I forgot to take pictures, but it was quite nice and the service attitude was also very good. It was a small town on the way back to Munich from Hanover. It was very medieval and had a unique flavor at night.

Fantastic hotel which is easy to find and well within walking distance from the main train station. Friendly staff who can speak decent English. The rooms are great. Only thing is that there is construction happening close by, at time of posting, which is fairly noisy however that is obviously out of their control.

A good hotel in good location. Breakfast was not included in price but is optional. The Canadian exchange rate made it a little pricey for the cost of breakfast if you are a light eater. Plenty of coffee and pastry bistros within a 2min walk in the square is a cheaper option. Overall room was very nice, staff helpful and nice hotel, great location and quiet area.

I have stayed at this hotel twice on business and it is the most satisfying hotel in Germany. The view from the top floor windows is fantastic. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent, as well as the quality of the breakfast. Most importantly, the refrigerator and free minibar are a big help for me. The time for romance in this house is finally over. No more stiff, intrusive, and artificial services. Finally, genuine people and honest service. This was my best stay in this house so far. A very successful change of concept. I'm finally happy to be back!

Great service! I had accidentally made a reservation for the wrong day, but the desk clerk was able to accommodate me by replacing my double room reservation with two single room reservations for the corrrect day and didn't charge me any additional fees for what was truly my mistake.

I stayed here for 2 nights in September 2023. The room was very nice and clean. The rooms does not have aircondition. There is plenty to choose from at the breakfast buffet. There is free parking outside the hotel

I've been here many times. The breakfast is very good. The rooms are OK except the furniture that looks like an horror movie from the '70s. In some rooms the WiFi has very weak signal and in general it's not fast.

Great spa hotel with the BEST breakfast buffet EVER!! The spa was also great. Nothing like leaving your room in a bathrobe and walking to a HUGE spa with everything you need. The only downside is the bar. It is VERY small and understaffed.

This is truly a great hotel in a great location. Minutes from (the small) downtown, minutes from the train station, and minutes from the thermal baths. If you're not into soaking in salty soup with a lot of geriatric therapy groups, there's a great hike up Staffelberg and over to Vierzehnheiligen and then Kloster Banz. Much better for your health.

I have not yet actually stayed at Staffelsteiner Hof, but I have been told that it is a nice place. I would be staying in the week of writing this review, however the event in Bad Staffelstein I was going to attend was cancelled. The hotel very kindly canceled my booking and I will certainly be sure to book Staffelsteiner Hof as soon as the conference is rescheduled.

The room was very big which we liked a lot, the bathroom however as a little too tiny but overall very nicely. We also liked to have a second sink in the room which was more comfortable than in other stays.

Alles im allem kann ich es nur empfehlen. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Typisch fränkisch :-). Reichhaltiges Frühstück, gute Küche, leckeres Bier. Einzig für mich war es etwas vom Nachteil am Berg zu wohnen, da ich vor dem Frühstück gerne eine Runde joggen gehe. War aber nicht schlimm, dann ist die Runde etwas kürzer ausgefallen.

We booked for one night/ stopover. We got room #2 and it had everything we needed, good bed, new bathroom, patio with furniture, fridge and even a microwave. Everything was very clean. Very nice inn. Very good tasty food. The boss is very friendly and takes care of his guests. We stayed here. The rooms were ok. The breakfast was served (due to the corona), everything was plentiful and fresh from the butcher (the sausage). We could park and load the bikes in the garage.

We were with our granddaughter from October 26th to October 30th. a guest there. So, we were absolutely satisfied with the staff, the equipment, which of course was older, but comfortable. The food was freshly prepared and the prices were reasonable. The breakfast in particular was delicious and sufficient. You can always complain!

We arrived very early, but were able to get into our room right away which was much appreciated. Friendly staff. A large room and beautiful bathroom with both shower and tub.
