Nice, quiet park. Good breakfast. Good facilities

Great location and very nice staff. There is also kids club and the entertainers were amazing. There are plenty of opportunities for hiking and sightseeing. Mosel is also close by. The bar was great and so the restaurant. They serve some great local wines. Breakfast was exquisite. There is also swimming pool, open from early to very late. Mini golf and a wonderful playground for kids.

Awesome place, great breakfast. Beautiful area. The playground is fantastic and has a zip line. There is a rail connected right to the property. This is a can't miss for nature lovers and a great home base for exploring the Rhineland palatine area

A group of us stayed here for a couple of nights whilst visiting the Nurburgring, it was a race weekend which is what I think pushed us slightly further a field for a hotel. Had a great stay at the Sporthotel. The facilities are excellent and the surroundings are beautiful. We only had drinks here and the waitress was very kind and friendly. The scenery around the hotel is quite relaxing and beautiful.

Bare-bones room and no amenities such as breakfast during weekdays, which could be a Corona thing, I suppose. Good value for money nonetheless.

We are there a week,are well received by the hostess herself.every day super breakfast and in the evening a dinner that is definitely worthy of a star. The staff there is not too much for a little explanation bi the daily newspaper. A romantic hotel in an old castle/manor was perfect for my visit to the Nürburgring as our previous trip we had stayed in Nürburg and accommodation choices are limited so my wife and I were both happy. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very nice. We got a corner room with no view though so we didn't feel like we really got the experience.

Nice 4* hotel with friendly staff and great spa & welness

This is a beautiful hotel, completely tranquil and relaxing. We had a half board deal and were served a delicious four course meal each evening. It was excellent value for money. There's quite a small swimming pool but it was never crowded when we were there. We also used the sauna and jacuzzi. The scenery is stunning.

Lovely hotel! This was the best possible hotel my wife could have organized for our Easter trip in the Eifel. We spend there 4 nights. For a 3-star hotel, it offers a standard a lot of luxury hotels should learn from. The Hotel Beim Heines is an absolute gem in Daun. I arrived soaking wet as a hiker on the Eifelsteig during a heavy storm. Food was good. But service poor and slow. It took them 15 minutes and me waving my hand before they even took my order for a glas of water, and finally bring me the menu for food. We had booked a double room with breakfast. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. The rolls were still warm. The room was comfortable, the mattresses were very good. Sink in the room, shower and toilet in the hallway. One could use a living room in which breakfast was served. Mrs. and Mr. Marx were both extremely hospitable and always had an open ear and a helping hand. Of course, our little daughter had a lot of fun with the farm animals (especially Polly the pony and the rabbit). The apartment was very clean and offered everything you need for self-sufficiency.
