We spent our honeymoon weekend there.
The welcome upon our arrival was warm and friendly, and we immediately felt at home.
We were shown all the rooms and given a thorough explanation of all the procedures, such as the small shop at reception, the spa area, and the breakfast times. Any questions we had were answered satisfactorily.
The suite was clean, spacious, and very inviting.
We were greeted with a small welcome gift.
The amenities are extensive and well-organized, making it suitable for a longer stay.
The mattresses could have been a bit firmer, but they were fine for two nights.
The breakfast is plentiful and extremely varied.
Here, too, the staff were very friendly, unobtrusive, and accommodating.
I would describe the location as very central, as it's not far to walk to the train station, the shopping area, or the beach promenade.
We will definitely return and highly recommend a stay there.

A relatively small hotel, but with a wide range of amenities and friendly staff.
The breakfast was, as always, very plentiful, varied, and delicious. The pool and sauna area were very clean and, to my delight, used only by me. I was there completely alone for two days. Pure peace and relaxation. My Grande Suite was very spacious and decorated in the Harald Glöckner style, which my wife particularly liked. And they're dog-friendly, too. So, all in all, perfect for a wonderful stay in Büsum.

We stayed here from October 6th to 10th, 2025, in Apartment 104 and felt completely at home. Great breakfast, attentive and friendly staff, and a wonderful wellness area. Thank you for your hospitality!

We stayed at the Aparthotel Bernstein as a couple with our dog. Even the check-in was exceptional; the very nice lady at the reception even gave us a short tour of the building. A bottle of sparkling wine and a treat for our dog were waiting for us in the spacious apartment...

The apartment was very spacious, stylishly furnished, and the bathroom was very modern and large.
The cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast left nothing to be desired; they even included salmon and fresh smoothies. The entire staff was super friendly!!! We highly recommend this hotel!

A fantastic hotel with high-quality amenities, impeccable service, a close location to the beach and the pedestrian zone, and a phenomenal breakfast that will leave you regretting your fullness. Long story short: this hotel is more than worth a visit. We'd gladly return...

Das gehört jetzt zu den Top 5 unserer Lieblingshotels weltweit. Superschön. Sehr freundlicher persönlicher Empfang, tolle Suite 55qm mit Diele, Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer/Küche und großem Bad plus Balkon. Alles sehr gemütlich mit toller Einrichtung. Blitzsauber. Sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. 300 m zum Strand oder der Innenstadt. Tolles Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Tolles Schwimmbad. Alle sehr herzlich. Einfach ein Wohlfühlwochenende.

Die Junior-Suite ist perfekt ausgestattet mit sehr geräumigen Bad, zur Nordsee sind es lediglich ein paar Schritte und dann über den Deich und zur "Gastro-Meile" geht man keine zehn Minuten. Das Frühstück ist sensationell, weil es nicht nur umfangreich ist, sondern auch sehr ansehnlich und appetitlich dargeboten wird.

All doors, windows and the bed squeak extremely loud! We had a small baby with us during our stay, which woke up every time a door or window was opened.
The electrical devices work very poorly and stop again and again.
Conclusion: Definitely not recommended for people with high expectations. I expect more from a 4 star hotel with such good ratings. However, if you don't care about air conditioning and comfortable rooms and just care about the location and breakfast, you will like the hotel.

We had a great weekend in the small aparthotel. The rooms are lovingly furnished and very clean. Everything you need for a stay is there. The minibar is huge and the prices are reasonable. The breakfast was great!
