Good price-performance ratio.
The hotel is pretty and in a quiet location. The female staff is very nice, the men still have some room for improvement. Staff don't know the rooms that well and don't know what the respective categories are described with.
The food is okay, the pasta was overcooked every evening and the selection is manageable. You shouldn't stay longer than 3 to 4 nights, otherwise the choice of food will be completely repeated. The half board+ concept is well thought out, but cannot be expanded.
But the hotel is a solid choice for a short vacation.

A super nice, child-friendly, cozy hotel. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating. We felt super comfortable. The food is absolutely top. Breakfast and dinner are served as a buffet that leaves nothing to be desired. The small swimming pool is beautiful with great views and there is a very nice games room. The location is good for people who like it very quiet and remote (a little too quiet for us). Absolutely recommended! 😊

Super nice little hotel on the outskirts of town, perfect for hiking and relaxing.
The rooms are super clean and really pretty. The food for evening and breakfast was great, lovingly prepared and really tasty.
The staff are friendly and helpful!

Great hotel for the price. Shame the bar closes so earlier and there wasn't a plug socket by the bed to charge mobile. (room 12) other wise every thing was good or as you would expect.

Curtains aren't blind so sun comes wake you up early. The pool and spa are great so is the entire place, but food is not that good and the restaurant is not always open :/

We had a room with our own sauna in the bathroom (# 82) which was great. Everything was super clean and it was very quiet and even though the rooms next to us were occupied, we didn't hear anyone. Due to the short stay, we unfortunately did not have time to use the spa with pool. Let's do it next time!

Very clean hotel. Cozy rooms. Sauna and swimming pool. Top. And the infrared cabin did a very good job too. Very relaxing all in all

Very dignified, beautiful hotel on the Rennsteig with friendly hosts and staff. Rich breakfast with a large selection very nicely presented, the dinner also very delicious with excellent wines.
The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom with bathtub and curtain was no longer entirely up-to-date. All in all, recommendable and price / performance ratio is okay.
