The hotel is located in a residential area and is fairly easy to reach by public transport. Parking isn't easy to find. The room and bathroom were clean and OK for the price. The hotel management could replace some of the "blind" windows. Cleaning the windows from the outside would also be helpful. I took an early train with a lot of luggage and arrived at the hotel early in the morning. The front desk was very nice and allowed early check-in. The room is clean and large, the environment is quiet, and the stay experience is excellent.

One of the most historical houses in town. Awesome décor and atmosphere. Free WiFi. The king/double rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast is standard for DE. Pay parking only, about a 1 minute walk. I love this hotel and will be back. Highly recommend.

It was a 1 night stay .It can be seen that this Hotel has seen better times . However The Staff was friendly . Breakfast was fine. WiFi was OK. Restaurant for dinner was excellent. Good location to explore surroundings if U are by car .

The hotel is just off the main road, which can be heard a lot in the room. The first impression of the hotel was not good and the room did not improve much. The room was clean, but it was the ravages of time. The bathroom would also deserve more care. It was manageable for one night, but I will not return here.

I do not understand these bad reviews. We booked the accommodation because the car broke down, I had some objections to the place through the view of previous reviews, to my surprise the hotel is really very cool. Room clean, fresh linen, towels. The price of the accommodation was breakfast. Not typical continental for which I do not like only good quality ham, various types of cheese. Very nice service

Lovely single room with space to do Yoga. Bathroom small but adequate with hot water and very clean. Got a parking space which was essential very safe. Railway station 5 mins walk. Shopping centre 10 mins walk plenty of food places. A lovely city

Good hotel, with fine recepcionists and a great and affordable restaurant. Has also a nice pool and by being near to the industrial area is kinda strange how great the hotel is! At least by what i'm used to seeing.

One should take an example from the host. With little effort and a big heart, he offers some frozen goods for consumption, but refines them with fresh ingredients. Price/performance top. If you're lucky, the landlord will even grill you freshly if you like. Great conversations and an entertaining evening are the result. We were in Braunschweig privately from June 14th to 16th and chose a B&B hotel for the first time. We were very pleasantly surprised. Support hotel for one night during a business trip. Unpretentious, normal but clean rooms, friendly staff. Collection to be reviewed. A positive note is the large car park. Also recommended for those who have to go to the fair in Hanover.

A very cute little hotel, in a half-timbered house that is several hundred years old, in the historic part of Braunschweig. Great renovated rooms, as well as a nice bathroom, everything was very clean and well maintained. Super breakfast, everything your heart desires, with very friendly service. Great value for money! The hotel is not easy to get to due to the many one-way streets in Braunschweig. But the reception is all the friendlier, very helpful, I was allowed to park my not very small motorbike in the inner courtyard, well locked. I was again in this house and it has changed decisively for the better! My room was very clean and cool in the extreme heat on the top floor! The insulation is excellent! The Fuchs Blau restaurant has meanwhile turned down the volume towards Magnikirchplatz for hotel guests... consideration is being given! Big underground parking garage is located in a separate building but connected with the main hotel building. It's accessable only by code which you can get at the front desk. Small room, but the price is right. Modern, comfortable, breakfast well-stocked, nice setting, quiet. Good parking garage. Tip: when first arriving put Wilhelmwitorwall 3 into your gps. This takes you to a small parking spot in front of the hotel sign on the side street where you can part while you register. You’ll receive your code for the garage at that time.

I was very happy with my stay here. As always with a B&B hotel the room was spotless (along with the rest of the hotel) and the beds comfortable. It has a good location, so the old town is short walk away. If you are arriving by car, be sure to locate the entrance to the underground parking before you arrive.

Lovely Gasthaus, rooms are spacious and cosy. Biergarten offers plenty of seating areas, lots of trees for shade. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Menu has a good choice of meals and drinks.
