replaced. But then room service did not come and clean or change towels that day and no one was there to talk to. Door handle came off. Coffee maker ran out of water and it was not refilled in common area 1/2 the time. Although plenty of coffee, cream and sugar were put out. Hotel is in a shopping ***** with a grocery store right across the street that you can easily walk to. There is 20 steps and no elevators to get to the most rooms.

Very clean, friendly staff and breakfast was as expected. The bath towels were very stiff and uncomfortable to use, but overall a place I would stay at again and recommend

2 weeks ago I wanted to book 3 rooms at the Komm'in for my family, who were coming to a funeral. I drove there spontaneously in the morning but found the door locked (it's understandable that the reception in a hotel isn't open 24 hours a day...). There was a sign on the entrance door with a phone number that you should call. After ringing 20 times, an unfriendly female voice (I assume it was the owner...) finally answered. "Come back this afternoon" was the response. When I asked to take the booking over the phone, I was answered in a cheeky tone: "I don't do that as a rule..." I was perplexed and speechless at how customers/potential guests are treated... And this is already the 2nd unpleasant experience we've had at the Komm'in. Last year relatives had already stayed there. In the morning at breakfast you were escorted out of the breakfast room with the words: "Okay, you have to finish now, after all we still have to clean up here..." Service and support look different... but maybe that's the Eifel hospitality?!? Sub-Irish... Definitely not recommended...!!!! Thomas Harms
